Council meeting's room

We see the council of Vale gathers around the table in the meeting room as Ozpin starts off the meeting by saying. 

Council 1: Gentleman, as you know Atlas haven pull back entire military back to Atlas kingdom, and we don't have any security who volunteered for handling this criminal activity!

Council 2: Agree. We need to find a way to extra our security and we need ideas now.

Council 3: Ozpin, you do know your old friend James? Why did he pull the entire army back to his own kingdom?!

Ozpin: Because he believes Atlas has gone corrupt and that's why we request to allow the New empire to be our protectors and guardians.

Council 1: This...New Empire? Are those rumors from the Unknown group?

Ozpin: Yes, also they are from out from our planet and crash landed here to aid us.

Council 3: Impossible! They are none of us from around the kingdom who don't have any kind of technology or any ship that can fly to space!

Ozpin: (smile) I'm glad you ask. (Place a hologram onto the table)

Council 2: what are those?

Ozpin: (smile) Proof to see how powerful and High tech they are.

???(coms): Indeed.

A holo projection shows a blue light figure known as Shawn standing there.

Shawn: Greetings (bow), Councils.

Council 2: (shocked) What is this?!

Shawn (holo): Oh Greetings, Mr. Headmasters. I heard a lot about you and the Academy from Grand Inquisitor Rosen and Lord Apollyon. (Bow)

Ozpin: (smile) Indeed. Can you care to show them how high-tech your military force is and the roof of Atlas corruption?

Shawn (holo): At you wish, Mr headmaster. 

As he shows them all the record of the speech, propaganda, and proof of many crimes including corruption from Atlas.

Council 2: (shocked) This can not be. All of this must be faked!

Shawn (holo): You may do not believe us, but do you know if they killed innocent children even though they are Faunus? And would you let them work as the SDC labor mining? This.....is why what happens if those WhiteFangs are reborn to attack or start killing every human? 

Council 2: Th....Then what if some of us stay with Atlas then?

Shawn (holo): Then I suggest You all leave from your sit until Ozpin decides it.....for those who want to make the kingdoms more secure except Atlas, we will offer you something that Atlas can do. 

Council 3: And that being?

Shawn (holo):  *snap finger*

The doors suddenly slam and reveal Death troopers carrying some kind 2 storage.

Death trooper 1: [Cargo has been delivery Inspector. ]

Council 2: What's in those cargoes?

Shawn (holo): (Nod) Very well, Gentleman let me introduce you to our new security and Elite droid......Dark trooper Third Gen. 

As he said it The Dark Trooper was suddenly active and their heads look up and their eyes glowed red.

The Councils were shocked apart from Ozpin as the Dark trooper scan around the room looking at all the Council members that were in the room.

Shawn (holo): Deathly, Intelligent,  brutal, but more secure, also has a jet thruster on its feet..and heavy armor that can deflect any dust. 

Ozpin: (smile) Very impressive.

Shawn (holo): We do also have 2 more but they would not fit in this room (chuckle)..The next cargo will be DT-Sentry-droid.

The cargo suddenly hisses and lowers down, revealing a droid who is still inactive.

Council 4: (shocked)Dear Oum!

Shawn (holo): Heavy armor, good at the close combat, and have a stunt blaster....* turn to Ozpin * It is also good for the new puppet combat training for your Huntress and huntsman- in training if you want, Mr. Headmaster.

Ozpin: (smile)let me think about it. So....what do you all think?

Council 1: I am also impressed but what is all the droid who will keep us safe?

Shawn (holo): Actually we do want to have permission for we would like to build a small base in your kingdom since Mr. headmaster accepts our proposal, the council.

Council 2: He did what?!

Ozpin: (smile) They have some points plus it will be good to protect my sudden from threats.

Shawn (holo): Also we would like to make this kingdom peace rebuild as a new next future, and second allied.

Council 2:....(sigh) Fine. I will accept this.

Shawn (holo): as matter of fact we would like to introduce our new sentry-Vanguard, * turn to Death trooper * Bring out the new prototype.

The Death trooper nod and bring the new prototype, suddenly the door slam again, and they are shocked this one is DT-Sentry but different it carrying some kind of war hammer with purple electricity, along shock trooper.

Ozpin: Interesting.

Shawn (holo): A Sentry-Vanguard Droid, most elite. we did some tests with the scorpion Grimm, and with only one slammed to its skull head...and POOF! turn to dust.

Council 3: (shocked) Incredible...

Council 1: These are interesting.

Shawn (holo): That would be all for today, with permission if we would like to post some kind a poster for a recruitment a militia program for you own safety, Maturity, Respect, Loyalty, Duty, and Discipline.

Council 1: These are interesting and we will think about this right now.

Shawn (holo): very well, also Let me introduce myself. (bow) My name is Inspector Shawn The chief of the Imperial Security Bureau for short as ISB, we work as a gathering infomation, secure any secret files, and investigating corruption.

Council 1: I see.

Shawn (holo): For those who dare or trying to steal it or copy will be heavy punishment by under the trial of the New Empire...that's for the reminder. * turn to Ozpin * Have a good day Mr headmaster.

Then the holo projection off and the Death troopers brought all cargo back to the transport and keep it safe no one will find it.
