Next morning, Annika woke up first. Adjusting to the light, she squirmed and open her eyes. Feeling warm breath on her neck, she moved a bit to see herself in his arms. Her bare back touching his bare chest, his face hidden in her crook. He had his arms wrapped around her waist.

She could hear the soft snore making her chuckle. She turned carefully, without disturbing his sleep but who are we kidding with- her light sleeper husband. He squirmed in sleep and opened his eyes partially to see Annika looking at him with a soft smile.

"Good morning", he wished in his morning husky voice fluttering her heart.

"Good morning Shiv", she said and closed her eyes as he kissed her forehead. He pulled her closer and snuggled her in him, again closing her eyes.

"Shivaay... Wake up! Everyone must have come back home", she said to which he hummed but kept snuggling in her. She giggled as his stubble rubbed against her neck.

"Baby you're so soft", he mumbled and kissed her nape. She hummed a moan. Coming up, he pecked her lips.

"Now get up patidev. You remember you've an important meeting in afternoon and before it at office also you've work. I have too have to go hospital", she said cupping his cheek to which he nodded and got up. She clutched blanket to her chest when she saw him picking her up.

"I promise it will be quick", he said seeing her widen eyes. She blushed hearing him and moved her face to his crook. He went inside the closet to finish their sexy business, pecking her temple.

Shivaay was getting ready in front of dresser in their room when Annika came out of closet talking to her phone. She was wearing a simple baby blue kurti and palazzo set with golden patterns over it. 

"Yes sir...sure sir! That would be my pleasure. Sir I will talk and let you know", she said and kept the call. Shs looked at him who smiled at her through mirror fixing his hair.

"Good morning hubby", she chirped wrapping her arms around his torso from behind and pressed her cheek to his back.

"A very good morning my beautiful wifey! Who's it?", he asked eyeing her phone in her hand.

"Oh that! He was the head of my dental department", she said to which he nodded keeping the comb and turned around wrapping arm around her waist and kissed her forehead.

"Let's go for breakfast, if you have to go now, I will go dropping you", he said making her nod.

"Shivaay, I want to ask you something", she said holding his hands making him raise his eyebrow.

"Baby ask? You should just say", he said making her smile.

"Actually there's a dental association meet in delhi on this coming Sunday. My head want me to attend it and few lectures in some colleges. So I have to go Delhi for...4 days", she said and pressed her lips in thin line. She looked at him to see his face falling.

"Oh.. Okay so you need to go Delhi?", he asked but then mentally slapped himself for asking silly question. She nodded nevertheless.

"Yeah! I tried asking him to send someone else but he's saying it would be best if I go on behalf of our hospital", she said slowly seeing the sudden dullness on his face.

"Sorry Shivaay...", she mumbled making him look at her. She had an apology look making him close his eyes and sighed pulling her to his chest. He can't stop her. He promised her brothers to always support her professional life.

She wrapped arms tightly around his torso snuggling to his chest making him realise that it's already going to be tough to stay away from her.

"Don't be sorry baby, work also need us na", he said parting from the hug and cupped her cheek nodding. She sighed.

"You also need me na!", she said looking at him.

"In which sense?", he asked leaning to her face and winked making her hit on his chest.

"Shivvv", she whined making him giggle and pecked her forehead.

"It's okay baby, I will manage for four days. We'll face time, call each other. Let's live our pre-wedding days again. You missing me and me waiting for you", he said making her smile lightly.

"Ohho! As if you didn't missed me any day", she said to which he shook his head playfully making her giggle.

"When you've to leave?", he asked tucking her hair peppering ting kisses on her temple. She felt good feeling it.

"Tomorrow afternoon. You know, before head sir used to tell me just few hours before my trip but this time he said, now you're married, maybe you need to ask your in-laws and husband so he called prior day", she said making him chuckle.

"Your husband is just proud to see his wifey succeeding in her career", he said swelling her heart with love.

"You always make me feel like you're a dream", she pouted making him smirk.

"Should I show how real I am? I think I showed you half an hour ago baby, in the washroom", Shivaay said turning her cheeks red.

"Shivaay.. Such a cheapda you are", she frowned amidst blush on her cheeks. He pulled her closer by waist.

"If I am that..che..whatever haan, cheapda! You're jungle billi, I have proofs", he said making her cheek hotter. She hit on his chest.

"What? Wanna see? I have no issues", he said and opened his upper button making her hit on his chest again and buried her face in his chest.

"Shivaay please!", she whined again mumbling against his chest.

"I prefer this line other way...accha okay, no teasing", he said seeing her pouting at him and pecked it tightly making her smile closing eyes.

"Chaliye! Breakfast is waiting for us", she said pushing him away and rushed out of the room making him rub his nape.

