▎STORYLINE ⦂ act three, electricity guides them to confusion.
    ⵢ THE continuation of CRYPTIC's storyline
       follows ASH, someone who knows he should
       be smart enough to find his way out, yet
       keeps getting lost in dead-ends and leads
       that are finalized in false hope. when a bolt
       of electricity powers a oddly placed
       computer, he realizes he may have found a
       lead. however, it ends in vain and all he
       can think about is, "WHY IS LIFE JUST A
       BUNCH OF ZEROS AND ONES?"

       to the beginning of CRYPTIC's universe.
       the witch disguises themselves and leads
       the boys into the maze before taunting them
       and locking them in the maze, separated
       from one another. the witch laughs as they
       watch the seven boys suffer in pain as they
       try to escape.

    ⵢ JASON had been binge-watching a ton of
       action movies prior to making the song.
       because of this he thought of, well, making
       a song based off of action movies. JASON
       had asked ASHTON for help in the producing
       aspect, who just shook his head in with
       disappointment but ultimately helped. ASHTON
       was also the person who suggested that FINN
       NILSEN feature on the song.

    ⵢ ATTENTION, PLEASE! was an unfinished draft
       made by SHAWN during his music composition
       class in australia. he had created it with the full
       intention of it being performed life by a rock band
       for his crush. however, when ASH stumbled upon
       the file on SHAWN's laptop, he asked if he would
       be willing to work with him to finish it and present
       it as a track for their newest album. SHAWN obliged
       and this song was the final outcome.

       parts he referred to them by the way their
       voices sounded in other songs. (ex: the one
       with the flowery voice...no no not him that's
       the apple juice sounding one. MINJAE? okay
       MINJAE has an apple juice voice, i'm talking
       about the windy flowery voice one. oh that's
       YAZHU? okay YAZHU then).

       and never thought much of the lyrics until
       SHAWN pointed out how desperate and sad
       they were. during an interview, ASHTON had
       explained that the song was written in the
       perspective of someone who had lost a loved
       one physically and now sees them in their
       dreams while pretending to see them in real
       life. hence, DELUSION.

       as coined by many twitter SALVATIONS, which
       led to this song being created. though the lyrics
       remain neutral, the music video clearly shows a
       woman, making it funnier in retrospect considering
       how SHAWN and MARCUS often act when placed
       in a room together. nothing happens but, they're
       definitely more of a 'bromance' than having a
       person interfere.

    ⵢ the inspiration for the music video was
       taken from a book ASHTON had read
       (yes, YAHZU made fun of him for reading)
       and he helped direct the video. the song
       also proved to be meaningful for all three
       performers as YAZHU got so into character
       that he cried when the last scene was filmed;
       the boys being too late to confess and the
       girl ended up with someone else. ASH laughed
       at him and MINJAE just sat there amused.
       they eventually helped him, but not before
       taking photos of a crying YAZHU.
