The heroes had soon settled into Mars, but wasted no time when it came to searching for you. The only problem was where to find you? No one knew Marvin's old address so that was out of the question and then there was the possibility that you could be on another part of the planet entirely. But luckily enough for them that you were close. Closer than they or you might've thought.

A few days had gone by and they were losing hope but trying not to give up.

"Speedy" Bugs sighed and buried his tired head into his paws. "There is a possibility that they're already married by now. As much as i want to find them, maybe we're wasting our time" The rabbit took a sip of his coffee and rubbed his tired eyes that morning as Speedy was still as focused and eager as ever.

"No way, man! We HAVE to find her! She's here! I just know it! Please, we must keep searching!" Speedy answered hurriedly as he wasn't tired, but anxious and worried as he jumped about and looked out of the window in hope of a clue that would lead him to you.

"Well we put up posters, asked everyone if they'd seen you and we even tried looking Marvin up! Pity you don't get any internet signal on Mars or that last plan would've went better"

"Ooh! Ooh! I know! Why don't we try luring Marvin here with something? Cupcakes!!" Lola giggled and clapped her hands in excitement.

"Well that's never gonna work" Bugs blinked at her in amusement.

Then it hit Speedy. "I know what we must do! Check all the wedding schedules in town!" He exclaimed and danced around in excitement at the thought of his plan going well.

"You're right! Wait, but what if they're somewhere else?" Bugs pondered on the matter as he got up, feeling less tired and discouraged after he had had his breakfast.

"Well eets worth a try! Come on!" And with that, Speedy took off at the speed of light in hope that he would find you. Bugs and Lola quickly trailed behind him and hoped and prayed that they would find you.

"Porky" Daffy sighed in contempt for his chubby friend. "Remind me why i called you to come over again" The drama queen duck folded his arms and raised an eyebrow at the little porker.

"W-w-well you d-did say you needed h-h-h-e, a hand with something" His innocent friend smiled like an Angel.

"EXACTLY! And what sort of a help have you actually been to me? Don't you know ANYTHING about solving a crime?" Spit was flying from the exasperated duck as he threw his arms about and got angry as he tried to explain his point.

"M-maybe a little. I'm s-s-ure you d-don't know much about i-it either as you c-called me" He smiled sweetly but Daffy took this as an uncalled for roast rather than a fact.

"IS THAT A FACT? I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT I'M PRACTICALLY A DEFECTIVE!"

"Y-you mean a-a detective" Porky corrected him.

Daffy frowned in annoyance that he was getting nowhere with this. "Fine! I see that you don't want to help me!" He stuck out his bottom lip and began to ugly cry.

"Oh n-n-no! I wanna w-what happened at the p-pizzariba as m-much as you do. I j-j-ust don't know where to start"

"Hmm" Daffy quickly composed himself and got up off of the floor and began to give the issue some serious thought for once. "Now let's write down a list of possibilities that could've happened. A serial killer murdered Speedy and destroyed the place!" Daffy gasped in horror as his own imagination was too much for him.

"S-seriously?" the pig frowned.

"Maybe it was an earthquake! Or maybe...It was an insurance scam! Oh my gosh, it all makes sense now"

"I d-don't know, do you REALLY t-think S-speedy would do a thing like t-that?" Porky questioned him on the subject.

"You never really know a guy, do you?" Daffy said both heroically and suspiciously. "I wonder if it has anything to do with that creepy turtle that was hanging around there that other night?"

Porky looked at him with wide eyes.

"W-what creepy t-turtle?" He asked as Daffy had left out that part before.

"Oh, he was hanging around the place when it was trashed. Small guy, green, hideous and had a smile like the grinch" Daffy said nonchalantly as he dipped an onion ring in his coffee and ate it.

"Why d-didn't you t-t-t-e, why did you keep this from me?"

"I haven't seen him since. Why, does it matter?"

"It m-m-might!" Porky sighed. "I don't k-know what to do. I w-wonder what t-t-he w-world's greatest detective would d-do at a time like th-th-this" He smiled as he sat down and studied the pages of his batman comic.

"Nerd" Daffy remarked and rolled his eyes as he got up and left the room.

"W-what?" Porky asked, as pleasant as ever.