Everyone got together for breakfast in dining area where Annika shared her departure to Delhi for the meet.

"It's totally fine puttar! Billu stays months away from us for his work, it's just 4 days. You don't need to ask us", dadi said making her smile.

"Exactly Anu! You're daughter of this house and who will be more happy than us seeing you getting success in your career. Just take care of yourself", pinki said lovingly to which Annika nodded.

"Sure ma! Just 4 days and I will be back. I will take good care of myself", Annika said and turn her face towards Shivaay to see him smiling at her and gave an I-told-you look. She smiled widely.

"Pinki after dinner, we've some work in kitchen remember it", Jhanvi said making Pinki nod at her.

"Badi ma tell me, I will do it, you both rest", Annika said.

"But Annika, it's your time for hospital right. Me and Pinki will manage and helpers are also there", Jhanvi said looking at her wristwatch.

"Badi ma, why you need helper when I am here, I will help you people. Anyways I am going late today. My intern is joining today so she'll handle till then and I have to do some packing also. When your Anu is here, I won't let anyone else help you", she said making Pinki and Jhanvi smile at their daughter-in-law. Shivaay too looked at her in adoration.

After helping Jhanvi and Pinki, Annika went back to her room to see Shivaay sitting on the couch working on his laptop.

"Shivaay? I thought you went. You had an important meeting right?", she asked walking to him making him look up. He smiled and held her hand lacing their fingers.

"Yes but it got postponed to afternoon", he said making her narrow her eyes.

"Got or you did?", she asked making him sigh and pulled her in his lap keeping the laptop away.

"Same thing na baby", he said tucking her hair.

"But why? Are you not feeling good? You want medicines?", she asked getting worried rubbing her hand on his cheek.

"No my doctor biwi! I did because I wanted to spend sometime with you. I am going to miss you so much", he said cutely, rubbing their nose making her smile lightly.

"Even I will miss you a lot Shiv. I didn't wanted to go. I tried to reject it but head sir knew that my intern is coming back today so I can't make any excuse also. I don't want to stay away from you", she said looked down at last.

"Aww! Just four days baby. Even I will miss having you in my arms. By now you can see, I can't keep my hands to myself when you're around. But I will manage, remember last time you told me, we can't neglect our work for our emotions", he said keeping her head on his chest and gently stroke her hair.

"Hmm I remember, it's just that we just got married. I didn't felt like leaving you like this", she said to which he kissed her temple humming.

"Baby, don't spoil your mood na. It will only get tough for you and me", he complained making her snuggle more in him.

"Accha, I have a news to make your mood happy", he mumbled against her hair making her look at him.

"What?", she asked making him mentally chuckle seeing her curiosity filled eyes.

"First give me a kiss", he said pointing his cheek making her chuckle and kissed it. He pointed his another cheek making her sigh and kissed again.

"Shivaay! Bataiye na", she whined as he pointed on his lips. He pouted mumbling unromantic.

"Okay so the thing is, your visa work will be done by next week. One week after you'll come back, we'll be flying for our honeymoon that too your favourite, Japan and South Korea", he said making her smile widely.

"Omg! Already? I thought it will take more time. We're going to both Japan and South Korea! Really?", she asked and squealed in his arms as he nodded.

She smothered his face with kisses mumbling many love yous and you're the best. He giggled seeing his baby.

"So is my wifey happy now?", he asked as she hugged him tightly.

"I am very happy Shivaay. Thank you so much, I love you so much", she chirped kissing his cheek.

"I love you more milady. Anything for you, my love", he said smiling and hugged her more tightly.

"You know it's my dream since highschool to go there. You know K-dramas made me tempt to go Korea and Japan has such beautiful nature", she said like a kid.

"I know baby I know. That's why we're going to have 1 month trip. Fifteen days in Japan and fifteen days in Korea", he said, only to widen her smile. She took his lips in a kiss making him smile and respond to her in same fervor.

"You're the best Shivaay", she said as they parted. He removed her hair strands from his beard and tuck them kissing her forehead.

"You deserve every happiness baby", he said making her heart swell with more love, adoration and respect for her man.

After doing some packing with help of Shivaay, Annika was leaving for hospital when Shivaay told her that he'll drop her.

"But I can go alone Shivaay, it's okay", she smiled at him.

"I am not asking you baby, I am telling you. After that I will leave for office", he said making her frown.

"Itni tadi hai na aap mein! You could have sweetly said this but no, how I can expect sweetness for Kaali coffee lover", she said making him roll his eyes.

"It's Americano first of all and madam, someone was saying you're the best, sweetest while ago!", he said crossing his arms against chest.

