╌ akari grew up in kyoto and was hence
    deeply immersed in japanese culture.
    she nearly majored in japanese history
    at college. she likes taking friends from
    different places to her hometown to enjoy
    good food, different scenic spots and
    historical landmarks.
╌ she used to learn modern and contemporary
    dance before switching to hip-hop, whacking
    and jazz funk. she had started dance training
    as a child and was in the dance team back
    in high school.
╌ moved to tokyo and lived there for 1 year
    before passing the audition for last melody,
    –becoming a model involved in harajuku's
     fashion scene, especially the gothic lolita
     subculture. she participated in a few

╌ prior to her debut, she was known to spend a
    lot of time at the studio to write and compose
    songs. some people assumed she was forced
    by her company to do so, but stated that it was
    her own decision to stay in the studio a lot as
    it's her passion. thus, she's sometimes joking
    about basically living in the studio.
╌ in 2016, milena stayed in norway for a year to
    study and learn more about their culture. during
    that year, she went to two alan walker concerts
    with her host family and got inspired a lot, thus
    leading her to start writing and producing her
    own music shortly after.
╌ in 2017, milena became a trainee under jellyfish
    ent. and eventually became friends with yixing.
    after 4 years of getting a jellyfish trauma, she
    left and went back to germany. after a year
    spending in her hometown and her sister
    convincing her to become a trainee again, leading
    her to join lme.
╌ milena has two older siblings, a six years older
    sister named julia and a three years older brother
    named luka. she's very close to both of them and
    they try to spend a lot of time together despite
    being under different companies.
╌ milena tries to visit her family in germany as often
    as possible, so she's asking the company from
    time to time if she could fly to germany. but only if
    the schedules allow her to have some off time.
    otherwise, her family comes to seoul to meet her.
╌ milena is allergic to tomatoes and citrus fruits,
    hence she has to avoid food which has any of this
    two in them but would still like to eat. she recently
    discovered she's allergic to seafood as well which
    isn't bothering her as she doesn't like it anyway.
╌ milena owns an australian shephard named onyx,
    which she treats like her child and often refers to
    as her aussie boy, fur baby or golden boy. she
    recently got herself two ferrets named speedy
    and stitch.
╌ milena got her drivers license back at the time
    being in germany. she's every now and then
    offering the other lme artists and trainees to drive
    them around, forcing herself to be around people
    despite being an introverted person.

    she as her phone, ipad and macbook set to
    german, norwegian and english respectively and
    only switches to korean via the keyboard once
    she's messaging someone.

    national medals and even placed silver in the japan

    auditioned for LME after her friend joked that she
    could meet dean if she debuted in korea.
╌ she's known to work out a lot, if she's not at a schedule
    or sleeping she's probably in the gym.

    one ever since her uncle took her on a ride on his
    when she was 12.

╌ solyi's dislike of her given name results from
    well... how ugly it is pronounced. though pretty
    in meaning, she has a particular distaste from
    the letter combinations.
╌ her stage name (or more appropriately her
    preferred name in general) took inspiration from
    her love of pine trees, or 솔 in korean. her favorite
    part of the streets the freakish roots sometimes
    exposed to the ground.
╌ solyi adamantly believes in retail therapy. a victim
    of capitalism or an active supporter, we will never
    know because she just loves to buy things for her
    happiness.
╌ she has an unfathomably high screen time.
    friendless? bitchless? chronically online? it literally

╌ having overprotective parents was... incovenient
    to say the least as she was barely allowed to do
    anything. she constantly felt like she had to prove
    herself to her parents, because she would rather
    die than disappoint them. despite that, she still
    wanted to pursue her own journey. the only
    breathing time she had was at school and when
    she would sneak out to vocal + dance lessons.
    anything related to singing and dancing made her
    feel like herself, but she made sure to hide that
    part of herself as her parents wanted her to
    become a doctor.
╌ at school, she was pretty extroverted and friendly,
    but she found herself constantly changing herself
    for everyone, to the point where she is still figuring
    out her likes and dislikes to this day.
╌ after finally graduating high school and leaving
    home, she made the choice not to go to university
   (her parents were very upset after she revealed this
    to them), and instead trained for months before
    auditioning for LME. she hadn't spoken to her
    parents for about a year, and she didn't plan to.
╌ prior to being placed in the lineup, cheri had
    mentioned she'd most likely be the bubbly, sunshine
    of the group, or the fake maknae. she has a wide
    range of interests, though she usually hyperfixates
    on one before choosing something else that interests
    her. she loves listening to music (loves anything
    related to music + dancing), and her favorite artists
    are girl's generation and red velvet.

╌ her italian name was picked by her mother—who
    is the korean parent of the couple—which explains
    why it's a rather weird and unpopular choice for
    the average italian. her friends back in italy called
    her "viola" rather than "violante" for convenience;
    nevertheless, she still likes both of her names,
    even if she admittedly prefers yulli.
╌ among the high school options back in italy, yulli
    picked a liceo linguistico (academic high school
    specialized in languages) in sassari, in which she
    studied english, spanish and german, as well as
    latin lexicon and basic grammar for two years only.
    as a result, she's quite proficient in all three
    languages, along with italian.
╌ she's particularly proficient in spanish as she was
    preparing to pursue a double diploma (both the
    standard italian high school diploma and the spanish
    bachillerato) before quitting due to deteriorating
    mental health during her third year, with full support
    from her parents.
╌ yulli unconsciously switches between languages
    while trying to speak in korean, as she's not used to
    speaking it so frequently despite knowing it well
    enough to hold on a conversation.
╌ she likes writing songs, although she's not the best
    at it. she has been doing it for years, yet she's never
    really improved which is why she doesn't like showing
    her lyrics to anyone; she'd like to learn and write more,
    though!
╌ her parents have mixed feelings regarding her
    choice to become an idol, as they think it could do
    worse damage to her mental health than school,
    and she's quite aware of that: nevertheless, she
    doesn't see herself anywhere but on the stage, which
    is why she's willing to take the risk.
╌ yulli doesn't consume a lot of media—except for
    music—and she actively avoids using her devices for
    more than two hours a day. she likes to read manga,
    though, with her favorites being "blue period" and
    "land of the lustrous"; otherwise, she likes to spend
    her time taking walks, writing in her journal or making
    perfumes. the only videogame she's ever played
    actively was "ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream! AAside".
╌ she's very polite and friendly, but easily ticked off
    by trivial things. to deal with anger, her favorite
    method is to kill the person she's (unreasonably)
    mad at on the sims 4 (which is the only thing she
    plays it for, too).
