Dipper

Ahh...Gravity Falls.

A place of an unknown event in Oregon where I and my twin sister, Mabel, spend our Summer vacation with our Grunkle Stan without knowing that this town holds many secrets.

Not only that but it also lends a terrifying outcome for everyone including myself as the world became domination. Lucky, we were able to stop it from happening and was able to destroy him for good.

With that, everything seems perfect. The whole town is safe and that I was able to get Mabel back by my side; promising each other that no matter what happens, the Mystery Twins will stay together.

It seems that everyone got themself a happy ending, right?

Well, to be honest, I'm not quite sure.

I mean, if it wasn't for the rift, then me and Mabel would've never made that promise. In fact, if it wasn't for the journal, then I would have not see the whole truth. I would have not meet the creatures, Bill, Grunkle Ford, or find myself to have some courage in me.

But that wasn't the attention I been thinking of. I was more focused on the changing relationship with Mabel.

Looking back, I slowly realize how everything I do for her was only for her happiness. Many people would assume that this is normal. That this is one of those clichés of 'family matters', 'family comes first', or whatever they thought of.

Well, that's if we were both satisfied. I mean, Mabel got herself kidnapped by gnome (which I saved her), solving the mystery of her life-size wax missing head, telling Gideon that Mabel doesn't like him (which almost killed me), getting herself a pig (even if it was giving up a chance to be with Wendy), forcing myself to get into costume with Mabel on Summerween, helping Mabel from getting her merman friend into the ocean, helping Mabel to win golf by cheating (ends up turning bad), and giving up my dream to be with Mabel.

And what did I get out of this?

Nothing

Just a couple of bruises and heartbreaks, making fun of, being drag somewhere that I don't want to be, replace or being alone, and worst of all...being betrayed by my own blood.

I would never forget that day. The day when we discovered that Grunkle Stan was not what he seemed to be. And when we found out about the machine and was about to destroy it, Grunkle Stan stops us for the moment before the machine started acting up. Lending me, Soos, and Grunkle Stan against the wall, while Mabel ends up being near the button.

Oh, I tried to tell her to press that button, while he tried to tell her his reason for this machine. And guess who she decided to trust.

Grunkle Stan

The man who she has met during the Summer out of her own brother, who has been with her in her entire life.

Unbelievable

Lucky for her, we so happened to meet the author of the journal, Grunkle Ford. Now, just because we didn't end up being dead, that does not mean that I forgave her for that.

"Next stop Gravity Falls!"

Ah, yes. I almost forgot to mention that it has been four years since that event has occurred to us.

"Mabel", I whisper. Nudging on her left side, her eyes slowly open before fully awaken with an excited on her face to see everyone waiting for us.

Without a thought, she quickly gets up and left, leaving me along with our stuff.

Really Mabel?

I sigh as I get up my set. Grabbing our stuff, I was able to get out of the bus to see her along with familiar faces that I recognize.

"Welcome back, kids!", he chuckled; notices me with a lot of things on me, he was kind enough to help me out.

"I was hoping there wasn't trouble along the way"

"Not at all, Grunkle Stan", I answer as I thank him for the help. He nodded before putting our things in the back of the car's trunk.

I notice Mabel once again hugging her friends while seeing others chatting. Before long, I felt a tab at my right shoulder. Turning around to see a familiar blonde person. "Long time no see, Pines", she said happily.

"Long time no see, Pacifica", I happily replied. We both chuckled before I notice a small tip of pink appears on her cheeks. As I was about to question her, someone grabs my right arm as they drag me into the car while saying, "come on, Dipper!"

After arriving at the Mystery Shack, we get our things down from the truck as we carry them inside the Shack.

"Alright kids, pick your room. Now, I don't mind any fighting-"

"Stanley", Grunkle Ford interrupts him, "I'm sure that they are old enough to decide".

Grunkle Stan just shrug it off and left. Grunkle Ford smile at us before following Grunkle Stan, leaving us alone.

Silently. I glance over to Mabel as she just grabs her stuff and goes straight up to her new bedroom without looking back at me.

Huh, classic Mabel

I too grab mine and go straight up to our old room, the attic, before leaving my stuff there and left.

I didn't tell anyone where I'm going because what's the point if they knew where I'm heading.

Throughout the forest, I was able to meet some of my old friends. Normally I would ask them about their lives as they ask for mine. Others would tend to ask for some assistance.

So far, the forest has nothing to change. Everything seems to be peaceful.

I sigh happily; I found myself a spot for me to rest. A smile appears through my lips while enjoying the feeling of a breeze wind. Closing my eyes, letting the sunlight kiss my skin before blanking out.

~Dream~

"#####....####...#"

"D#pper...Dipper!"

Huh? I look up to see Mabel being drag by an unknown creature. Screaming my name repeatedly, I quickly get up and start chasing after her along with the creature. However, I wasn't fast enough to catch after them as both the creature and Mabel disappear.

I continue running. Screaming her name as loud as I can don't help. So far, I'm just lost.

A disappointment sigh passes through my lips. Wondering why I'm doing this if it's just a dream.

"A dream you say? Are you sure about that?"

A sudden familiar laugh appears out of nowhere. I try to see where that laugh is coming from, but that was pointless as the laugh made an echoing sound.

