Word count: 2401
Note(s): Sequel to "Evicted". A lot of people (including my irl friends) liked the first part and I decided to write a second. Beware of some strong language.

"Rise and shine!" Star yelled, letting the afternoon sun peek through the window's blinds.
Janna hissed, forcing her eyes shut and lifting the blanket over her head, hoping to shield her eyes from the sudden bright light.
Star giggled and crawled back to her... friend? Girlfriend? Gal pal? She had no idea how to call her. She ripped the blanket from the girl's arms and pinned her wrists above her head, a smug smirk spread across her face. The bluenette groaned, her eyes still shut. "Nooooo...My vampire skin is burning..."
The blonde chuckled slightly and kissed her "friend" passionately. Somehow startled from the sudden contact with the blonde's lips, Janna tried to free herself from her grasp. Star only tightened her grip, a hand making its way under Janna's t-shirt.
Janna somehow broke the kiss for a brief second and opened her eyes to meet Star's. "You wanna go again?" she asked with a smirk.
Blushing madly, Star let go of Janna's wrists and buried her face into her neck. Janna pat the paler girl's back and nodded. "Still can't get last night's events out of your head, eh?" she asked with a slight of sass in her tone, earning herself a stutter.
Star bit Janna's neck. Hard. "Asshole," she muttered.
Janna snorted. "Me? Wasn't it you who just bit my neck without a reason? Actually, I kinda liked that. You can continue."
Star lifted herself up with her hands in order to be able to glare at the girl beneath. "Fuck you."
Janna grinned, her hands resting on Star's hips. "Please."
Star almost choked on air. "Oh my God. This sexual tension is too much for me. You'll find me smoking in the kitchen."
"Ouch," Janna brought one hand down to her heart in order to mock pain.
Star giggled and kissed the girl one more time before getting up. She lifted a pair of jeans off the floor and exited the bedroom. Janna stared at the ceiling for a couple of minutes and decided to get up as well. If the sun was up, that meant it was either 10 AM or afternoon. Sleeping would have been in vain at that time. With a groan, Janna got up and went into the kitchen. She found Star leaning against the counter with a half smoked cigarette between two fingers. She was also wearing the jeans from earlier. Janna walked up to her. "So I thought of something," she began.
Star raised an eyebrow. "Wow. Can you believe that?" she joked.
Janna leaned against the counter and smirked. "Since when are you so sarcastic?"
Star took a quick drag. "Are you changing the subject because you realized your plan wouldn't turn out good?"
"How did you-I didn't even tell you it was a plan."
"I've known you long enough to know what's going on in that messed up head of yours."
"That really hurt me, princess. Anyways-would you agree to help me break into my parents' house this night and take the rest of my junk? Ya know, before they start throwing it away."
Star blinked. "That's a horrible idea." She paused and took another drag. "Let's do it."
"I just knew you wouldn't refuse me. So...got any plans for today?"
"I'm supposed to meet with Ponyhead at Starbucks at 2."
"Who?"
Star finished off the cigarette before answering. "Ponyhead. A girl I met at that Starbucks near the middle school. She slowly became a close friend of mine after we stopped 'hanging out'."
"And that's her name? Ponyhead?"
"It's a nickname."
Janna nodded. "Makes sense."
Star threw the burning filter out the window and drank some coke in order to get the cigarette taste out of her mouth. "You wanna come too? If yes, we should get dressed soon. It's almost 1:30."
"Sounds like a plan," the bluenette said with a shrug.

"I haven't been here in ages," Janna stated as she and Star entered one of the famous coffee shops known as Starbucks.
The two seated themselves at a table and chatted for a while before a dark skinned girl with a very impressive dark magenta afro walked up to them. "May I serve you with somethi-B-Fly! You're early!"
Star looked up at her, a wide, dorky smile spread across her face. "Ponyhead!"
"So you're Ponyhead," Janna said as she took a glance at the woman's name tag. She couldn't believe it actually read Ponyhead instead of her real name.
