Today is the day. The time of the month.

"APRIL FOOLS DAY!!" The hyperactive boy- my brother, Frostfire shouted happily before the chickens even managed to get a crow in for the morning.

1st April.. April fools day, the day where everyone is getting pranked by one another or becomes a victim of Frostfire.

The boy next to him- my other brother, Glacier, who is putting the clothes in the closet, shakes his head. "Can you be any louder, Frost? Everyone is still sleeping, they are tired and we don't want to wake them up." Glacier- the mother of the group warns Frostfire.

Just then, the bell door rang. "Supra, can you get the door for me? If I ask Frost to do it, he would definitely do a prank" Glacier muttered the last part making Frostfire glaring at him.

I nod my head, making my way downstairs to the main door. I checked out first who it was and there, I saw Kat. The person who I slowly developed a crush over. It's a silly little crush, Frostfire wouldn't shut up about it. She is not alone though, Luna and Ayumi are also there with her. I open the door and greet the three, "Hey, what brings you three here?" I asked, observing the girls.

"Supra~ Hey~ is Glacier in here??" Luna asked, holding two eggs behind her back. Ah, I can tell where this was going.

"Frostfire is also home right?" Ayumi struggles to put on a straight face and stifles laughter. I casually point my index finger up at their rooms. "Thanks~" The two then run upstairs leaving me and Kat alone.

Kat is seemingly the only one who doesn't do April fools which relieves me. She looks at me with her usual cat-like face which I find cute. "I guess, both of us aren't into the April fools thing." She says, meeting my gaze.

I chuckle at it, bringing her inside before replying back, "I'm not a fan of April fools, only Frost is." Which wasn't a lie to begin with, every year, Frostfire would be dragged home by Glacier after he either caused fire to some random place or that by some miracle(his ice power) turns the area into a snowstorm.

Kat checks around the place as if she has never been in our-- BBB's house before. Just like a cat, she is easily amazed with her surroundings. I follow her here and there, puzzled by the fact that she is like a new person here. "Kat?" I called out her name to get her attention.

She twirls around to look at me. "Yes??" Her sweet voice melted my heart. God help me.

I shake my head, trying to get rid of this creeping blush on my cheek. "Do you want to check out the new place dad made for us- fusions?" Her eyes sparkled. "I will take that as a yes." I walk to where the stairs are and gesture at her to follow me.

Soon afterwards, we arrive at Glacier and Frost's favorite place to hangout and test out our powers. Kat is amazed with the place that she starts to wander to different sections of the area. "Ooo~ Supra! What's this??" I took a look and saw that she's holding one of my weapons. It's inactive now so it would not electrocute her. The one time I forgot to inactive it, Frost got electrocuted and passed out for days.

"You should know by now it's my weapon," I sighed. Kat tilted her head to the side as she started to play with my weapon. "Be careful not to swing it near you, it's sharp," I warned her.

"Don't worry~ it's not like I never carelessly cut myself with a knife."

"..."

"Hehe~"

"You live a dangerous life."

"I know!"

I facepalm at how Kat responded. She really needs someone to protect her.

That should be you!

UHHHHH- I'm your sub.. subconscious- Yeah! Subconscious!

..I'll buy it for now but what do you mean by me protecting her?

You care for her, right? She does have her friends to protect her but they would not be there for her 24/7..

I can't deny that.

So what are you waiting for? Stop wasting your time with me!

Huh, annoying..

"Supra?? Hello?? Are you at home??" My eyes blink when Kat waves her hand in front of my face. "Oh good.. I thought you were dead."

"What?"

"Nothing!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAA-" a familiar scream was heard. Both me and Kat turned around to where the screaming came from and saw Luna and Ayumi running away from Frostfire who is covered in.. frosting.

Ironic.

"When I get my hands on you two- I swear-" instead of Frostfire saying that, it was Glacier who was soaked. Luna ran past me while Ayumi ran the other direction. What's surprising is that both Glacier and Frostfire run at me and Kat. I push Kat to the side to get the hit.

Egg shells and yolks, flour, water and probably sugar decorated around my clothes.

"Uh-oh.."

"Uh-oh indeed."

Frostfire swallows hard, backing away in fear. On the other hand, Glacier kept on saying sorry and the hit was for Luna and Ayumi. I sigh, "I'm not in the mood to even scold or be mad now." I look at Kat before zapping away to my room.

As the moon rises, night time comes. I raise my dagger in the air, sighing. Twirling it between my fingers before throwing it right at where the bullseye is. "I know Kat, I know, it was just for fun and I brought down the mood." I glance over my shoulder to see Kat from a distance. Wearing her pajamas.

I zap near her, folding my arms. "Before you say, I did not do anything wrong. I did and I accepted it."

Kat pouted, she tiptoed to make herself taller and I found that hilarious. If she was trying to make me laugh, she was already funny to me. "Listen here, they were not upset with it! They plan it to happen.. they were expecting you to chase them and I had to stop you because you know, they want their ship to sail."

Knowing that now, it made me feel more guilty. They know I have a crush on Kat and they wanted to help me yet I was blind to notice. "Also.." Kat closed her eyes, making me confused.

"Also w-" before even finishing my sentence, Kat throws the pie on my face. Three to five laughs were heard from the background.

"HAHAHAHAHAH- HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY SUPRA!!" That is definitely Frostfire.

"Finally!! Thanks Kat! You'll get your cookies later!" Luna said before continuing laughing.

"Cookies? Don't tell me I'll be baking it again." Glacier glares at Luna.

"The classic," Ayumi probably filmed the entire thing.

"I'm sorry! They force me to do it!" Kat bows repeatedly, having a guilt expression on her face.

It went quiet for a moment before I pulled Kat into a hug and nuzzled her face, as a karma for doing that prank. "Mmph!?" Kat muffled, trying to push me back. I stop to glare up at the four pranksters. Clenching my fist as the dagger that is on the bullseye exploded making them flinch.

"Is that a sign that we should run?"

"Yeah.."

"RUN!!!"

All of them ran away, a laughter escaped from my mouth which startled Kat. It's not everyday I would laugh at things. "Oh they'll get their karma.." I carry Kat on my shoulder, smiling at her. "Learn your lesson?"

Kat nods her head, pouting. "Thanks to you. I have to take a shower again.."

I shrug my shoulders, walking back into the house. "Let's take a shower together then." I teased.

Kat's face turned red at the realization. "WHAT!?"
