A little while had passed since you had met your co-worker and you hadn't seen him since. He had been seeing plenty of you though as he tried to catch a glimpse of you, everytime he could as he was now officially simping over you, but he was convinced it was real love as you were the only one who understood and really cared for him. He blushed when you waved at him and his heart melted when you smiled and he so wanted to know you better and the more he watched, the more he was convinced that you loved him as well. He wanted to turn up at your door with flowers and ask you out sometime, but Cecil had him totally fooled and now he was certain you loved him too, and wanted to be with him but were too shy to say anything and so he thought of the turtles advice over and over and really pondered on what to do.

A few weeks later you were working at the pizzariba and you were just finishing putting sauce on a pizza when your boss and boyfriend informed you of an issue. It was lucky for Cecil that Marvin had never noticed you and Speedy together or his whole plan would've failed. That ship would've sank before it even sailed, but unfortunately his evil plan was kicking into overdrive. Speedy had told you that he got an urgent call from Pete, who, whilst finished delivering a pizza, had forgotten how to drive and was now stuck at the customers house and so Speedy would have to go get him. That meant that you were left in charge. You didn't mind though as it wasn't busy and you were a responsible employee.

Speedy left and you tended to the restaurant while he was gone. The place was quiet and so the only thing you could do was clean and wipe down tables. cleaning is a pretty dull job so you put on your playlist on your phone and put in your new airpods as you really got the place tidy. A little martian strolled in at that moment, with a nervous expression on his face. You never even noticed him as he started talking to you and he didn't seem to realise you were wearing earphones.

"Oh, (y/n)" He started, a lovestruck expression on his little face. "How much longer must we hide our feelings?" He sighed. You didn't hear a word of this though. "We are two pieces of the same heart and ours is an everlasting love that knows no bounds, so what do you say?" He knelt down on one knee. Your phone rang at this moment. It was Speedy. "Will you marry me?" Asked Marvin with starry eyes. You answered Speedy in a pleasant voice. "Yes?" you smiled as you said this and Marvin thought you were talking to him. "Oh goodie!" He laughed excitedly and got up. "Then we haven't a second to spare! Come, my love" He grabbed you by the hand and dragged you outside and that was when you noticed him. "Woah!" You cried as your phone fell out of your hands. You had no idea a little martian could be so strong.

He dragged you out of the building, and giggling excitedly all the way, took you to what looked like a spaceship. You rubbed your eyes in disbelief as you realised it was indeed a spaceship and before you could cry for help, you were strapped onto a seat inside and he flew off.

Meanwhile... "Alright, Pete, have you got the idea NOW?" Asked an exasperated Speedy as he tried his best to run his clueless employee through the basics of driving as he somehow forgot.

"Uh, I think so" He scratched his head, still looking as unsure as ever.

"You know what? I'll drive back, just make the rest of the deliveries on your bike today until you remember how to drive again"

"Okay! " Pete giggled as he got in the passenger side and Speedy headed straight back to the restaurant. He was still thinking about the way you had just stopped during that phone call and he wanted to see you to make sure everything was alright.

"(y/n), I'm back!" He said in a sing-song voice as he cheerfully burst in through the doors. But he was met with no answer. "(y/n)? " He looked around, confused as to why you weren't there. "Alright, (y/n), jokes over, where are you now?" He then gasped as he saw your phone lying there on the floor. "It's cold, where is she?" He asked himself, getting worried now. "(y/n)? (Y/n)? (Y/N)?!?" He cried as he does across the pizzariba in desperate search for you. He couldn't think of anywhere else to look, so he called Bugs. "Oh please pick up, please pick up, please pick up!"

" Hello? " his friend answered in that Brooklyn accent as he lay there on the couch watching sports.

"Senor Bugs! Is (y/n) with you right now?"

" Uh, no, why would she be? "

"It's just that she isn't here at the pizzariba! And she left her phone here"

" Oh. Well don't worry about it, maybe the phone rang and she had to make a delivery"

This seemed to soothe him. "Ah, maybe you're right and I am just overreacting"

" That is one option, have you tried Lola? "

"Actually, she COULD be at Lola's. For whatever reason I don't know"

But that idea was out of the question as the rabbit just entered right now. He dashed up to her. "Wow! You're eager to take orders today! What's gotten into you? Not that you were ever lazy before, wait, I didn't mean that, I just mean..."

