It's been a week after Sid was discharged and back home. The whole family was pampering him so much. They didn't even let him to step out of his bed. In a way he was happy to get all the attention of his family but at the same time afraid of Alam as he was missing from a week. He didn't came to their house after he was discharged. Sid was scared what if he was planning something big. But he didn't showed it to others. He was also happy that everyone accepted Sriyu. He knew all of them have so many questions regarding sriyu but no one asked him directly. So he also didn't said anything but he was ready to face what ever their questions will be....

The family was also happy having sid back with them. Abhi was the most happiest one. He even made Sid and sumedh to resign their jobs from their old company and offered sumedh a job in their own company. With sid...well for now everything he needs is rest and Abhinavi made sure that he takes rest well. Avneet was also happy having her love back safe, fit and fine. As she thought sid broke up with her due to his health problem only in the past..now being ok and she thought he will love her back again like in past. She also accepted Sriyu but she wanted answers. She very well knew sid is not sriyu's real father because sriyu's age is the evidence of that...but she wanted to know everything about him and sriyu. So she hired a private detective secretly and was waiting for their response.

It was evening and everyone was having their evening snacks and tea. Sid was holding his juice glass and making so much of bad faces looking at the juice. He desperately wanted to have tea. It's been more than a month he had tea. Back then Mallika used to stop him from having it but now being under the observation of his bhabhi he didn't even had the chance to touch it. And also his haemoglobin level was betraying him so vaishu made sure he had juice all the time.

Sid: Bhabhi....please na...atleast today let me have my tea...

Vai: u want tea....sorry bacha...tea is not available...only 3 slaps and 2 whacks are available....do u want it..

Sid: no thanks....he said making a pout and again looked at the juice glass with hate.

Avneet had enough of his tantrums. He was holding the juice glass for the past half an hour but not a sip he had. She got up and went to him. Sriyu immediately followed her. It has become her routine now. Wherever Avneet goes she will just follow her. Avneet also liked it so much and she adored her. Avneet stood infront of sid with hands on her hips and glared at him. Sriyu looked at Avneet and she also tried to stand as like as Avneet.

Sid looked at both of them baffled. He blinked his eyes two to three times. What has got into his daughter that she is imitating Avneet in everything. The way she tried to raise her one eye brow like Avneet was so cute. Sid couldn't stop himself from smiling.

Avneet: what are u smiling at.... she said slightly leaning towards him.

Sriyu: haa papa...why smiling...she aslo tried to sound like Avneet...strict..but end up extremely cute.

Sid: arey...why are u two scaring me now...dada...he called for Abhi making a scared face. Abhi suppressed his laugh as he have witnessed this scene so many times in the past but only change was sriyu was accompanying Avneet today.

Avi: what dada...huh...what dada...do u need anyone to come and feed u this juice Siddharth....

Sid gulped looking at her. Sriyu understood avneet's was scolding her papa for not drinking the juice and she hit her forehead with her small palms.

Sriyu: oh god papa....u are naughty naughty now...drink....

Avneet suppressed her smile hearing her. Sid looked at her with shock wide eyes. Did his daughter called him naughty now...why the hell the tables are turning like this.... But sid still apprehensive of Avneet taking her rights like this..that too after that incident where she crossed her line with him. Even if he had agreed to her to be a friend and start afresh this kind of showing love and exerting her rights he was confused if he should deny her or to accept it.

Avu: u will not drink like this...give that...she said snatching the glass from him and grabbed his jaw gently and made him drink the juice. Sid tried to push but she was strong to him and didn't left him till he gulped the last drop of the juice. When she took the glass away Sriyu was jumping up and down clapping her hands laughing.

Sriyu: haha...papa..drank juice.....papa...naughty.....

Sid: papa ke bacche....he said pulling her to himself and started to tickle her. The laughter and giggling sounds of both of them filled the house. Abhi felt so happy seeing this.

After 2 days it was Sid's birthday. Abhi and Vaishu wanted to celebrate it as Sid is back with them. So they started to decorate the house in the morning itself. As sid was feeling drowsy because of his medicines he slept. Sriyu was with Reem and paying around when the others were doing the decoration work.

Sriyu: bua...why big big lights....she asked pointing to the lights kept for decorations.

Abhi: today ur Papa's birthday na...so only....we will cut cake in the evening.....

Sriyu:but papa say no happy birthday.....she said innocently.

Abhinavi who was doing the work stopped abruptly hearing her. Sumedh saw them and spoke.

Sumedh: sid didn't celebrated his birthday in this two years....so only she is saying like this....only day he celebrated is Sriyus brithday....hainna sriyu....he said pinching her nose.

Sriyu: haa...sriyu birthday ko papa give gift....itna bada teddy bear...she said stretching her hands showing how big. Abhinavi smiled at her cuteness but their heart was aching due to the fact they heard now.

Reem: ohh...when is Sriyu's birthday....

Sriyu thought for sometime as she didn't know how to say it.

Mallika: it's 26th August....

Avneet: ohh...is it her original birthday....she asked as she remembered it was the day that chaos happened 2 years ago and sid was thrown of the house.

Sumedh: we don't know honestly.....sid told us that day only...even we applied for her birth certificate with that date only....

Avneet: ohh kk...she said and continued her work.

In the evening sid was greeted by everyone in the hall. He was surprised that they had decorated the house like that. He was so happy that they were giving the love he craved for. But also he was afraid. He searched for Alam around. But he was nowhere to be found. He sighed in relief. He went and took Sriyu in his arms. She was looking so cute with her baloon gown. Sid and sriyu was twinning and looking so cute.

Sid happily cut the cake and fed to sriyu first. Then he fed his Dada and bhabhi. And gave to everyone.

After cake cutting everyone settled for dinner. Sid sat with a pout as he have to eat these spiceless foods. He absolutely loathed spiceless foods. Abhi smiled at his sad pouty face and went to him. Abhi sat beside him and sid looked at him.

Abhi: why are u so sad..

Sid: I don't want to eat spiceless food.....

Abhi: acha....it's ok here ....ur fav daal chawal....open ur mouth....he said forwarding a bite but sid stopped him.

Sid: bhabhi will kill u dada if she find out u made me eat this....

Abhi laughing slightly ..: it's ok Ashu....she gave her all clear for u eat these...u can eat now...

Sid: really....she agreed.......

Abhi: yeah....now eat like a good boy....he said feeding him the bite.

Sid took the food in his mouth and suddenly his eyes became moist as after so long his Dada was feeding him. Abhi was startled to see him in tears.

Abhi: ashu....is it too spicy baccha....wait I will get u water....he said getting up to go but sid quickly hugged him and his his face in Abhi's midriff.

Abhi was shocked at first but smiled as he was getting back his kid brother again. He also hugged him back slowly. Sriyu who saw them hugging came running to them.

Sriyu: huggy...without sriyu....bad papa.....

Sid: arey meri ma....come on....he said pulling her to himself still hugging his Dada his protector always..... abhi also hugged both of them tightly and kissed sid's head with so much love and the family looked at them with so much of adoration.

After that everyone was having dinner when Avneets phone buzzed and she got tensed seeing the detectives number. He has asked to meet her now as he has got some important information about the matter happened 2 years ago in Sid's life...she excused herself and went to meet him despite not knowing what the future has had for them in store......
