Yin's POV: "You stay as safe in this room as possible. Mommy has got to go get something." Tao, my mother smiled as she went out the door and into the parking lot of my friend's house for their birthday party. Their place was packed, since their mother was a very popular DJ around these parts of Italy. I held my stuffed bunny Oscar in my arms, close to my chest tightly, as he is a memoir for a my very first friend, who I met in Preschool. I barely remember that friend's identity, but that right now... isn't important.

I am Yin. I am a transgender junior-high school student who's with an average-amount-of-money family, who still collects stuffed animals, and this is my story.

I walk around the living room, The biggest room in my friend's house with Oscar. Oddly enough, you expect me to bump into so many people, but all the other guests are close to the walls on the house. The house is pretty spacious, anyway. Like a palace ballroom. I fiddle with Oscar's arms, Imagining stories. I open my backpack and start to play with my other stuffed animals. Some people notice and just look for a few seconds in silent disgust, or at least make a small sound effect meaning disgust, Like a groan or a huff. But that won't bother me...

"HEY!" A boy suddenly snatches Oscar out of my arms. Luckily, I was just about to go in a quieter room, So I shoved all my other stuffed animals in my backpack just before that. Oscar was dangling in the boy's arms. He appeared to be a tall high schooler, and he had other friends along. One of them was recording a video. "Hey! Give Oscar back!" I was scared, powerless so I didn't fight back. I was afraid if they did, they'd beat me into a pulp right before I know it.

I tried to overpower them by jumping, jumping and jumping! But nothing works, And Oscar remained out of reach. Right when I was supposed to give up crying, I heard a yelling across the room. "HEY!" The voice was similar to mine, as it had a certain accent like mine did. The voice was deeper, And out of the crowd...

Emerged what appeared for another junior highschooler. He had dark skin, black long hair, and a dull red in his eyes. He was in the same clothes as me, but his hoodie was a dark black, and he had one of those heart chokers I saw on those cosplayers on the internet that Mom likes. He also had a belt with one or three chains on it. Then, the other junior high schooler shouted again. "BLOODY HELL DID YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING TO THAT KID?! LET HIM PLAY WITH HIS STUFF IN PEACE, MY MAN!!"

Then, the other boys started to laugh at the other schooler. "What?~ You're going to let this boy play with his dumb little stuffed bunny-dolls? Those are for girls." This is not going to end well, So I got up and dashed out of there. I bumped into many adults, and I made it outside. There was nobody else at the door, So I sat at a doorstep... And began to cry.

Third person POV:

Yin sat on the staircase. Nobody else was there. It was like time froze forever, and he was the only one unaffected. The only thing that occupied Yin was the wind in his medium, pure blonde hair-

"Hey."

It was the same voice of the Junior-High school student from earlier. Yin looked up and blinked a tear out of his eye. "H-Hm?... What do you want." Yin was slightly sobbing, But the boy had something behind his back. "I saw you getting crowded by those bullies a half hour ago and... I kinda did something for you.." Yin looked over. "Wait wait, You saw- Huh? Is that?!" The boy smiled. "It's your bunny. While you ran away, The tore up your bunny a bit. I learned patchwork from my mother! I'm sorry if the patches are a little big, But your bunny is so much more cuter than before!"

Yin smiled. Oscar was covered in pastel pink, pastel brown, and pastel green patches. The patches looked so pretty on him! Yin felt delight every time he looked at Oscar, now. "T-Thank you so much..! Eh... What's your name?" The boy chuckled. "Nobody asked my that in a while." The boy reached a hand and picked Yin up.

"I am Yang. What's yours?"

Yin smiled. "I'm Yin. Lieto di conoscerti!" Yang smiled. "HAH! sei italiano! Come me! Heh... E anche i nostri nomi combaciano!" Yin smiled wider. "Ho la sensazione che questo sia l'inizio di un'amicizia perfetta, la pensi così, Yang?" Yang opened the door, and they both ran inside to get some more party snacks.

"Si si! Avanti!"