Before I knew it, a sudden gasp mixed of shock and confusion to see a familiar bight yellow triangle; the bastard who started all.

"Hey, this bastard has the name you know, and secondly, I never knew you have a dirty mouth, Pinetree~", he giggles. A snap made the surrounding change. Seeing a table and two chairs appeared along with a couple of cups and a chessboard.

I look at him suspiciously before he took a sit on one of the chairs and ask, "are you gonna stare at me? If so, then I don't mind you admiring me".

His smirk proudly after his comment made me feel disgusting. I slowly took my seat while he places one of the chess pieces upfronts on black space.

I guess I have to play along

Few minutes pass by, one of us didn't say any word as we were to focus on the game. I lost some of my knights, while he misses a few of them.

As I was about to make a move, I stop myself from the moment he asks, "do you know why you're here, Pinetree?"

Looking up at him with no answer. He sighs as he rolls his eye, didn't expect me to answer anything. He was about to speak before I interrupted him.

"If it's about making another deal, then forget it, Bill. I'm not falling that again".

"Come on, Pinetree", he pulls out his right arm before leaning forward toward his hand, "I'm new demon now. No more tricks".

"Keep telling that to yourself", I said rolling my eyes before looking away.

Hearing a frustrated sigh, he continues explaining his reason for that matter. "After you guys supposedly 'destroy me', I have some thoughts running through my mind, while living in the mindscape, and I was wondering..."

I turn my head back at him to see his unusual expression before replying, "if you like to help me with something that I have trouble with?"

"Forget it! Why should I help you! You ruined everyone's lives!", I bark back at him.

"Listen, kid. You all ruined your lives, not me; and besides, you all love me, I know you do", he said slyly.

I glance at him repulsive, "fuck you!"

His eye wide open shock for a while before saying, "wow Pinetree, I never knew that you had it in you", he continues smirky, "you could've said that in the beginning".

Realizing his phrase, I stutter, "t-that's not w-what I m-met".

Damn him

He laughs, "oh Pinetree, your face was priceless".

He nonstop laughs himself from enjoying my reaction as he calms himself down; wipe his fake eye tear.

"Man, your meatshack sure knows how to entertain me."

"How are you still alive?"

"Well, it's quite obvious that some idiot made a deal with me, but that's not the point here", he snaps his finger once more to see nothing but us floating, "the point is that I have a problem and I want you to help me in a change for protecting not only your family but also the people in Gravity Falls".

I thought about his deal. It's probably another trick. Bill will do anything to take over this world.

"Once again, Pinetree. I'm a new demon. I have no interest in taking over this time. For now, I'm only interest is that you can help me", he answers; leaving his arm out. I look down at his hand before looking back at him, "And what if I refuse?"

"Pinetree, do you want me to answer that silly question?", he floats around me, "I'll take everything that you have or love, even if it's a little"

His color change from yellow to black as his eyes get wider, "and once I have done that, you will be left off alone. I'll make sure of that"

"So, it's a deal?", he asks once he came back to normal bright yellow.

I'm not completely sure about this deal but do I have a choice. I mean, I can't go anywhere nor try to wake myself up, and besides, my life was already mess up, so what's the point in that. I shook his hand, which no surprise, part of the familiar blue flame appear before disappearing once our hands let go.

Bill giggles nonstop, "oh, Pinetree. You are in it for a surprise".

I didn't have a chance as everything around started to turn dark.

~Dream ended~

Fully awake I am, I look around at my surrendering to see that it was already night time.

"Damn, I better get going"

With that, I get up and left the forest until I arrive at the Mystery Shack.

The next morning came, and so far, nothing happened. It was like the dream that I was having him was nothing from true. Surprisingly, nobody didn't ask me why I came late yesterday.

"Here you go, kid. Enjoy yourself", Grunkle Stan said once he places the food in front of me. From what I heard, Grunkle Ford couldn't make it since he's to focus on his lab, while Mabel (no surprise) stay over her friend's house.

I didn't mind being with Grunkle Stan as this morning was perfect.

Knock knock

"I'll get it", getting up from my seat as I walk toward the front door to see a young man, about my age, wearing a yellow suit along with black gloves and boots. His right eye was cover with an upside-down triangle, while his left eye reveals an almost bright gold. His hair was golden on top as the bottom was pitch black. And on top of his head was appear to be a hat.

I was confused at first before the young man began to speak, "I told ya that you're in it for a surprise, Pinetree~"

My mouth was wide open; impacting my words as I tried not to stutter, "Bill?"

His signature smirk appeared, showing his sharp teeth before bringing our body closer. My face was feeling hot. His head turned toward my left side; whispering my ear, "you bet ya"

He pulls back his head and gave a wink before laughing at my reaction.

This couldn't get any worse

Oh, yes it can

Confused. Look at his eye before following to see Grunkle Stan across the hallway.

I tried to explain as I tried not to stutter from embarrassment, but he just stops me and said, "it's alright, kid. I get it", he walks back to the kitchen before saying, "just try not to get yourself crazy up stair with your boyfriend, alright"

No words come out through my mouth when he mentions that word.

Boyfriend!?

Bill laughs it off and said, "will do!"

He looks back at me with a smirk and grabs my arm, "well, shall we, Pinetree~"

I gulp with worried when he drags me start to my room.
