Another five years have passed (a total of ten years), Bella was sitting in Insomnia waiting for the others to show up. Cor had given her another outfit, Cor called it the "female mage" variation of the Kingsglaive uniform. A black leather jacket, a form-hugging sleeveless bodysuit with a zipper running down the torso, and an intersecting chain in between her collarbone joined by a red gemstone, black pants, and thigh-high black boots. The belt around her waist holds the dagger that Cor gave her in the sixth year she was without Noctis. She wears fingerless red leather gloves and arm warmers, as well as a cape with a red interior.

Taking a deep breath, she hears walking towards her, Kirara sitting by her side in her big form. They were both sitting by the Subway, she could hear them congratulating each other on a fight they won against the Daemons. Bella's bright eyes watching them walk towards her.

"We're supposed to meet someone here to lead us to the Courtyard,"

"Who's that?"

Bella stands up and dusts herself off and crosses her arms while Kirara stands beside her, still a head taller than her. "Well, who else can guide you other than yourselves? And who's missing from your group?"

Noctis pauses in his step, his eyes glancing up seeing the young maiden standing there in her full glory. Oh, how he missed her dearly. Her bright blue eyes staring into his own dark ones, her hair short now touching just below her shoulders with the silver ombre still prominent in her hair. Her bangs sweeping against her forehead with a small strand over her eye. Tilting her head to the side.

"You just gonna stare, King Noctis, or am I just gonna leave you behind?" Bella asks amused making him blush and look away quickly making her giggle a little bit. "Come on, we can rest for a little bit and then head to the Courtyard, you all look tired."

Everyone nods following her into the Subway for a little bit seeing a door and they all enter, and they all begin getting to their beds while Bella sits and leans against Kirara staring into nothing. Before she could go deeper into her thoughts, a hand touched her shoulder making her look up seeing Noctis as he motions them to go outside. Bella stands up and looks back at Kirara who nods and falls asleep in her spot as they both shut the door behind them and stand there.

"Bella,"

"Don't..." Bella shakes her head and puts her finger to his lips feeling them chapped. She smiles at him and looks into his eyes. "You don't need to tell me anything, Noctis, I'm just... mmph!"

Before she could register what happened, Noctis had gently moved her finger and leaned down to kiss her. His hands were on her shoulders while hers was down by her side. Her heart was pounding against her chest while her eyes widen as his were closed. Finally giving in to her feelings, she closes her eyes and leans into the kiss. It seemed everything they were feeling was pouring into this kiss. They didn't know if he would survive this - which was unlikely. They both knew it. Why couldn't they just let this feeling linger for a little while longer?

Bella didn't know what to believe at this point. But right now - at this moment. She was going to savor it. Her feelings were returned - though at a bad time.

Let this be true... Hers and his love everlasting?

After a few hours of rest, Bella guided them to the courtyard and they all see Ardyn walking down making Bella growl, along with Kirara. They had just gotten done beating Cerberus with Noctis delivering the final blow, which really impressed everyone. He had gotten a lot stronger since his time in the Crystal and it showed.

"Ifrit, the Infernian. He doesn't share the Glacian's fondness for mankind. But you can expect a...warm welcome," Ardyn introduced making everyone tense up. "I shall await you...above." And with that, Ardyn walks off and in his spot.

Ifrit.

The young maiden chased after her friends facing off against the fire deity using her weapon to attack the enemy. Her short hair flew into her face. An explosion happened beside her, and she gasps looking back. Seeing her love rolling around to get the fire off him.

"Hang in there, buddy!" She heard her friend say as he patted their friend from the fire. "Stay down, we'll keep him busy."

Ignis was kneeling calling their friend over. "Noct!" Noctis struggled to get over to him, Bella ran over quickly kneeling with their friend.

"Hurry!" She calls out to her love. "Before he strikes again!"

Since he was struggling to walk over there Gladio quickly grabs him and pulls him down, as they huddled together, the men and young woman closed their eyes feeling the heat above them. When the heat stopped, the men got up and began attacking the enemy as the young woman touched her loves' back with a smile, healing him with just a simple touch.

