In this world, there exists people who are ordinary and who are special. While you might initially question this line of thought, with knowledge you will come to accept it as well, there is a clear divide between what is considered ordinary and special. One that is difficult to cross, even for those who have the capabilities to. Beacon Academy is one such place which harbors an extreme amount of special individuals, people who ordinary folk can hardly even compare to, either in sheer physical capabilities or looks. It is difficult to make yourself truly stand out among the faceless crowd.

It has been about 7 years since the Great Calamity, an unexpected event which had occurred inside of the city of Vale. Causing a massive wave of destruction that further resulted in a massive amount of panic, the source of such carnage has not been identified. However, within this new age of peace, such a catastrophe has passed on.. People dedicating themselves to newer issues in need of a solution.

???: "Come on! Stand up right now you black haired loser! You think you can just ignore me!?"

A voice would echo outwards, the glossy white floor was shining as it reflected the smooth black shoes of a man wearing a school outfit. The specific person was looming over another student who was calmly sitting down on a chair at his table, with a small plate of food before himself, the yelling didn't seem to disturb him.. But rather made him deepen his session of reading.

???: "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!"

The person lost his cool, yelling as he would smack the plate away. The plate would begin to move off to the side as suddenly, a speeding force would whoosh by the entire place. Gasps rang out as the attention was beginning to be diverted towards the center of the accident which had been prevented somehow?

???: "What..? Who?.."

The speeding force had suddenly stopped his movements, his shoes slightly grinding up against the ground creating a loud squeaking noise that echoed out through the hallway. In his palm there was the plate which was in perfect condition, still warm despite him rushing around the area at maximum speeds. The unidentified person would turn his head slowly to the side, staring at the bully who had been bothering this poor student that just wanted to eat his food in peace. The man taking a step forward as the Bully took one back.. The man paused.

This person was obviously Seth.. And Seth doesn't like people talking to his friends like that.

Seth: "Come on, I can't be all that intimidating.. I just want to have a nice talk with you.."

He emphasized his own words, glaring at the unknown man as he would crack his neck. The bully immediately decided that this wasn't worth his time, dashing off and away.. However he didn't stop, Seth immediately sped over to him at speeds the moron couldn't comprehend, tying his shoes together and then pulling down his pants. Dashing back over to the table he was at before.

???: "Wo-WOAH!-"

The person fell down on his face, immediately groaning as he experienced pain. Seth would place his hand over his mouth, releasing a small chuckle before he'd fully laugh.

Seth: "Ruby would've LOVED this one!"

He exclaimed, turning his head over towards the table that held the poor person who was being bullied by that scumbag. The person sitting there was a tall man with black hair and golden colored eyes which shone with nothing more than apathy, he would gently place down his book onto the table.

This person was Akutenshi, a strange student at Beacon.. One with a background not known to most, as well as being a companion to Seth and some others..

Akutenshi: "I hope you realize that you didn't need to do all of that, Seth."

Seth: "...?"

Seth tilted his head a little bit before he would dash over to the side of Akutenshi, placing his arm over his shoulder and leaning forwards just a little bit.

Seth: "Now, now, I know that you don't really care about that much.. But I care, you're like a brother to me. Of course I'd do something when I see morons like that trying to bother you."

Akutenshi: ".. Hm."

Seth would chuckle, not really caring about the lack of response as that was something that usually occurred between the two of them. This conflict was an example of the after-effects of the Great Calamity, for some unknown reason, hostility and the downgrading of intelligence in the generations has become much more prominent after the Calamity. Resulting in.. Morons like those.

After a couple of minutes, a loud beeping sound echoed out through the cafeteria. Some students were already beginning to leave to get back to class, which included Seth and Akutenshi. However they immediately paused at the beeping sound.. Taking time to listen.

"Seth Argent and Akutenshi report to the Student Council immediately."

Seth: "Ahhh shit-"

---(SCENE CHANGE)---

Seth: "Man..."

Seth was standing up and leaning against a wall, Akutenshi on the other hand was sitting down on a chair. Quietly reading a book in order to pass time, probably not deeming the situation worth his time. Before the both of them stood the obviously unhappy Student Council..

SC: "So.. Are you both going to explain yourselves? Or should we just suspend you right now?"

One of the Student Council members would speak, besides her there was a man. Specifically the bully that had attempted to bother Akutenshi earlier on.. Then further there was three other men, probably his buddies.

Seth: "Hey, hey, no need for suspension.. I only stood up for Akutenshi over here when that guy was trying to fight him, isn't that something good? To stop a fight and all? After all it's what your promotin-"

SC: "Silence! From what we've heard, you approached him along with Akutenshi and brutally beat him down. On top of that, you humiliated him!"

The moron at the center of this was holding his dirtied shirt, probably the thing that he used to convince the Student Council to approach Seth and Akutenshi.

