Anathema felt so conflicted.

She can't tell you the truth.. she doesn't want the relationship to end..
At the same time, she doesn't want to make you feel like her being upset is your fault, even though it technically is.

"Please don't go.. I don't know how I'd deal with losing you.. " she said softly, reaching out to you before you reached the door.
