Y/n POV

Standing by a glass window in a hospital room, I gaze out at the stunning beauty of Seoul city. Each day feels like a countdown for me, as I face the reality of a heart condition that leaves me with little time. With no donor in sight, I am acutely aware that my days are numbered. Yet, amidst this uncertainty, there’s a sense of peace within me, for I find solace in the thought that soon I will reunite with my love.

"Y/n."

Y/n turned around to see Dr. Mi-Sun with her usual bright smile.

"Come, let me check on you."

Y/n smiled bitterly and replied, "Why? I don’t have any hope."

"You have to keep hope, Y/n because a single minute can change our lives. Don’t give up on your life."

Y/n nodded and lay down on the bed. Dr. Mi-Sun smiled and began her examination of Y/n.

This is Dr. Mi-sum, my heart doctor. They are a good motivator; she always keeps her bright smile,e, which is very beautiful. I don't know much about her, nor does she know about me. We usually discuss about the things around us or things that interest us. Today after the checkup, she asked me about my pov on the destiny of two people.

"I had read somewhere that some people are meant to fall in love but not meant to be together,"
Dr. Replied,
"Still there are some people who are meant to fall in love and also meant to be together."
"Maybe~"
Y/n stated

Dr Mi Sun never failed to visit me after her rounds
I am very glad that besides my family and friends, she also does care about me like her sister.

"Y/n, I have to go because today I took half a day's leave. So take care, we will meet tomorrow."

She looked back to see another doctor, DR. KANG.
"YES?"
"You got a donor."
"What!???"