"Wahi na! Once you're sweetest, other moment bitter!", she said twisting mouth and looked away but gasped immediately as she saw herself pinned to the pillar behind staircase.

"Shivaay leave! Anyone can come! Rudy can come, he'll tease me till my cheeks hurt", she said looking here and there when he cupped her cheek.

"He's in office baby, remember", Shivaay said and grazed his stubble to her cheek trailing to her neck making her close her eyes. She bite her lips to control her moan.

"Shivaay chodiye na! What are you doing", she said in heavy voice because of the proximity.

"Showing some sweetness", he whispered in her ear biting her earlobe gently. She blushed furiously clutching his collars.

"Shivaay please! You and I are getting late for our work", she said trying to wriggle out of his arms. He cupped her cheeks.

"Come! I drop you to hospital as I want to and then I will leave to mh office. Was it sweet?", he said softly and pecked her nose making her smile.

"Better", she said making him chuckle and both left for her hospital. After dropping her and stealing a small kiss in car, he left for his office while she got busy in her appointments.

Later at night, he came back home tired and saw her sitting on the bed, as usual waiting for him. She kept her book away smiling as soon as she saw him.

"How was your day?", she asked removing his coat. It's a habit she has adapted since they have got married. Even he like it when she pampers him after he comes back from office.

"Good. How was yours?", he asked turning and cupped her cheeks.

"Same. I came back by early evening and then completed entire packing. Will be leaving by 11 am in morning to airport", she said to which he hummed nodding.

"I freshen up and come. You ate?", he asked to which she shrugged.

"God Annika! When will you listen to me?", he asked in disbelief.

"Never! I'll go and bring dinner", she said giggling and went pecking his cheek. He shook his head and went to take shower.

Both had their dinner talking about their entire day and lay down on the bed cuddling. Her head was on his chest, playing with the button of his kurta while his arms were wrapped around her waist, playing with her hair.

"You'll miss me na", she asked like a kid making him chuckle lightly and hummed kissing on top of her head.

"You can't even imagine how much I will", he said making her sigh and hummed. He caressed her hair and kissed her hair and temple time to time.

Talking to each other, both slept hugging each other.

"Annika! You kept everything right?", he asked making her sigh. She closed her bag and turned to him.

"Yes Shivaay! You have 5 times till now! I have kept everything", she said to which he nodded.

"Your ID?"

"Checked"

"Charger"

"Checked"

"Ticket"

"In phone, Shiv!"

"Haan! Your stethoscope and other things?"

"Checked baba", she said and shook her head.

"My kiss?", he asked playfully.

"Checked! Huh?", she asked confused and turned to him.

"Hawh! You didn't gave me my kiss baby and saying checked?", he said making her giggle. Pulling her closer, he took her a kiss while she moved her fingers in his hair kissing him back.

"Take care okay! Keep calling me and miss me", he said like a kid at last making her smile lightly and cupped her cheeks and kissed his forehead.

"Of course I will. You have your meals at time, I will keep calling for it or I have my spies here to keep check on you. Don't break your phone, keep it charged always and miss me too", she said hugging him to which he nodded caressing her hair.

Taking her suitcase, they went downstairs. Everyone were there for bidding bye to Annika. Rudy pulled her in a hug.

"Bhabhi! Come soon! I will miss you and our evening time together", he said making everyone go awe. Everyone has seen how possessive and connected Rudra has got to Annika. She's as important as Shivaay and Om to him.

"I will be back very soon! Don't trouble your bhaiya and Om a lot. Be my good Rudy! We'll gossip a lot once I will be back", she said making him smile.

"Take care bhabhi", Om said taking Annika in a side hug. She smiled hugging him back.

"I will. You too", she said to which he nodded smiling. Getting instruction from everyone, Shivaay and Annika left for airport. He decided to drop her himself.

"Take care, okay baby", he said holding her hand from her lap. She nodded kissing her palm.

Reaching airport, he was taking out her suitcase from boot when she got call from her brothers. She talked to them and got some instruction too.

"Baby! It's 12 already. I think you should leave", he said looking at his wrist watch to which she nodded and hugged him tightly. It was so sudden and tight that he stumble a bit but wrapped arms tightly around her. She buried her face in his neck muttering an I love you. He nuzzled in her hair replying her back.

"Go! Take care", he said kissing her forehead. She nodded kissing his cheek. She took her suitcase and went for identity check. He stood there till she went inside. As she got her identity check, she turned back to him and waved.

He saw her eyes glisten making him close his eyes. He know she's a very emotional girl. He smiled at her and waved giving a flying kiss. She smiled lightly and went inside.

He walked to his car with slight dull mood. Sighing, he kissed his engagement ring and drove towards his office.