"Nothing" He answered in a sing-song voice. "Hmm, that turtle...i wonder who he was actually was and what he was doing there that night?" Daffy asked himself. "Time to dig up the dirt on a possible criminal! Or stalk an innocent guy, either works for me"

The heroes had searched at pretty much all the wedding venues in town that they could come across, but still couldn't find any names or dates or absolutely anything that could shed some light on this mystery.

"Oh come on!" Speedy cried as he was becoming impatient now. "please don't tell me that she isn't here after all that! Eef not here then where could she be?" He gave a defeated sigh and sat down as he wanted to weep, but Bugs put his gloved paw on his shoulder and that soon calmed him down. "You know, there IS one venue we haven't tried" The rabbit smiled as he gave his mousie friend the name and address.

"Well, i guess eets worth a try" He smiled and got up and sped off in that direction.

"Speedy! Wait for us!" Lola cried as she and Bugs ran off after their heartbroken friend.

They all soon came to the place and were panting and out of breathe by the time they got there. Not Speedy of course.

The receptionist looked at them in confusion. "Um, are you here to book a wedding...or what?" She asked.

"Oh, sorry, senorita, no actually, we want to know whether you have a wedding already planned for a Marvin the martian and a (y/n) (l/n)?"

"Lemme check that with the computer" The martian girl responded as she searched through the files and dates. Speedy chewed his nails in anticipation. "Ah! Here we go! It's for tomorrow at three!"

"Tomorrow at three!?!?" He gasped in astonishment.

"Something the matter, sweetie?"

"N-no. Well, thank you for your time. You have been most helpful, but for me i must go now! Bye!"He exclaimed in excitement as he now knew where you would be and rushed off to prepare himself for tomorrow.

"Porky! I think i found a major breakthrough in this case!" Daffy exclaimed happily as he ran into the room where his friend was sitting.

"W-what is it?" The little oinker asked as he put down his comic amongst his stack of his collection.

"You know that weird turtle i was telling you about? Well i stalke...er, made some investigations concerning him, and here's what i found: His name is Cecil and he was convicted before for a serious of frauds!" Daffy proudly showed Porky his efforts and Porky looked impressed at the fact that his friend had actually done his homework.

"W-wait a minute! I recognise him! H-he o-once tried scamming m-me and B-B-Bugs!"

"You know him? Yeesh, small world. But what i want to know is why? Did he kidnap Speedy or something?"

Tomorrow had finally arrived and you were more nervous than anyone else. You really should've told Marvin that you were in love with someone else, but he was completely convinced for whatever reason that you loved him and you had no idea how he would react.

You looked at yourself in the mirror with your wedding dress on. You looked lovely but even the way you looked couldn't disguise the unhappiness you were feeling inside. You remembered Speedy and everything you used to love and you wept to yourself.

"(y/n)?" You heard a voice say and the door open. "I know it's bad luck for the bride and groom to see each other before the wedding but i wanted to check that you were ok?"

"Well I'm not"

"Why ever not?" He asked, looking disappointed.

"I don't want to marry you! Why is this even happening?"

"What? You can't back out now! You agreed!"

"I didn't!"

"Well then why did you say yes to my proposal?"

"Because..." But before you could answer, the clock turned three and you had to get ready.

"Oh! I'll be waiting for you, my love!" He simped in delight and rushed off. You sighed. You wanted to make a run for it, but a martian girl ran in and led you out to where your union was to be held.

You bit your lip in anticipation as your eyes nervously looked back and forth as you walked down the aisle and looked at all the unfamiliar faces. You wonder how you ever got into this mess but before you could come to a conclusion, you were up there alongside Marvin.

A martian priest was there amongst you and began with the vows. "We are gathered here today in the presence of God, family and friends to unite Marvin the martian and (y/n) in holy matrimony..." He began and you just listen nervously. "Oh please let something happen so that i don't have to go through with this!" You thought. You listened as the vows went on. You hoped they would never end as you wouldn't be married then but they just kept going on. Marvin didn't care though. A thousand years was playing in his head as he thought your wedding was just like the one from twilight.

"If anyone has any objections, speak now, or forever hold your peace"

You hoped and prayed that someone would make an objection. You looked around, hoping someone would say something, but everyone was just dead silent until you lost all hope.

"I object!"

You gasped and turned around in amazement and astonishment. It can't be! It couldn't be! But it was! It was your little matador...

Speedy!

Standing there in person, uh, rodent!

"What?!?" Marvin cried in shock as spotted his boss standing there. "What are you doing here, boss?"

"I'm coming to take back what is rightfully mine!"

