"Oh my God, I FORGOT THE PICTURES!! ANDY GO GET THE CAMERA, Now sweetie just stay still for one second-"

The young girl groaned obnoxiously. She slung her black bag over her shoulder and quickly headed towards the exit. "Yeah, no. Barbie girls gonna be really pissed if I'm late," she gave the lady a quick wave and a flick of her frizzy hair before heading off. "I'll make sure to update you all on it when I get home, alright? okay. Bye now."

"B-But Delyse darling! Mummy wants some photos of you," Gabrielle gently crept towards the girl. Her long, equally frizzy hair masked the sinister look on her face, "I'll make sure your smiling in every. single. one!"

Delyse's lopsided smirk twitched slightly.

"Yikes, stop being creepy mum," and the door closed with a snap, the soft noises of a girl screeching at a distant bell sound leaked underneath the door to the distraught mum. She was disappointed. She'd vowed to protect her daughter with all her heart, yet somehow after the age of seven, they became like strangers. Delyse relied on her dad instead, and she became the back-up parent. Damn. She really did fail as a mother.

"I g-got the camera!" The man scurried down the corridor, a huge amount of professional equipment tucked inside the tight clutches of his arms. The wide grin on his face was wiped off the moment he saw the look on his wife. Time for her daily sulk, he guessed.

                                                                    ||-||-||

"Hey, Delyse! Hurry up before we're late!"

The said girl rolled her eyes and waved off the girl with her free hand. In the other, she held a half-chewed sandwich. "Yeah yeah, I'm coming. Keep your fake tits on!". Mina scoffed and narrowed her intimidating black eyes at Delyse, cheeks puffed out like a pufferfish.

"You're so rude! No 'Good morning Mina!' or 'How did you sleep, Mina?' just 'Keep your fake tits on'. I'm hurt."

"It's not like you were any better, Mina. Now, let us go pick up Eijirou before he thinks we're dead." She swung onto her shiny navy blue bike with a practised sort of precision and blew a stray curl out of her eyes.

"You just want to see lover boy as quickly as possible."

       "Oh shut up, Wise Ass."

                               "You know you love me!"

                                                                    ||-||-||

The two bickering friends pulled up outside the two storey house and skidded to a stop outside. Mina went up to knock on the worn outdoor, and Delyse stayed behind to admire the flowers blooming in their front garden.

The house was quite simple in itself. Its humble front garden was neatly trimmed back, and short emerald grass covered the entire area. The house was a regular size, and the whitewash paint was slightly worn away from years and years of bad weather. A cobblestone path leads up the dark green door, and a rusty goldfish coloured knob swung around, indicating that someone was about to open the door.

It was a lady, perhaps in her mid-forties. Her thin black hair was tied back in a messy ponytail and a bright smile that reached her ageing purple eyes shined down at them.

"Oh, Mina! are you and Delyse here to pick Eiji up? He'll be down in a moment."

Mina grinned cheerfully and Delyse smiled, "Of course, Mrs. Kirishima! We'll wait outside until he's ready to grace us with his presence."

"If he ever does, the damn boy spends his days looking at pictures of huge ass boobs all day. The male species these days."

"Delyse! take that back right now." Mina nervously turned around to face their friend's mortified mother and smiled, "Sorry, Mrs Kirishima! Delyse thinks very lowly of your son, but I'm sure that he won't have done such a thing! He's too manly for that!"

"O-Of course I'm too manly for something like that! You guys are so unwomanly sometimes..."

The trio of women turned around to look at the boy skipping hurriedly down the steps, a large shark grin plastered on his face, crimson red hair sticking up towards the ceiling. His hands were stuck in his blazer pockets and a light blue ribbon was tied neatly around his wrist.

                "EIJIROU! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOUR HAIR?!"

The pink girl launched herself confidently towards him and wrapped him in a tight hug. His nervous eyes were now replaced with fiery hues brimming with confidence. He laughed and rested his hands on the girl's shoulders, before quickly pulling away to face the dark-skinned girl he'd known for years. Her confident, easygoing smirk put his mind at ease straight away.

"Whadd'ya think of the hair? I thought it looked really manly when I saw it on the packaging, so I bought it!"

Delyse covered up her surprise at his relatively new confidence. The last time she'd seen him this fired up and enthusiastic were the days when he thought he could be friends with everyone. It was... relieving, in a way.

"I don't think you can trust models on a packaging cover Eiji" his smile dampened, "But I think this shade makes you look very hot."

Delyse grinned and grabbed onto his arms before stroking his chest, "And have you been working out? Last time I saw you, you were an eensy little thing."

"Huh? Yeah, I thought it would be good to get as much strength without my quirk as possible as well!" He grinned shamelessly and wrapped his arm around her waist, dragging her towards the bikes stacked outside the house fence.

Mrs Kirishima's jaw went slack as she turned towards Mina, ignoring the deep-set frown on her face. "Does my son have a girlfriend?! When did that happen?"

The pinkette sighed, "Nah. Delyse acts like this with practically every boy she sees, I just think she enjoys flirting with your son more than others."

She hopped down from the front porch and quickly grabbed her hot pink bicycle and revved away, yelling a quick goodbye - she ignored the fact that the woman was practically having a heart attack, and was shrieking for her husband - and speeding up towards the two besties. She frowned.

                                                                              "I hope it's just that anyways."

                                                                    ||-||-||

                                   "Oh. My. Fucking. Ferdoodlecakes."

                                                            "Language."

The trio went slack-jawed as they stare at the enormous structure. It's four looming glass pillars stared down at them, and the surrounding trees prevented them from escaping. The sheer amount of protection ( ranging from CCTV cameras, authorization only gates and incredibly snoopy guards ) around them was enough to intimidate any passing civilians on a whole other level.

