As the door opened, all he was greeted with, was darkness, the only light source as of now...was the moon. As he looked around, he caught his eye on something...his mother's door was open..now that might seem strange to think 'it's not a bad thing' but! What's weird is that...she never opened her door, nor even left it locked. She'd lock it. So either she's out the room our not. But...if she was...there'd be footsteps around the house or even a light switched on or anything!

No noise...Edd got suspicious..even if he was hesitant to see why his mother's door was open..he ended up going. His heart was thumping loudly, if you listened closely, you'd hear it. But it wasn't going every one second and 100 pumps a minute. Okay, he wasn't having a heart attack. As he walked, the stairs didn't creak...but...normally they would.. But he went down anyway..he heard laughing, very croaked, deep, quiet, laughing...

As he got to the bottom of the stairs, he slowly walked right to the door, he saw no light and couldn't see well, cause his mother's blinds were shut, which was also weird..cause she'd have them at least a centimetre open. Plus, the window itself was shut, no air coming in. She'd always open it for the breeze, cause, well, she'd heat up fairly quickly. Edd soon slowly creaky his way to the blinds, blending himself right to the wall. He heard weird moaning sounds, no not dirty moaning..

Painful...quiet...moaning..he slowly...flipped the curtains...