Seth: ".. Do you seriously believe him? He's literally a bully.. Everyone in the school knows that."

SC: "Don't use such words to excuse yourself, Seth. Now, what do you have to say, Akutenshi?"

Akutenshi: "..."

He would slightly raise up his head from his books, staring at the Student Council member silently for a couple of seconds before he would place his head back down.

Akutenshi: "Look at the security tapes, you have camera's all around the area, especially within the cafeteria. It'll give you a straight look at what had occurred between me, Seth, and him. Then you can come down to a decision from that point."

He gave a cold and logical view of the situation, not seeming to care if he got suspended or not. One of the Student Council would turn on the television besides himself, going forwards onto the scene as it would stop exactly when the moron pushed Akutenshi's food off of his table.

SC: "...."

He turned his head towards the bully, who was now frankly shitting bricks and sweating bullets.

???: "I s-swear I can explai-"

SC: "It appears that we've dragged in the good students in this situation, while I have to admit that Seth's way of handling you was not appropriate whatsoever.. Seth and Akutenshi will not be getting in trouble. You'll need to come with us though."

The Student Council would allow Akutenshi and Seth to leave the area, Akutenshi would stare backwards as he saw a black haired woman with glasses staring at him in silence. The male grunting deeply before he would walk out of the room..

Seth: "Well, wasn't that something entertaining? I swear though- These bullies are just popping up more and more.. Say, wanna head over to the forest nearby for some quick grinding?"

Akutenshi was standing there silently, glaring forwards before he'd turn his head over towards Seth. Looking at the man as he would grunt, approving of the idea presented before himself. Seth grinned before he dashed off to go to the forest.. Akutenshi placing both hands within his pockets as he silently made his way forwards, not rushing whatsoever.

---(SCENE CHANGE)----

The forest existed just beyond the grasp of Beacon Academy, it was twisted and deep. It was inaccessible to almost all people who have not attended Beacon Academy or any of the other schools currently associated with Beacon, as such only a few were allowed in.

Akutenshi was sitting down on a rock that was jammed into the ground, in his hand there was a black notebook as well as a purple colored pencil. The man began to write about something, however before he could continue writing. A loud bang would echo out through the forest, rippling through the region.

Akutenshi: ".. It seems like you're having fun, Seth."

He'd comment, no clear emotion attached onto his own voice as he stood up. Wandering past the over-looming trees as he stared at the dark particles which were arising upwards from the destroyed bodies of blackened beasts, creatures whom would only be seen within fairy tales.

Seth was standing there within the center of the fading corpses, a large glorious smile adorning his own face as he would pop his fingers. The corpses all turned into black particles as he wandered towards Akutenshi..

Seth: "It's always fun to beat down some Grimm you know? Makes me feel good, knowing that I'm preventing someone from getting hurt by destroying these things.."

Akutenshi: "Hmph, it's good to see that you're enjoying this.. Considering many people here don't take pleasure in ending the lives of Grimm.."

Seth: "Always happy to help people out in any way that I can, you know?"

Akutenshi would nod, looking down at the Creature of Darkness that was fading away before his own eyes. The creatures of Grimm, beings with an unparalleled desire to destroy humanity itself along with everything that it has made. They are kept hidden from all of society, only revealed to those who are a Huntsman or are extremely high up in the food chain..

Akutenshi: "...."

He was completely silent, looking behind himself as he stared at Beacon Academy within the background. Specifically glaring at one of the windows holding the crimson haired beauty of this school...

---(SCENE CHANGE..)---

Akutenshi and Seth were sitting down in seats within one of the rooms inside of Beacon Academy, the both of them chatting with one another about some events during their time here. Most of the dialogue being done by Seth however..

Seth would turn his head to the side to see Koneko sitting down by his own side, the woman was eating a small plate of food at the current moment. She inched closer to Seth, the boy chuckling as he would ruffle his hair. Easily identifying her own needs.

Akutenshi: "..."

Akutenshi was focused on something ahead of himself, which was specifically Issei Hyoudou. A teenage student within the school of Beacon, known for his highly perverted nature.. Issei was currently trying to get a good look at a girl in the front of the school, a long yellow haired woman with some shorts and other revealing clothing.

Akutenshi: "Hm."

He flicked a pencil into the back of Issei's head, stopping the perverted teen from staring at the woman further. He turned towards Akutenshi, the man looking at Seth who was still petting the small petite girl known as Koneko.

Issei: "HEY!-"

Rias: "Issei.."

The crimson haired beauty would finally arrive, one of the most famous individuals within Beacon Academy. Rias Gremory, the girl would walk forward with another woman by her side as well as a blonde haired man. Akutenshi stared at her along with Seth..

Rias: "Now.. What brings you both to our club this time around, Akutenshi.. Seth?"
