THREE MONTHS AGO

Dear Diary...

I just had come back from a party. A birthday party for once of my mother's friends. No idea if going there was necessary. But.. Let me tell you something. There wasn't very much at the part but today, I had met a new friend. Honestly, I never had a friend before but here's the story. I was looking around the party, wondering what to do. It is --:-- Pm. Some three larger kids push me to the ground. They looked like high school students. Probably the sizes of average Senior Year students. They took the stuffed animal I had wrapped around my arms. That stuffed animal was a rabbit with a collar and a blue bow tie. Kind of similar to my outfit. Two boys then started to play catch with the rabbit and just tossed it around without failure. I tried to scream but they would only laugh louder over my tears. I let out a large scream but nobody heard me. It was useless. They were already going to tear my stuffed rabbit apart when we heard another loud voice. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" It was another kid. He had dark skin, Dark hair and a red suit. "This young boy never did a thing to you! Lend the rabbit over or else!" One of the boys chuckled. "Or what-" That moment later, He was kicked in a sensitive spot, dropping the bunny. The other boy takes my hand and runs out of the party with me...

"Are you alright?" The other boy asks. He sounded like he had an Italian accent like me. I just nod, I was still speechless from the event that just occurred. I just burst into tears and the other boy lets me cry in his chest. "Don't worry, collega amico. lasciare che tutte quelle lacrime scorrono fuori." The sunset shines onto us and the other boy looks at me. "My name is Yang."

I nod. "Yin.." Yang smiles brighter. "Hey! We kind of have the same names! What a coincidence!" Me and Yang laugh as he hands my stuffed rabbit over to me. "Wanna head back inside? This Pity Party ain't gonna hand out fun itself!" We take each others hands and walk back inside.
