Background :
Astra grew up in a very large family near the mountains . Since it was cold she grew up with clear skies and solid ice encompassing her
Wooden cabin . This pushed her to learn how to ice skate . She could be seen countless nights growing up learning how to figure skate and she became very good . When she was 16 her and her family moved to America were she continued highschool . Even tho she looked different she didn't let others bother her - but she didn't have many friends either. She would rather sit and watch the stars or practice for hours on the ice . Since her family lived on a huge reserve on the outskirts of the city they indeed had horses and that became another love and passion of hers .

When she turned 19 she started to teach kids how to skate and ride horses but never lost her love doe the stars and what was beyond them . Movies and comics such as 'predator ' and Star Trek really made her fall in love with the concept of things beyond earth and life on other planets .

When it came time for her to go to college she got her own part time job and stayed with her parents until she had enough money to purchase her house .