The afro'd chuckled. "Yup. That be me-the one and only." She paused. "I'm sorry, but do I know you?" she questioned before turning her head to the blonde. "Star, who's this?"
Star answered with "This is Janna."
Ponyhead raised an eyebrow. "Like, your ex, Janna, or..."
Janna spoke up before Star could say anything. "Well, we kinda fucked last night, so I don't think that title would suit me right now. Don't you think the same, Star?" she asked with a normal expression on her face.
The blonde's face turned red. It's not like she didn't expect Janna to say something like that, but still. Simply charming. "Janna!"
"What?"
Ponyhead laughed. "Hah! I like you. Look, I'm not supposed to talk to customers so how about we catch up after my shift is over?"
Star and Janna nodded.
"Cool. So, would you two like anything? A coffee, perhaps?"
"Yeah, sure," both girls answered.
Half an hour later, Star and Janna were sitting next to each other at that same table, and now, Ponyhead sipping from her coffee just across them. "Sooo...what's your real name?" Janna asked out of a sudden.
"You really don't want to know," Janna got as an answer.
"Not even I know it," Star added.
Janna raised a brow. "Now I really want to know."
Ponyhead chuckled and took another sip from her coffee before answering. "Pooney. My real name is Pooney," she said, resting her chin in her palm.
Janna almost made a face. "What. Can you spell it?"
"P-O-O-N-E-Y. Pooney. Ugh, I just hate it when I say it out loud."
"I've seen worse," Star commented.
Janna stared at the girl in front of her with her brows slightly furrowed. "Who the heck would name their kid Pooney?" she asked flatly.
The afro'd sighed and took another sip from her coffee, finishing it. "Apparently-my parents," she told the bluenette.
The three of them kept chatting for like another hour and a half before Star and Janna had to go. Ponyhead turned out to be a really nice gal to be around. Her attitude and sense of humor were simply priceless. In the end, they all agreed to hang out more as a group.
Later that day...
11:04 PM
"Is it called stealing if the stuff I take literally belongs to me?" Janna questioned as she peeked over the window of her former house.
Star looked over at her and shrugged.
"I mean...it's not really breaking in if you already have the house keys, right?"
"I have no idea," Star told her. "Guess we should have looked it up before we left," she quickly added.
The bluenette smirked. "It's not like that would have stopped us."
Star snorted. "Haha, yeah, I guess you're right. What if they bust us, though?"
Janna made a face. "Ugh. Don't think like that. They simply won't. Trust your inner ninja and you shall succeed. ...plus, it's not like we haven't done something like this before."
"True, true," Star said in an amused tone.
Janna moved closer to the blonde. "Okay," she began. "So, my parents are in the living room watching something on the TV. There's no way we could get in without them noticing. We haven't changed the door after that incident with the dog and it still creeks when you open it. Here's my plan; you help me climb up to my room and I'll throw you my stuff through the window."
Star nodded. "Sounds good."
"Alright," the bluenette whispered. "Boost me up."
Star locked her fingers as if forming a ladder and brought her hands down for Janna to step. "Ready. I think," she said.
Janna gently placed a foot onto Star's palms. She smiled at the blonde before leaping upwards, helped by Star in the process. She easily climbed up the rest and landed into her room without a scratch. She waved her hand at Star and then glanced around her room. To her surprise, everything was still in place. All the drawers open, pencils and books and magazines everywhere-just like she left them. Janna started with her laptop. She carefully placed it in its case and went over to the window. As Star saw the case, she smacked herself and shook her head in amusement. "What's so funny?" Janna half-hissed half-whispered from above.
"It's nothing," Star managed to whisper back between her giggles.
Janna rolled her eyes and dropped the case. Star smoothly catched it and laid it carefully on the ground.
