DREAMS AND CITIES

Some days I walk around,

wearing my heart on my sleeve,

Smiling at the strangers.

Tasting the flavor of life,

With the soft, buttery ice-creams,

Melting on my tongue, The way my walls melted to the ground,

In the valley of chrysanthemums under the lucent sunshine.

While some days,

I cage my heart behind the stone-cold walls,

To hide from the blinding lights.

Sipping the starless jet sky, all alone,

Would sound more appealing than to witness

My crumbled dreams on the streets of big cities.
