About two months had passed since that date and now you two were officially boyfriend and girlfriend. Thankfully that was what you both wanted.

Today was Monday. You turned up for work, exhausted and unmotivated and bumped into the door.

"ouch!" you gave a cry of despair as you rubbed your poor nose. "what's this?" you said to yourself as you looked at the door. "closed? why on Earth would the place be closed?" you wondered. it wasn't Christmas or the weekend or anything so was the place closed? And why didn't Speedy inform you of this?

You raced along to his house to see what the problem was. You knocked on the door, expecting Bugs, but it was Speedy who answered.

"(y/n)! Hola! What a pleasure to see you!" He exclaimed in surprise as a large smile appeared on his face to see you.

"Hey. Speedy, why is the pizzariba closed? And why wasn't I informed?" You crossed your arms as you waited for a response.

"Oh! I am so sorry, por favor, perdóname, I clean forgot to tell you I was going on holiday!"

Your arms fell down to your sides and you raised both your eyebrows in surprise. "Holiday? What do you mean? A holiday off from the pizzariba or were you lucky enough to find a cheap flight somewhere? And where's Bugs and Daffy?"

He chuckled and you followed him into the house. "Bugs ees bailing Daffy out of jail"

You wanted to ask why but decided it was probably better not to know.

"And to answer your first question, I'm going to Mexico"

"Mexico?"

"Si. I'm going to visit my family back home. "

"Oh, cool, good luck with that" you said with a wave as you walked out. That was when he was hit with an idea.

"(y/n), why don't you come with me?"

You could've dropped when he said this. "What?" You turned round a full 180. "What do you mean?"

" I mean come with me! You'll have so much fun and I really want you to meet my family. I told them I have a girlfriend but they don't know about you or the way you look or anything really"

"But Speedy, how can i? I'm guessing you only booked the one plane ticket?"

" Oh no, I didn't book no plane tickets! "

You looked puzzled. "Then how are you travelling? By bus?"

He shook his head and smiled. "No! The fastest mouse in Mexico?"

" Oh" you said as you realised what an idiot you really were. "Wait, then how would I be able to go?"

He sighed loudly. "Alright, I will get tickets for us both, but please come with me" you wanted to refuse, but what was a gal to do when faced with that cute sparkle in those huge eyes?

You considered the whole matter for a moment before giving your decision. "Alright" you said nervously.

"Whoopee!" He laughed and jumped about which you found too adorable. "Pack your bags, (y/n)! next stop, Mejico!"