"Let's go!" She said rushing into battle.

She stood in the distance after dodging a few hits from the Infernian and began shooting arrows at him quickly. Prompto standing next to her, shooting bullets at the deity, while Ignis was with Gladio and Noctis attacking head-on. After a little bit, Bahamut's sword lands between everyone, and Bella fell down looking up at the size of it.

"What the..."

"Move!"

"Right," Bella nods quickly rushing away before anything can happen to her. After Noctis and Bahamut both attack Ifrit, he still stands, hotter than ever.

"That even that wasn't enough?"

"It's taken a turn for the worse," Ignis adds as everyone nods.

"Out of the frying pan dot, dot, dot."

Bella sighs heavily with a small snicker. "We need to put this thing out!"

Bella draws back another arrow and begins shooting once more, keeping her distance. Dodging before he could touch her. Rolling away, she lets out more arrows at once more hitting them against his leg making him stumble. Finally defeating it with everyone's help. Taking a deep breath, Bella watches Noctis look at his home. Everyone nods once more.

After walking into the Citadel, everyone pauses in their step. Bella watching them have a short conversation about it. She looks around and then eyeballs someone in the distance. Narrowing her eyes as her feathered lavender wings appear behind her.

"Are you...?"

Bella nods at Prompto's question and looks at everyone. "See you on the other side," She winks and quickly takes flight over to the person in the distance. Finally, landing on one of the buildings she looks at him. "Genesis..."

"You've gotten stronger, Little Butterfly, I believe it is time."

"No whitty LOVELESS poems?"

"I believe you get what I was getting at, Little Butterfly." Genesis brings out his sword and Bella changes her weapon to the Blade and gets ready.

Taking a deep breath, Bella shifts her foot and begins charging at him. Using her wings for momentum making sure he doesn't have room to attack. He blocks the attack like he normally does with her making her growl a little bit. She uses her foot to kick him, and he blocks the attack as well while she shifts her body one hundred and eighty degrees and shifts her Blade into a Gun and begins shooting him while he dodges each bullet while she lands on the spot he was standing, Bella quickly pushes her foot on the ground heading for him quickly once more.

He dodges each hit that she was throwing at him. Bella was blocking the hits he was throwing at her making sure he didn't hurt her. Genesis was getting a little frustrated about hitting Bella, her wings blocking some hits when she landed on the ground. Panting a little bit, she hears fighting in the distance which tells her Noctis, and the group is facing against Ardyn, she smirks and then stands up shifting her weapon once more, and draws back an arrow aiming it at Genesis who was charging at her. Releasing a breath, the young maiden releases the arrow hitting him in the shoulder making him stop and wince from the pain.

"Seems like you've gotten better since the last time we fought, Little Butterfly..." Genesis winces once more holding his shoulder.

"I have something more to fight for, I've been training but you knew that - didn't you?" asks the young maiden looking at him while he releases his shoulder and glances at her. "I won't go down so easily, Genesis!"

Another shift in her weapon as she flaps her wings to charge at him once more and he takes his sword, lifting it up and pushing magic onto it. Gritting her teeth tightly, Bella continues her charge, and he pushes his sword behind him and then swings it towards her as she takes her weapon and blocks it, sparks flying from the weapons as she glares down at him. Bella then brings her weapon back and flies into the air ignoring the battle behind her while she looks down at her enemy.

"It's time to end it here, Little Butterfly," Genesis smirks as the rain began falling heavily against their skin. Bella growls a little bit. "It's been going on for far too long, your love is going to sacrifice himself and you won't be there to say goodbye."

Deep down, she knew he was right - but she wouldn't tell him out loud. Bella takes a deep breath once more and puts her weapon up to block the hit but then falls to the ground making a crater making her gasp in pain.

Coughing in pain, she weakly opens her eyes seeing a giant fireball building by Genesis's sword making her gasp and wince in pain. Yep, a few ribs were broken. Pushing from her elbows, she looks up seeing it still building, coughing once more as she pushes herself to her knees and then looks up again.

