Shivaay was parking the car when he looked at Annika who was fiddling her fingers. He held her hand on her lap making her look at him.

"What happened?", he asked rubbing the back of her palm.

"Nervous", she mumbled with a nervous smile. He smiled taking her in a side hug and pecked her hair.

"Everyone will be very happy, trust me. Specially mom, she always wanted to have a grandchild", he said making her nod.

Opening the door for her, he helped her to come out, taking the reports from back seat.

"I can walk Shivaay, I am just a month pregnant", she said chuckling.

"Still you're pregnant, you can't object on my care for you", he frowned. She nodded pecking his cheek.

"Come now", he held her hand and both walked inside. Everyone were in hall preparing for evening's haldi ceremony.

Annika looked at Shivaay who held her hand firmly in response nodding softly.

"Aree! Even Shivaay and Annika came, that's good. Come on guys, have your lunch fast after that you all have to get ready for ceremony", Jhanvi said.

"I have asked the cook to arrange food. Annika, Shivaay you also fresh up and have lunch", Pinki said.

"Mom, badi ma, me and Annika have to tell you guys something", Shivaay said and looked at Annika.

"What is it Shivaay? Any problem?", Jhanvi asked worried.

"No badi ma, everything is fine. First call everyone", he said making Jhanvi and Pinki nodded and called their respective husband while Om went to call dadi.

"Shivaay, now everyone is here. Tell us, what happened?", Om asked as everyone was gathered in hall.

He looked at Annika who was visibly blushing looking down. He chuckled and took her in a side hug.

"Annika and me are expecting. We're pregnant", he said making everyone gasp. Annika hide her face against his chest blushing.

"Oh my mata!! Is it true? Annika, you're pregnant. I am going to become dadi", Pinki exclaimed excitedly.

"And I am going to become badi dadi", Jhanvi exclaimed excited. Both hugged each other on the news of becoming grandmothers.

"Annika puttar, thank you so much", dadi came in front and kissed her palms. Annika smiled emotionally.

"Bhabhii", Rudra came shouting happily and picked her up in his arms making her squeal and held his shoulders.

"Rudy put her down, she'll fall down", Shivaay said seeing him twirling her around. Om chuckled and hugged him, congratulating him.

"Thank you so much bhabhi. I was waiting to become chachu! Finally someone will come younger than me in family", Rudra said happily.

Annika giggled caressing his cheek and nodded.

"Now put her down Rudy, she'll fall down", Jhanvi said making him smile sheepishly and put Annika down.

Shakti and Tej also came congratulating the couple. They blessed Annika to have a happy pregnancy and warned Shivaay to take care of their daughter.

Being overwhelmed, Annika started crying. Shivaay wrapped his arm around her shoulder and kissed temple, calming her.

"Babies are going to be so lucky to have you guys as family", she said as she calmed down.

"One second! Babies?", Rudra asked shocked. This made Annika look at Shivaay who shrugged.

"We're babies, triplets", Shivaay said making Annika blush more and she looked down.

"Daaamn", Om and Rudra exclaimed hearing it. They looked towards Shivaay with teasing gaze.

"What?", Shivaay scowled seeing them.

"Wow bhaiya, sixer at once huh", Rudra commented teasingly.

"Shut up Rudy", Shivaay said with stern voice but his ears turned pink. Om cupped his mouth to control his laugh.

"Kuch sikha isse Om", Shivaay said.

"Tu sikha raha hai na", Om said stifling his laughter. Shivaay rolled his eyes and shifted his eyes back to his wife who was sitting on sofa and ladies sitting around her.

"Annika, I don't want you to roam around without any reason from now on. You've three lives inside you, you need to be extra careful", Pinki said.

"Yes Annika. You need to be more careful while doing anything but don't make yourself lazy. You know, I will arrange a yoga instructor for you and balanced diet is important", Jhanvi said.

"Ohho! Tum dono rehne do! I will feed my daughter-in-law with lots of ghee, dry fruits. Her babies should be healthy and it will help her in delivery", Dadi said. Annika chuckled looking at all three of them.

"I will listen to all of you", she said making ladies smile.

"Shivaay, did doctor said anything special?", Pinki asked.

"Nothing special mom, just asked to take lots of care and prescribed some multi-vitamins and a diet chart", he told.

"Chalo that's good. Annika, you go and rest in your room. I will bring something for you to eat. Shivaay take care of her", Pinki said.

"At evening we'll inform it to Annika and Gauri's family then", dadi said. Everyone agreed with it.

"After that we can announce it on media then", Rudra said excitedly.

"Nahi!", ladies said together.

"Rudra, no one is informing media about her pregnancy till her first trimester ends", dadi said. He nodded.

Shivika were near the staircase, going towards their room when he stopped her and picked her up in his arms.

"Shivaay", she squealed clutching his shoulder and neck. He grinned and started climbing the stairs.

"Kya kar rahe hai? Some one will see Shivaay", she said looking at him.

"I don't care, love", he said pecking her lips. She blushed hiding face to his crook. He chuckled.

"We're pregnant, Annie still you blushes like we're near to each other for first time", he giggled.

"As I said, I will always blush when you're near me", she said as he entered inside their room and she closed the door.

He made her sit on bed and kneeled down in front of her. He raised her kurti and gently kissed over her stomach.

"Hey babies. Papa here. I love you three so much. I promise to take care of you and your mumma till eternity. Thank you coming in our life", he said kissing over the center of her stomach again.