"Speedy!" You screamed like a maniac and ran towards him, tripping over your wedding dress in the process and destroying the cake.

"The cake! (y/n), what is going on?" Marvin demanded. "Do you mean to tell me that you and my boss were secret lovers?"

"I wouldn't call it secret, i thought we were very open" You stated as you hugged your boyfriend.

"But you accepted my marriage proposal! Its practically a fact that you were in love with me"

"Eh, she didn't actually, doc. You see, when you asked her, she was on the phone, she didn't hear a word of what was being said" Bugs explained as he took a bite out of his carrot. " And what do you mean by that? Who told you that?"

"Oh, a customer" Marvin said sadly.

"What did they look like?" Speedy asked curiously.

"oh, a green fellow, about yea high with a shell on his back"

"Cecil!" Bugs fumed in realization. "He said he was gonna make us pay but he's gone too far this time! Come on! Let's go stop whatever he's doing now!" Bugs rushed off.

"(y/n), please, in all the time we were together, you mean to tell me you felt nothing?" Marvin said as tears formed in his eyes.

"Marvin" You sighed. "I like you, but like a friend. I'm dating Speedy. I'm sorry you had your heart broken though" You comforted him.

"Still doesn't excuse the fact that he kidnapped you!" Speedy pouted.

"Well it's done now, but we have to go stop Cecil! Who knows what he's up to now?"

You all left in spaceships for earth. You, Marvin and Speedy in one and Bugs and Lola in another as you fled across the solar system to squish that pathetic green waste of oxygen.

And sure enough there he was! You parked in front of the pizzariba and rushed out to annihilate him, but then you caught sight of the mess he made. "MY RESTAURANT!" Speedy screeched like a bamshee when he saw that it was in tatters and looked like a bomb had hit it. You all then noticed the turtle talking to someone, looking like he was sealing a deal.

"Well the place is destroyed and the owner hasn't been spotted in weeks, so why shouldn't i buy this restaurant? I know I'd put it to good use" He said in his smug and smooth voice.

"Oh no you don't" Speedy huffed, but before he could do anything, someone pounced on the turtle! Your mouths hung open in shock as you saw who it was! It was someone you could never forget, someone, dumb, lazy and arrogant. It was...

Daffy.

"Daffy?" Cried Bugs. "What are you doing here?"

"Elementary my dear bunny. I came here to solve a crime most despicable. You see, this man, this...turtle, is a criminal mastermind. You see, he kidnapped Speedy Gonzales, a mouse most beloved and hid him somewhere. He then proceded to destroy his restaurant in the hope that it would look uninhabited, deserted, and then he would have it for himself! I know what you're thinking, crazy, right? Wrong! He has a history of fraud and was once even convicted for pulling a gun on you, Bugs, and my young ward, Porky here! Either that or you all three a party and didn't invite me!" The ducK frowned.

"Uh, Daffy? I'm right here" Speedy answered.

Daffys eyes opened in shock and his smug grin disappeared. "What? But I can't be wrong! Bu-bu-but..."

" Daffy, you were really close but I'm afraid Cecil's plan was more elaborate than we thought. Come on, I'll explain it all to you on the way to the police station " Bugs smiled warmly as his paw rested on the ducks shoulders. "You did your research though, I have to say, I'm impressed"

Daffys face lit up at this. "Really?" His eyes twinkled. " I mean not that I'm surprised, but it's nice to hear you admit it"

"Sure daffy"

Cecil just listened, speechless. "But my plan was foolproof! How did you bunch of ingrates manage to foil it? HOW? Just how?!?!?" The turtle wailed and took a tantrum and started fistfighting you all.

"Give it up Cecil" Bugs rolled his eyes as the cops arrived and arrested the evil reptile.

"Oh, (y/n), you have no idea how glad I am to be with you again!" Speedy cheered and put his tiny arms around you. "I never want you to leave like that again"

You smile warmly at his affection, but you have a confession to make. "Actually, Speedy, as much as I love you, and all of my friends,I'm seriously considering moving away"

His eyes widened in horror and he felt like his heart could've stopped. "What? But why?" He asked.

" It's just that ever since I moved here, the craziest things have happened to me, take that for example and my purse getting stolen"

"Si, but a lot of good things have happened to you as well! Haven't they?"

"True, but let me give the matter some thought" You sighed as you wandered off into the distance, out of the sight of your friends.
