🎬 Scene 1: It Starts with a Hug (Too Many Hugs)

It was subtle at first.

Nicholas hanging off of Taki during lunch, head on his shoulder.
Clinging to Jo on the couch, arms looped around him during a movie.
Letting EJ ruffle his hair and Fuma mess up his hoodie just for laughs.

Harua noticed.

Of course he noticed.

Nicholas was warm and magnetic — he gave affection like it was free candy.

But every time Harua happened to walk by?

Nothing.
No hugs.
No teasing.
Not even a nudge.

It burned in the back of his throat.

🎬 Scene 1.1: The Beginning of the End (aka Nicholas Touching EJ's Arm)

It started during practice.

Nicholas leaned a little too close to EJ while watching the choreography monitor.
His hand brushed EJ's.
He laughed at something only they could hear.
EJ smiled — that warm, rare smile he didn't give out often.

Harua watched from the corner.

Watched Nicholas lean in again.

Watched Nicholas not even glance in his direction.

Watched his stomach knot itself tighter than Jo's shoelaces after Taki got hold of them.

🎧 Scene 2: The Last Straw (a.k.a. The Jo Incident)

Harua walked into the practice room and froze.

Nicholas had Jo in a full lap-hug, arms thrown around him while giggling at something on his phone.

Jo didn't even seem fazed.
Nicholas looked comfortable.

Jo spotted Harua first.
"Hey, Haru," he said casually.

Nicholas turned, beamed, waved — but didn't move.

Harua blinked.

Something cracked.

He gave the most fake, polite smile he could muster and said:

"Guess I missed the group cuddle memo."

Nicholas raised an eyebrow. "You jealous or something?"

Harua smiled, but his voice was ice:

"Why would I be?"

🧊 Scene 3: The Cold Shoulder (With Extra Attitude)

The next few days?

Harua was distant. Cool. Focused.
He sat across the room. Spoke only when needed.
Laughed when others made jokes — but not at Nicholas's.

Nicholas noticed immediately.

He poked, prodded, teased, leaned in closer during group meetings. Nothing worked.

So, naturally, Nicholas made it worse.

"Yuma, come here, let me borrow your shoulder real quick."
"Taki, your hair's soft today, can I braid it?"

Every time he touched someone else, he felt Harua's stare — hot and unreadable.

And yet, still no reaction.

🧨 Scene 4: Explosion in the Hallway

It finally broke in the dorm hallway.

Nicholas had just slung his arm around EJ, laughing, when Harua passed by without a word.

Nicholas dropped the arm and called out, "Harua!"

No response.

Nicholas jogged after him, catching him just before he got to his room.

"Okay, seriously? What did I do?"

Harua finally turned, eyes sharp.

"Why do you touch everyone but me?"

Nicholas blinked. "What?"

"You're glued to them. All the time. But me? You don't even look at."

Nicholas stared.

Harua's voice dropped.

"You treat everyone like they matter—except me."

Silence. Thick. Unmoving.

💥 Scene 5: The Confession That Wasn't Supposed to Happen

Nicholas stepped closer, voice lower.

"You think I don't notice you?"

Harua crossed his arms.

"You ignore me."

Nicholas's jaw clenched.

"No. I avoid you."

Pause.

"Because if I touch you the way I touch them, I wouldn't stop."

Harua froze.

Nicholas kept going, voice tight.

"You'd look at me once and I'd fall apart."

Harua's breath caught.

Nicholas looked at the floor.

"It's easier to pretend you don't matter when you're all I think about."

Harua stepped forward, slow and deliberate.

"Then stop pretending."

💞 Scene 6: The Almost-Kiss

They stood inches apart.

Nicholas lifted a hand, hovering near Harua's jaw, unsure.

Harua reached up and pulled it the rest of the way.

Fingers touched. Hearts raced.

"Don't go cling to anyone else," Harua said.

"Don't make me jealous next time," Nicholas whispered back.

Jo walked by, saw them, paused, and turned right back around.

"Nope," he muttered. "They're finally in love. I'm not interrupting that."

🧺 Epilogue: Everyone Finds Out

The next morning at breakfast:

Nicholas plopped down beside Harua.
Rested his head on his shoulder.

Taki gasped.
Yuma choked on juice.
Jo just nodded, like finally.
EJ stared at his cereal like it betrayed him.

Nicholas looked up at Harua with a grin.

"Now you're the only one I touch."

Harua blushed.

"You're still annoying."

Nicholas smirked.

"Yeah, but I'm yours."

The End.

(Because the best drama is the kind that ends in love.)