She caressed his hair and he came up to her face, placing a small kiss over her lips.

"I love you", he said pecking her forehead.

"I love you", she said caressing his cheek and pecked his jaw.

"So from today, you'll not do anything hectic. Where ever you'll be going, I will drop and pick up you. We'll wake up early every morning and go for morning walks and-", he stopped as she kept her hand on his mouth.

"Bas Shivaay, everything will be fine. Why are you so worked up", she said removing hand from his mouth and caressed his cheek.

"It's just..I am little nervous. First, it's yours and my first time being parents, secondly we're having triplets. I don't want you to face any complications", he said holding her hands.

"Nothing will happen Shiv, we'll have easy one. If you'll be tensed, babies will get tensed and they'll make me tensed, you want that?", she asked making him shake his head.

He pulled her closer to his chest and kissed above her hair, caressing her hair. He saw her eyes drooping so he made her lay down. She squirmed but he patted her gently making her sleep. Covering her with duvet, he kissed her forehead and went out.

"Aree Shivaay, I was coming bringing milk and dry fruits for Annika", Jhanvi said.

"Badi ma, she slept. I think she is tired and babies must be draining out her. I will wake her up an hour before haldi", he said with a small smile.

"I am very happy you're taking care of Annika so well, Shivaay", she said caressing his cheek. He smiled.

"It's my responsibility, badi ma", he said. Later, both got busy in preparations of ceremony.

Haldi ceremony went well giving completion to last pre-wedding ceremony. Nandas and Gauri's family were informed about Annika's pregnancy adding more happiness.

For Nandas, it was double happiness seeing both their daughter and daughter-in-law being pregnant. Everyone were attentive around Annika and made sure she's comfortable. Everyone were careful that no one know about her pregnancy apart from close family.

"Annika have this", he said forwarding another spoonful of rice. She shook her head.

"I am full Shivaay, I can't have more", she said keeping hand on her mouth.

"Baby, you're eating for four people, have well", he said forwarding the spoon, removing her hand from mouth.

"No, I seriously can't have more. I will puke Shivaay", she said shaking her head again, pressing her lips tightly.

"Okay, puke if you want. Have this", he forcefully made her eat to get a glare from her side. He ignored it feeding her more. After a point, her face told him that she really couldn't eat more so he stopped.

She fed him after that, having random talks and about their preparations for babies arrival.

At night, where everyone were sleeping being tired, sleep was away from Shivaay and Annika's eyes.

They were in their room balcony, he was sitting on the swing, which they fixed on Annika's wish while she was sitting on his lap. His arms were wrapped around her stomach caressing it softly while she was humming, keeping head on his chest.

"Shivaay..", she said softly keeping hand over his arms. He hummed.

"Whom you want as kids? Boys or girls?", she asked.

"Though I am happy with anyone, just you and they should be healthy and safe but..", he stopped making her look at him.

"But?"

"I really want atleast one girl, you know, exactly like you. Adorable, sweet, beautiful. My mini Annika", he said pecking over her nape.

"Hmm. I want atleast a boy and you know I want him to be elder than our girl, you know, she'll have a big brother who'll always protect her or them", she said expressing her wish.

"He'll protect them, forever", he said kissing over her hair. She nodded snuggling in him.

He hummed a tune softly and she soon drifted to sleep. He kissed over her hair and caressed her stomach.

"Good night, my babies", he said softly bringing a smile on her face. He took her inside and slept taking his world in his arms.

Next morning, it was hustle-bustle everywhere in Oberoi mansion. Omkara and Gauri are getting married in afternoon as Gauri wished to have a beach wedding.

Everyone were ready and excited to attend the wedding. Shivaay made sure Annika don't wear heavy lehenga for which she sulked for long time. Already the babies were troubling her since morning. She is feeling nausea and faced morning sickness 3 times.

"Baby, you'll be able to attend wedding right?", he asked kneeling down fixing the plaits of her skirt. She looked at him confused.

"Aap kaisi baatein kar rahe hai! It's Gauri and Om's wedding Shivaay, of course I will attend it", she said frowning.

"Yeah, that's right. You should but you're so weak today", he said caressing her tummy.

"Yeah, they are but I will handle. And you're there for us right", she said keeping hand on his hands. He sighed and nodded.

"Hmm, okay. Let's go", he said helping her to get up.  She sighed seeing him being extra careful about anything.

"Shivaay I am fine", she said holding her lehenga by corners.

"You don't like me taking care of yours?", he pouted like a baby making her roll her eyes. She shifted closer to his arms making him smile widely and they walked out. She chuckled pecking his cheek.

With blessings of god, Om and Gauri got married to each other. Annika looked towards Shivaay when she saw Om filling Gauri's partition with sindoor. Shivaay looked back at her and kissed above her hairline, wrapping arm around her stomach across her waist.

"I love you", she said keeping head on his shoulder as they watched ahead at just married couple.

"I love you more", he said and then caressed her stomach, "and I love you guys too", he said making her smile more.

Gauri was welcomed in Oberois as Om's wife and elder daughter-in-law of family. Jhanvi did her aarti and she did her grahpravesh.

"Welcome Gauri", Annika said hugging her. Gauri giggled hugging her back.

"Thank you bhabhi, and thank you for this gift", she said pointing at Annika's tummy. Annika chuckled nodding and hugged her again.

Dadi smiled seeing her entire family happy together. She wished her husband was along with her to see although. Nevertheless, she sent a silent prayer to god for always protecting her family.
