▎STORYLINE ⦂ act five, a forbidden sword changes fate.
    ⵢ the next act of CRYPTIC's storyline follows
       SHAWN and his path through the maze. now
       mostly decoded, he's able to sense and
       notice things he was unable to to before. the
       turning point comes to a head when he finds
       a sword hidden by in a glitch. once touched,
       it binds to SHAWN, and once swung, changes
       the fate of everyone and everything "around"
       him. as the bright white light fades away,
       words hover in the air before disappearing:
       "WITH ONE SWING, THE SWORD OF DYSTOPIA
       HAS BEEN AWAKENED."

    ⵢ the concept for EVEN MORE came about
       after one of CRYPTIC's concerts and
       wanting to give something back to their
       fans. ASH and MINJAE took on the task of
       both writing and composing the song and
       the final product made its way into the
       album as its official fan song.

    ⵢ ASHTON had written PLUTO when his mother
       had fallen ill shortly after CRYPTIC's first full
       album release and he rushed back to america
       to be with her and his sister. it was a rough
       patch in his life, having dealt with a different
       issue prior to the news of his mother. ASHTON
       had wrote it as a means to increase his spirits,
       using the former planet pluto as a metaphor
       for "no matter what, I am strong. no matter
       what, I will stand my ground and remain
       myself to the end."
