Soon you guys were at the observation tower. The only problem was a security fence surrounding it. Kenji, Darius, and Yasmina were trying to open the gate, but it wouldn't budge.

"It's locked." Kenji took a step back as Yasmina grunted and leaned against the fence. Darius wiped his forehead from sweat forming under his brow. Ben walked over with his hands together. "Oh, wow. I guess we can't get in, we should all get back before someone finds us and we get in trouble."

"Wait, where is everybody..."

You raised an eyebrow and snickered lowly. "Why, you scared, Kon?"

Kenji glared at the young girl. "No. Uh, it's just that there's usually someone around..."

"Well, it does look pretty empty."

"This is exactly why we should go back! Roxie and Dave specifically told us to stay put." Ben reminded seriously and glanced around the place with fear for any dinosaurs that may come out.

"Hey, we can't just go back when we made it this far to investigate what the commotion was." Yasmina had her arms folded and was annoyed at the thought of going back when her feet were aching. Darius nodded, "Plus, it'll be quick. I'm sure it is just a loose dinosaur like a triceratops."

"I don't know, something doesn't feel right about this guy. I gotta agree with Ben." Sammy joined in

"Guys, if we're doing this, then we might as well go all in." Brooklynn picked a pin from her hair and knelt down to pick lock the door, then heard a click as she pulls the door open smoothly without triggering any alarms. Everyone stared at the pink-haired blogger either or amazement, confusion, or silence. "What? I have a hack video for when you lock yourself out of your apartment or house."

Sammy turned to her friends with a grin. "Last one to the top is a rotten egg!"

"Later, rotten egg!"

Sammy was the first to reach the top, you came in second and walked over to the cowgirl. Using your sleeve to wipe the sweat from your forehead. "Woo, is anyone else hot?" she placed her hand on the railing and looked out at the view. "It is hot." she began fanning herself from exhaustion and the heat.

"We shouldn't have run up." You took slow and deep breaths to help clear your head. Then felt a hand on your shoulder, looking up to see Darius there as he gave you a small smile. Returning a smile of your own and nod at the boy.

"No... More... Stairs..." Kenji stretched his arms onto the railings before lowering down slowly with grunts and groans. "It better be something good!" then collapsed onto the last step of the stairs with a thud, breathing heavily.

Then hearing the sound of a boom was heard as the tower shook a bit, then it continued as you all clung onto the wooden railing and went to the balcony and have a look out at the jungle as the rumbling noise went on and on after a brief moment of silence.

"There's something out there..." Brooklynn whispered with alarm.

"Yeah, something big..." Darius nodded slowly as he kept an eye out for a carnivorous dinosaur of sorts to come out.

The rumbling noises got louder as the creature revealed itself to be a Brachiosaurus, releasing a breath of relief in unison as the long-necked creature got up on its back legs to reach a branch of a tree.

"Okay, mystery solved. Guess we should head back now, right?" Ben relieved that they were done and got up, started heading for the stairs, but everyone didn't move and stared at the blue shirt boy Darius shook his head as he spoke up.

"But that doesn't make any sense, a Brachiosaurus doesn't sound like that. Their more like..." Your mouth agape slightly and lips pursed together to hold back a laugh.

Brooklynn's arms folded as she stifled a giggle as Kenji smirked with a low chuckle at Darius's attempt to recreate the dinosaur's call. "Uh, didn't quite catch that... One more time?" Bowman rolled his eyes at the Asian boy before hearing the sounds of faint voices and looked down to see two male Jurassic World workers or personnel below as they were shouting something.

"What did he say?" Darius asked everyone, unable to hear their calls. Brooklynn shrugged with Sammy glancing and making eye contact with you and Yasmina.

"Aw, great. They look mad, I told you we'd get into trouble!" Ben sighed with a frown, earning a smack behind his head from Yasmina. They continued yelling at you all from below despite how you couldn't understand a thing.

"You're gonna have to speak up!" Kenji exclaimed with his hand formed around his mouth to amplify his voice.

Suddenly, the Brachiosaurus bellowed in pain and fell down. This made you all scream and flinched out of shock, you covered your mouth and looked down at the guys still there. One waved his arms frantically as the ground shook still, you squinting your eyes as a dinosaur stepped out from the trees and roared loudly causing the two workers to turn in alarm.

You heard them scream and turned away as that strange creature ate the two coworkers right in front of your eyes. "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING??!"

"I-it got him, it got him!" Ben shrieked in terror, pointing at the dinosaur.

Brooklynn gasped when remembering what she saw on their trip to the infirmary. "Dr. Wu's lab... There was a dinosaur called-"

"The Indominus Rex," Sammy whispered with wide eyes. This caught you and the pink-haired girl's attention, "Wait, how do you know that name?" the blogger questioned suspiciously.

Darius glanced at the two in a confused but panicked state. "B-but there's no dinosaur na-"

"There's no time, we need to leave now, now, now! We have to go!" Sammy was standing by the stairs, prepared to run like her life depended on it. Literally and especially for the current situation, you guys have now.

"We're safe... Down there... Isn't ..." Kenji gulped while staring at the Indominus Rex. "Besides it's not like Rex can see us." He crouched and got behind Darius to protect himself with Bowman as his shield.

You screamed as its claws were on the metal pillars, shaking the tower as the prehistoric creature knocked it repeatedly to try and knock one of you off.

"Sammy!" Yasmina grabbed onto the Texan's hand tightly to prevent her from falling, you wrap your hand around her unoccupied palm as Darius and Kenji swooped in, helping as well. Sammy was screaming in panic as the Indominus tried to snatch her with its tiny claws.

Luckily, you were able to get Guttierrez out of harm's way as the tower shook and you all held on tight. You were breathing heavily and gripping onto a beam to keep your balance, making eye contact with Bowman who was just as scared as you were. Darius eying around for another escape route since they can't go by foot. "The zipline! Go, go, go!"

One by one, you and your friends got onto one trolley as the Indominus continued beating the tower furiously. Ben went first as Kenji helped the panicking boy with his seatbelt and pushes him off, then Sammy got on, followed by Kenji behind her, Brooklynn, Yasmina, and Darius insisted on you going next while you were wanting to stick with the boy.

"N-no, no, Darius, I'll stay with you." 

"Come on, you gotta go now, L/N!" Fadoula placed you on the trolley firmly, reassuring you that he'll be fine, then as you continued babbling on and on. Darius wrapped his hand around yours and looked you straight in the eye. "Y/N, it's okay. I'll be fine, and so will you." before you could speak, he pushes you and a scream left your mouth as the Indominus made eye contact with you. 

Unaware of the problem with your friends being stuck in the middle of the zipline, you grunt as your form collided with Brooklynn, moving a little but still stuck high above the ground. You glance behind to see Yasmina waiting for Bowman, as he stepped back and leaps over to her, your eyes widen as Yaz held onto Darius as they zipped across and knocked all of you forward. Moving forward towards the other tower near the camp, a breath of relief leaves your lips as it seemed like things were looking good until the metal wire snaps as the trolley fell off with you guys falling down. Screaming as you felt leaves and branches hit your skin and parts of your body then everything went black.