"He won't win... he just won't!"

Pushing against her weapon to finally stand, she stumbles a little bit and then pushes herself down again and flies up into the air, bringing her weapon behind her. She continues flying up, eyes narrowing from the wind.

"Someday, I wanna be like you Big Brother!"

Zack laughs and looks at her. "Yeah? What's that?"

"A SOLDIER, protect the people and fight the bad guys!"

"I thought you wanted to be a Chocobo Breeder?"

Bella huffed and looking at him, her blue eyes glaring. "That's my backup plan in case me becoming a SOLDIER doesn't work."

Zack picks her up and brings her close. "I'll make sure you achieve whatever dream comes around, okay, Chibi?"

"You promise?"

"I always keep my promises."

"Cloud-Cloud..."

"Hmm?"

"Did I ever say thank you for taking care of me?"

"All the time, what's going on?"

"..." Bella smiles turning to Cloud, tears falling down her face. "I'm so glad to have you in my life, Cloud-Cloud, thank you again for taking care of me."

"Of course, I'm always gonna be here for you."

"You promise?"

Cloud huffs quietly and nods. "Of course, I promise."

The fireball was released and flew right into it, ignoring the burns surrounding her body. Bella kept her eyes narrowed while she went through it, she was determined to keep Genesis back in her mind. The deepest part of her mind, where he'll stay forever and never come out. Bella then saw white surrounding her vision once more for a brief moment, she blinks and sees Cloud coming towards her and holds out his hand, she slowly brings out hers and they gripped one another hands and they smile at one another.

"Ready?"

Bella breaks through the fireball and continues heading towards Genesis who gasps seeing her in front of him suddenly. She then stabs him making him gasp once again. She smirks and sees the feathers surrounding him.

"Stay where you belong..." Bella gasps out digging her sword in deeper making her gasp and blood pool around her hands. "In the deepest, darkest part of my memories..."

"Even if the morrow is barren of promises... Nothing shall forestall my return..." Genesis gasps out as he slowly disappears. "To become the dew that quenches the land. To spare the lands, the seas, the skies..."

Bella releases her sword as she falls to the ground with her eyes closed as the last sentence burns into her mind. The feathers making his body fully disappear while she drops to the ground.

"I offer thee this silent... sacrifice..."

When she finally lands on the ground, she huffs and groans in pain turning herself over trying to stand up, and when she finally succeeded Bella quickly heads to the Citadel to see everyone.

After ten minutes of walking towards the Citadel and making it to the top, tears fell down her face as she struggles to climb up the stairs seeing the sword sticking out of Noctis, his friends crying over his dead body.

"He's not..."

"I'm afraid he is, Bella..." Ignis told her sadly, trying to keep his emotions in check but it was failing him hard. "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do..."

"There has to be!" Bella shouts at them, tears falling down her face even more. "It can't end like this!"

"He did what he could to save the world, you should know that." Gladio snapped at her, his tears falling down his face making her glare at him. "We can't bring him back!"

"The hell we can't!" Bella snaps at him, looking back at Noctis, and puts her hands on his cold face while closing her eyes. "Come back, Noctis... It can't end like this..."

"You're right, it won't end like this..."

"Huh?" Everyone had spoken and looked around for the voice, Bella stands up looking around after releasing Noctis's face. She then saw something in the corner of her eye and saw her brother, Aerith, and Cloud standing there. Kirara watching closely.

"Bella, you deserve all the happiness in the world with all you've been through," Aerith spoke to her making Bella's tears fall down her face. "So, we're all giving you a chance at this happiness, all you need to do is bring out the lifestream from your body and pour half of it into him."

"You mean... like - half my life force?"

"Exactly," Cloud nods.

Zack takes a step forward making Bella watch him as he climbs the steps and stands in front of her, putting a hand to her head. "We love you Chibi, and we want you to be happy, promise us you'll be happy."

Bella smiles. "I promise, Big Brother."