Mina sighed. "Guess it's too late to leave now, isn't it?"

"Not for me, see ya later suckas. sKKRT-" The young girl began to speed off before she was blocked by a large- surprisingly soft - wall. A giant hand was in the way of her escape, and Delyse vowed to yeet all hope of survival out the window.

"Hey, your 1A students right? I think I saw some of you on the exam leaderboard! Oh, my names Itsuka Kendo, but you can call me Itsuka!"

She reached out a - now regular sized - hand to shake. Kirishima took it gladly, and Mina simply grinned. She seemed nice enough, and it was a good idea to make as many friends as possible! Especially if she was a friendly person with a sweet smile that could melt a villains heart.

"My names Eijiro Kirishima, this is Mina, and that girl who tried to run away is called Delyse. It's nice to meet you too, Itsuka!"

The girl nodded politely at him and gave Mina a small smile before turning towards the sulking brunette, her bright cerulean eyes filled with desperate tears and frizzy dark hair stuck out like a fairly tame afro.

"So Delyse, you're a foreigner? Are you from Africa?"

Delyse groaned in frustration and looked up at the girl with slightly resentful eyes. It wasn't as if the assumption was directed at her in a mean way, but Delyse took pride in her roots, and someone getting her mixed up with others annoyed her to no end. "I'm from Jamaica, not Africa. And I was born here, so I think that you should watch it!"

Whoops okay maybe she took it to far there, but she was nOT SAYING SORRY--

"Delyse!"

"Yeah yeah, sorry. I tend to think before I think blah blah blah. Okay?"

Itsuka laughed before waving them off, "It's fine, it was my fault anyway. I shouldn't have assumed, and I heard that Jamaica is beautiful. Would you mind telling me about it if I take you to your classroom?"

Okay, this girl knew how to make allies. Delyse definitely wanted a friend like that after being surrounded by a bunch of hot - extremely dumb - males. Mina not included, her dumbness was superior to them all.

Delyse smirked before nodding. "Why not, now what would you like to know?"

                                                                    ||-||-||

The carrot-haired girl came to a stop in front of an over-sized door and turned to face the three, who had crashed into each other at the sudden stop, and was subtly trying to gain balance.

"Okay, this is your classroom people. If you need anything, I'll be right next-door in class 1B, m'kay?" she waved at them before setting off. "Oh! and you're all invited to sit with us at lunch if you want to of course."

                                                             "Okay, bye!"

                                                                    ||-||-||

It was an incredibly normal looking room, with desks and chairs lined up in neat rows, and a blackboard at the front littered with chalk words rubbers only just about rubbed out. The class was quite full, all in all. There was a boy with multi-coloured hair and apathetic eyes trained on a book. Delyse took a note to find out more about him later when she was bothered to listen to tragic backstories and be a therapist. There was a boy with a bird head who was just sitting at a desk staring at everyone, a boy with yellow hair who looked kinda dumb, and a beauty with long spiky raven hair and almond-shaped hues. She looked the most approachable - excluding the dumb looking dude, though she'd had enough of that today. She'll approach him later - so she didn't think twice about approaching the woman.

"Hey, my names Delyse Keire, but you can call me Delyse. I guess I'll be your seat-mate for the next year."

The girl smiled and bowed her head in acknowledgement. "My name is Momo Yaoyorozu, it is a pleasure to meet you! I sincerely hope we can be friends!"

"Of course we will."

The brunette was quite pleased with herself, making a friend smart enough to act civil with. The other idiots needed putting in place, so she took the role of mum, which was incredibly taxing at times. Here she could be polite Delyse.

The two girls continued on with their peaceful conversation, every so often turning around to take a glimpse at what was going on around them. Delyse remembered seeing a boy with weird ass eyebrows harassing a cute boy with fluffy green hair ( why did she have such a thing for fluffy hair?! ), and a relatively short girl with gravity-defying hair - and equally weird eyebrows - cheering him on. She was confused as to why but decided not to question anything anymore, especially after witnessing a hobo man roll around inside a yellow sleeping bag. She raised an eyebrow at the vitamin pack he'd drunken, seeing as he looked like death itself. No vitamins could save him this time.

                                                                                                  "-The hero course."

The blue-eyed girl frowned. What did he say? How did a hobo dude get into UA?

"Yaomomo, what- why is there a hobo in the classroom?"

"Yaomomo? never-mind, I don't know! M-Maybe the janitor or something?" she shrugged nervously, a small sweatdrop trickled down her forehead.

"I'm your homeroom teacher, Shota Aizawa. Please treat me well."

Oh. Okay then, maybe he wasn't a janitor after all.

There was a collective gasp around the room. The shocked faces of soon-to-be classmates stared back at him. Out of those faces, Delyse remained hidden. Her lips were curled into a smirk and her eyebrow was raised in amusement. Of course, the hero course would have a teacher like that for them, it was only natural for a class filled with children needing to be put in place ( obviously, she wouldn't mention the fact that she thought he was a janitor the first time she met him ). Delyse knew that she would clash with a system like that, but no-one was going to convince her to change the ways she acted. No one. Except maybe the author, but she just honestly can't be bothered. She probably doesn't have enough control over Delyse anyway.

Aizawa pulled out, from his sleeping bag, multiple gym uniforms. She felt slightly disturbed by the fact that she was gonna end up wearing something that her teacher had probably rolled around in all day ( Thank heavens the hobo had average hygiene, just about ) but she pushed it away and went forwards to grab one.

"Put these on, and head out to the grounds."

Delyse smiled. This place was unpredictable, almost dangerous. She liked that.

                  She just hoped she wouldn't die 'cos teachers are shit.
