this youth,
i recall as he was a newborn, was not like the ignorant lads i recognized around the townlet. in fact, hyakkimaru wasn't really a juvenile-but someone
very special.

CHAPTER 1.2: VILLAIN.

on a cold, tumultuous dusk of 1969, a rigid and unstable man ran into an unused chapel, his face showing distress and anger. "i can not do this anymore, just please help me. this thing... it is eating my wife alive!" an ignorant, forlorn man begged, looking up at the sculptures, in which peered down at him, not shifting an inch

"take plausible upon thee, for a nightmare like no other is to be born in the due time of six days, six hours and six minutes. grant that he must be different, but act like no other child or mere human that is to be pursued. on the day of the birth, you shall surrender someone you do not want and when you do, i shall finally take what is rightfully mine and belongs to nobody else, but me."

greed. the man was hungry and only wanted nothing more to get rid of his unborn baby before disaster struck. but how could he be so sure? the gender was not revealed despite the six month time span- that- or the woman carrying his unborn child, feared him and couldn't bring herself to admitting the true gender of the baby.however, the statute she kept, spoke differently, as the little baby who was being held by its very own mom, was missing a head. a small, unnoticeable detail depicting what is about to happen if this man hadn't lashed out and ran away.

picture this: what if you woke up one morning, decidinge that it would be best if you to take an early walk along the shore, calmly waking up your mind and not thinking there was anything out of the ordinary? well, for one man, his journey started off like no other day-waking up early, eating a small meal and getting ready for work. however, upon leaving his house, he was about a kilometre and a half along the path, when he stumbled upon a weird noise coming from down by the river.

you see, the grasses were quite tall, growing up from the riverside, but you can still see the ripple effect if you look closely. so that is what this man did, he placed his belongings down and slowly walked between the grasses. from his angle of view, he saw a small, brown basket and inside was a blanket. the blanket seemed to be moving a bit and created noses, but nothing more.

carefully, extending his arms out, his hands gripped the basket firmly and stared down at it, curiously. nervously, a sigh left his lips, before slowly pulling the blanket apart and quickly unraveled the bundle, his eyes shut tightly, scared of what might happen. when he felt nothing, he slowly opened his eyes, gasping in horror of what he has seen; a baby. not just a regular baby-but the head of a baby, except there was no skin, eyes or body, but the infant somehow seemed to be alive and well despite having humanly featured.

"i can not bring myself to abandon this precious gem. an innocent life that has been turned over and played-sickening as to what kind of fool can do such an act to a newborn." the man held the blanketed infant in his arms and slowly rocked the gifted gem back and forth in his arms. "i just met you, and already i could sense a growing bond as you get older.

for i shall provide all the necessities you will need. a special gem is what you are. now, as fit name-hmm, that needs to be unique." the man muttered to himself, deep in thought, sighing softly, the man walked away, along with his belonging that are being carried on his back.
