After their first trek on the Waverider, Crystal experienced two things, happiness and heartbreak. She fought in the Old West, fought in a terrorist auction, went to the ballet, got locked in and almost died of hypothermia, had her first kiss with Leonard,  kidnapped their younger selves, died again, got turned into a heretic, talked to Savage, destroyed the Oculus, and most importantly lost Leonard.

Yet this time around, Crystal is ready to take on a new threat while grieving with her crew members, and a new unknown group.