For what seemed like 10 minutes, Janna kept packing stuff and throwing it out the window for her "gal pal" to take. She took her beanie off and ran a hand through her hair. She was sweaty and exhausted, but the work was done at last. Just as she was ready to walk over to the window for one last time, she heard footsteps coming her way and instantly started to panic. Well, yeah, she could still jump out the window, but Janna already knew how that would end. So what could be the best thing to do in a situation like this? Hide behind the door and pray whoever that is doesn't enter the room? Yes. And that's exactly what Janna did.
She rushed over to the door and stayed low. The footsteps stopped in front of her room's door and Janna's heart almost skipped a beat. The door slowly opened and she heard a voice-possibly her mother's-sighing. Janna forgot how to breathe at that moment.
Please don't turn on the light, please don't turn on the light...Jesus fuck, please, do not turn on the light...
With another sigh, the person closed the door and left. Janna's pupils shrank and she face-planted the floor. She was breathing heavily-but not too heavily in case that person was still somewhere around. She crawled over to the window and took one last glance at her room before carefully sliding off the edge and clumsily landing onto the grass.
"What took you so long? I almost lit my 3rd cigarette today. Did anything happen?" Star questioned.
Janna wiped the dirt off her black clothing and nodded. "Someone almost entered the room, and no, they didn't see me, so it doesn't matter anymore. Did anyone see you?"
Star shook her head. "Nope."
"Good. Let's take the stuff to the car and just fuck off from here."

Janna didn't get much sleep that night. She kept thinking about the person who randomly peeked into her room. Did her parents miss her? Well, fuck yeah, they should have missed her at least one bit after basically kicking her out. They should be the ones to feel like shit. They should be the ones to feel guilty for not accepting their kid's inner queer.
Janna opened her eyes and looked over at the sleeping girl next to her. She rolled on her side and tapped the girl's shoulder. "Star..." she whispered.
The blonde groaned in response.
"Wanna talk?" Janna asked softly.
Star half-opened her eyes and and rolled on her side as well so she could face the bluenette. She shoved her arm under her pillow and smiled slightly. "Can't sleep? Got something on your mind?"
Janna bit her lower lip and nodded slowly. "Do you think my parents regret kicking me out?"
Star raised her eyebrows and blinked. "Most probably. Do you..." she shrugged. "Regret leaving?"
"What kind of question is that? Of course not. Why would anyone want to live with their homophobic parents?"
"But if you didn't tell them how you felt...then you wouldn't have come here in the first place. And we wouldn't have been discussing this. And we wouldn't have...kissed and...made up. Sorta."
Janna stayed silent for a couple of seconds. Star was right. "S-Star...I...oh God. I didn't think of it that way. And now that I do think about it...I guess not. Holy shit. Star, I'm so, so sorry for confusing you like this. I know I said I wanted some time alone, and I'll regret it for the rest of my life. I just..." She started to tear up.
Star placed a hand on the other girl's shoulder and sighed. "Janna. Maybe I did cry after you basically broke up with me, and maybe I sooorta kinda hated and avoided you the following weeks, but-I respected your decision. Stuff happened and you didn't want to put up with anyone's shit, and that's alright. We all make mistakes. Nevermind my venting. We're together now. That's what counts."
Janna stared at the girl in front of her with tears in her eyes. They stayed like that for what seemed like hours, gazing into each other's eyes. Then Janna suddenly smiled and leaned forward for a quick kiss. "Thanks for putting up with me and my shit. Couldn't ask for more."
Star giggled. "Hey, what are girlfriends for?"
Janna's eyes widened. "So you...want to date again?"
"Wasn't it obvious?" there was a slight of sass in the blonde's tone. "I never stopped caring about you. And, you know, I kinda knew we'd somehow make up in the end. Admit it-it would have been a shame losing a hottie like me." She winked.
Janna snorted. "I guess." She grabbed Star's hand and kissed it, not breaking the eye contact as she did. "I'm such an idiot, aren't I?"
Star closed her eyes and smiled. "You may be an idiot, but you're my idiot."