"Good, now, we've got one more gift to give but that'll be at the end. Remember, believe..." Bella nods closing her eyes, feeling her own life pour into the King. Prompto, Ignis, and Gladio were all staring in disbelief at what was going on and then they heard a huge clang hit the ground and they all look back seeing color return to Noctis's face and he gasps awake. "You did it, Chibi, I'm so proud."

Bella's tears fall down once again down her cheeks as she hugs her brother close to her and then releases him to hug Cloud and Aerith as well. "Now, one more gift, Rose," Bella raises a brow and looks at him while he touches her forehead making her gasp and a portal appeared and disappeared quickly in her mind. "You can always come and see us whenever you feel like it, alright?"

"Thank you all so much!" Bella said rushing up to Noctis and he turns seeing her rush to him and they both embrace quickly and turn back seeing all her friends now standing there. Barrett, Yuffie, Red XIII, Tifa, Reno, Rude, hell, even Vincent. "I'll come to see you all soon..."

"We know you will, Bells."

Smiling widely as everyone speaks, even Gladio, Prompto, and Ignis were in conversation with them. Noctis and Bella both stayed back as they look at one another.

"So, I'm alive."

Bella nods. "Yep, and you're going to stay like that for a very long time."

"Good," Noctis smiles at her, bringing his hand to cup her cheek as they both lean in and kiss deeply ignoring the catcalls and cheers from everyone as they smile into the kiss and then break away looking at everyone. "I don't plan on leaving any time soon."

Bella smiles and hugs him close. "Does Luna approve?"

Noctis nods against her head. "She wishes us nothing but happiness."

Bella keeps her smile as she looks over seeing Luna standing there with a smile on her face. Bella releases Noctis and turns her body seeing Luna still standing there as she walks down. She stood in front of the Oracle and bows her way.

"I know we did not know each other long - but I am truly thankful you are with Noctis to make him happy when I could not," Luna spoke to Bella who stood fully back up. "Thank you, Bella, I wish you all the best in your journey from here on out."

"Thank you, Luna," Bella thanked her and the girls both hug.

Bella turns seeing everyone finally disappearing into thin air. Waving to them goodbye, Bella blows her brother, Zack, a kiss and he chuckles catching it. Bella then turns to see Luna gone. A hand touches her shoulder as she turns seeing her love standing there. A wide smile gracing their lips as the sun began to rise over Insomnia.

"It's nice seeing the light of day once again," Ignis stated taking in the warmth of the sun as everyone agrees.

"I agree," Gladio nods.

"Same here," Prompto agrees.

Bella takes a deep breath. "I have one more thing I need to do,"

"What's that?"

"Well..." Bella turns around to them with a small smile on her face and then turns back and puts her hands up and closes her eyes. "I'm going to have my family join ours, and they're welcome to stay if they want to."

A large portal appears on the side of the room, and she sees her family standing there with smiles on their faces. Bella then rushes to her new big brother and hugs him tightly. Happy to finally feel them for real and it wasn't all a dream.

"Welcome home..."

"I should be saying that to you, Cloud-Cloud." Bella told him as they both release their hold, and she looks back seeing everyone coming up and introducing each other. Bella takes Cloud's hand while bringing him to her love. "Cloud-Cloud, meet Noctis."

"Nice to meet you, I've heard so much."

"As did I, your majesty," Cloud said to him then turning to look at Bella. "I'm going to meet everyone else, okay, we need to play catch up."

"Of course." Cloud then walks off leaving the two lovebirds once more. "Welcome home, Noctis."

"It's good to be back,"

A year later, Noctis sits on the throne while Bella stood beside him while Ignis, Gladio, Prompto, Cloud, and Barrett stood in front of the two. All smiling at one another. Happy as they can be. Kirara, in her big form, sitting next to Bella, tails flickering behind them. The bright sun beaming into the room as they all left, and Bella looks at her love once more.

"I'm happy."

"I am too,"

"You promise?"

Noctis chuckles. "Always."

Bella and Noctis lean and kiss once more.

They're Final Fantasy, coming to an end.