" It's fine, I know what you meant, but Lola, do you have any idea where (y/n) is? "

"Of course I do, silly!" She laughed. " She's at here with you! She does work here after all! "

He frowned. "But she isn't here and she left her phone!"

" WHAT? She isn't here? Wait, does she do deliveries? "

"No"

"Well then where is she?"

" That's what I would like to know "

"Maybe she was abducted by aliens!" Lola gasped in horror. If only she knew how accurate she was.

"Oh, don't be ridiculous! That sort of thing doesn't happen! Speaking of aliens, where's Marvin?" He raised an eyebrow as he now realised he was gone as well.

"Maybe they ran away together!" She gasped and bit her nails in horror as dramatic music started playing in the background.

"She wouldn't" His face turned pale at the thought. "Wait, maybe it was those gangsters we foiled! Maybe they came after her and want a ransom!"

" Rocky and Mugsy? "

"Si! Remember they took her purse? Maybe thees ees revenge! "

"O.M.G"

As they both discussed the possibilities of what may have happened to you, Cecil stood there at the window, laughing maniacally. "This is working out even better than I ever could've possibly imagined! Now I have someone to take the blame, and when those losers start travelling in search for her, I'll be there, money in hand to buy that disgusting restaurant!" His eyes looked crazy as he squashed his face up against the door and laughed. His giggling came to an abrupt stop as he felt someone tapping his shoulder. "Huh?"

"Look, buddy are you gonna order something or are you just gonna stand there blocking the entrance for paying customers? " Daffy sassed as he took a sip of his soda and flashed Porky's credit card at the turtle.

Cecil rolled his eyes and huffed as he left, but was still ecstatic at the t there thought. "Now what could I do with the restaurant when it's mine? A secret hideout for villains? An honest business on the outside that I'm actually gonna use to launder money on my side job as a criminal?" He gasped as he realised the most evil thing he could do with it. " or how about...an overpriced grocery store that makes people wait in really long lines?!? Oh, Cecil, you are brilliant! " He rubbed his hands together and a grin like the jokers appeared on his face.

Meanwhile, millions of miles away from earth...

"Oh, (y/n), you're going to love Mars! It's the most beautiful planet in the galaxy! Very fitting for the most beautiful woman in the galaxy"

You blushed at his flattering speech, and forgot the fact you were abducted for a while as you worried about how you were gonna breathe on Mars. Alright, so Marvin didn't see it as abduction, and to be fair, it wasn't really, all he wanted was for you to have a nice enjoyable trip before the big day. But you put that aside for a moment to think about how you were gonna breathe when you reached his home planet, the atmosphere on mars was like that of a car exhaust, or so you've heard, but that's just because the law guys who landed here landed on the super highway. Marvin landed in a nice and quiet spot, tranquill even, and you saw Mars was much more than a red desert of rock, sand and soil, it was a utopia of sorts, beautiful even, but you didn't want to live there.

"Marvin, " You were going to stop and try to say something to him, but you got distracted by a garden he led you to. "This is beautiful" You looked around in awe and wonder at the splendour he had brought you to.

'It is indeed, my dear, and it shall be all yours! "

You turned your head around in shock. "What? But how ?" You were honestly flabbergasted.

"Because this is the house I'm going to buy for us to live in when we're married! You'll love it! Oh, I've been saving all my earnings for something such as this and when you accepted my proposal earlier today, I knew I just had to do it!"

" When did I accept your proposal? Wait, what proposal? "

"You don't remember? When you were cleaning the pizzariba! "

"At the pizzariba..." You then remembered you were listening to music and you said yes to Speedy on the phone. "Marvin, this is a mistake, I can't marry you!"

" Why not? Everything is sorted for two weeks from today! "

Your eyes widened in horror as you looked across and saw the earth and you knew you could never go back. A tear fell from your eye as you thought of your friends, your job and your boyfriend that you may never see again.

"Cheer up, (y/n) " He put an arm around your shoulder. "Why trade all this luxury for that mediocre life you had before? We're in love and everything is perfect now!"

" Who said I was in love with you? " You sniffed and wiped the tear away.

"A friend told me, now go and dress into something nicer, we're having dinner tonight" He smiled or he would've done if he had a mouth.

You got up and quickly left and joined him for dinner. You wondered was he really insane or was there someone behind this? You didn't know and you just wanted home. But if home wasn't an option the what would you do? You should just make the best of the situation, but you wouldn't give up hope.
