"So, what's the plan professor?" Dorthea asks.

"We follow the vampire's trail. They're up to something east of here." Professor said.

I would be paying attention, but I can't. I'm too busy thinking about Mikhail. His face. It's scared. Is it because of me?? I know I was only a child, but God, I still blame myself. I blame myself for not doing something. God dammit, I should've done something more. I should've.

"Yuliy." Professor says.

My thoughts break. I look at him.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"You and Phillip are going on a trip." Professor says.

"Me?! Why me??" Phillip complained. 

I let out a breath.

"Where are we going?" I ask. 

"A town in Northern Japan called Yakusa. There have been many vampire sightings. Even one with a scared face." He says.

My eyes widen. Mikhail. Why is he there? Huh.... I'll ask him myself when I get there.

"Professor with all due respect, make someone else go. I can't go a whole day with only Yuliy!" Phillip yelled.

I roll my eyes.

"Oh, don't worry, Yuliy will do the dirty work." Dorthea jokes.

I roll my eyes again. 

"I'll go get packed." I say.
