Kokichi had been begging (Y/C) for weeks about having a sleepover, and they finally had a chance to do one with him. They had been busy studying for finals, but now that school was over, they had a chance to celebrate by having a sleepover with him. Kokichi had bragged at school about it, announcing it to basically everyone as a 'date with (Y/C)', but they knew that he was just joking. 

He was just joking...right?

Anyway, the day for the sleepover came, and they had been watching movies, currently they were in the middle of a horror one that Kokichi had insisted on watching since it would 'fit the mood'. While they were watching the movie, it had been storming outside, sounds of thunder occasionally booming. 

The movie had just about come to an end, and suddenly the lights went off, the room becoming shrouded in darkness quickly. 

"Huh.." Kokichi mumbled, after a moment of silence, realizing that the power wasn't going to be coming back on, "I didn't see that coming.."
