The thick carpet reminded him of that horrible rug one of the Wang siblings have brought along. His eyes were shiny with happiness as they ran over the explosives.

Akito, who was on their pay list, smirked. He was a man of fifty years, gummy smile and could get everything the heart desired. Wanted to buy some machine gun? Knives? Akito was the address.

And now, Kangdae had inquired explosives. The male would get the whole thing tomorrow. It was no wonder that they would get it from Akito. He had raised the Wang siblings for a few years after their father died. It was no wonder that they had gotten drugs worth 1.500.000 Yen.

He noticed the way, the Japanese's hand shook. How thin he had gotten. It couldn't be because of no food. They were basically in a kitchen like heaven in Akito's apartment.

“Do the siblings know? Do Chialing and Junhui know?” he asked. Akito shook his head. “It would break their heart.” “How long?”

“One year.”

One year. Maybe less.
Kangdae felt pity for the old man.
“Who else knows?” “Besides you only Daikichi.” Kangdae nodded. Then he pointed towards the picture of explosives.

“Tomorrow, ten am” Akito answered his unspoken question. In pure happiness, Kangdae smiled. Weapons. Oh man, he was already excited for his new babies.

Just as he was about to bow and leave, Akito spoke once more. “There is a new gang in town. Wanted to come to your club tonight or tomorrow.” Kangdae nodded. A new gang. If that would not mean trouble.
He thanked Akito, bowed and left with a plushie for Chialing.

Behind the wheel, Bambam waited.
Kangdae slipped into the act and glanced at his best friend. “Did you get what you want?” he asked. “A lot more.”

The sun shone high into the sky as she walked into the living room. She bore a kimono over satin PJs. They felt so soft. Her eyes fell onto the rug. Oh God, since when were there two?

They were both ugly as hell and that new vase? She cringed. Maybe she could knock it off but her eyes fell onto the sleepy couple on the love seat. Donghyuck held Chialing, who's body was pressed against his. Both wore comfortable clothes and Donghyuck subconsciously held Chialing against his chest. It looked cute.

Two arms wrapped itself around her waist. “Hating on the rug?” Kangdae asked. He smelled after gunpowder. She liked that smell. Mixed with the smell after cigarettes and her favourite shampoo, it was the sweetest in the world.

“Why are there two?”
He chuckled. He had witnessed Junhui bringing the thing in earlier taht morning, mumbling about how beautiful it would look. “Ask Junhui.”

“And get roasted? No, thanks.”
She watched as he walked into the kitchen preparing breakfast. Her eyes fell onto the sleeping couple, the blanket nearly falling off. Sighing, she put it over them, covering them once more. She noticed the sweat on Chialing's forehead and prayed that the girl wouldn't wake. She gently touched the skin, eyes widening as she felt the heat. As she pulled away, Chialing mumbled something but didn't open her eyes. Thank God. If she would've woken all hell would've been loose. She would have get scared, hid behind her boyfriend and probably crying because she seemed to be in immense pain. Then, her brother would've come and Miyoko would have gotten a lecture of that even every mother would've feared.

Walking to the window, she stared down at the streets. No, she wasn't amused for the evening. Meeting a new gang, who thought to settle down? No, it wasn't her mood yet.

She sighed as she glanced at the sky as the sun rose higher and clouds appeared.

The evening would be interesting, that was certain.
