It was now December here in New York and there's a certain feeling about the holiday everyone gets. Whether it's being stressed out because you're procrastinating on shopping. Or you're one of those people who get their shopping done in July and are just sipping boozy eggnog watching the Hallmark channel. No matter what type of gift giver you are just get your shopping done before everything in stock is gone.

I've already finished my shopping weeks ago all of the presents I got for my parents and family are wrapped and under the tree. I don't bother listening to Christmas music first off I don't want to hear Mariah Carey on freaking repeat on five different radio stations. And second all of the songs sound the same to me. I've got nothing against Mariah or Christmas music I just don't listen to it during the holidays.

Since it's almost winter break I've been posting a few things on my instagram I actually got a lot of followers because of my dark humor I guess they understand my humor. But recently my crush Peter Parker started following me. When I saw that notification I went ballistic because my crush is following me! He also commented on my latest post.

So while I was online I got a notification from my dms so I checked it out and guess who it was? It was Peter Freaking Parker. Should I answer it? No! I don't want to seem desperate. What the heck do I do?! I can't believe I'm freaking out over a boy but he's cute so I mean who wouldn't?

Liz will understand if we switched partners right? Besides the project is due when we go back to school in January and we haven't even figured out what we were going to make anyway but I'll text her and see if she's okay with it.

I went to my dm with Liz and typed as fast as I my fingers could go.

I then went back to my messages with Peter texting him back.

newyorkjones: Hey Peter! I had to do something for my mom but yeah we can be partners

peterparkour: Sweet! Wanna meet at the café tomorrow after school?

newyorkjones: Sure! See you tomorrow.

peterparkour: Cool! See you tomorrow.

I left my dms and turned off my phone then got ready for dinner. I get to hang out with the boy I've had a crush on since the start of freshman year let's hope I don't screw this up.
