A long chapter! ;)

Annika was sitting on the window looking out of the window. She looked out sipping her mug of tea. A beautiful smile was creeping on her lips as she looked at her hand. Her hands were claded with heena till her elbow on both side. She looked at Shivaay's name which smartly written between the designs so that it could be hidden.

She smiled widely remembering last evening when her cousins teased him asking to write my name or at least initials on his palm as it was tradition. She chuckled seeing that but what surprised her was, he agreed in instant to write and not just initial, but his right hand is having her name written with heena right now.

The colour of her mehendi has come really dark, like dark brown making her blush. There's a belief that the colour of mehendi tells how much your husband loves you. She knew it was not scientifically possible but still the belief and the colour of her mehendi warmed her heart.

"Annika jaldi..", Khushi paused seeing Annika lost with a smile. A mischievous smile appeared on her face and she tiptoed to Annika.

"Shivaay?", she said in a shocked voice making Annika turn immediately.

"Kahan?", she asked but then bit her tongue blushing.

"At his home, remember we're going to celebrate haldi together in grounds, so come out of dream land and get ready baccha", Khushi said making Annika blush and nod. She ran to washroom taking her dress from bed making Khushi chuckle and arrange her jewelries.

The wedding planner has suggested to celebrate haldi together in a place where everyone could enjoy together. Oberois suggested their ground with which her family agreed. Shivaay as usual, is excited to see Annika making her blush.

In their talks, she challange him to apply her haldi in front of everyone, just to tease him but he took it seriously and accepted to take the challange. She was excited to see him fulfilling his challange.

"Annika come I make you wear the jewelries", Khushi said as Annika came out wearing the oufit. She was wearing a tied up, one shoulder mustard blouse with mustard and off- white skirt having thread work over it. Annika nodded and sat down in front of mirror.

She did had any makeup today, with just kohl and little gloss. Annika gasped seeing the beautiful jewelries made of flowers.

"Bhabhi they're so beautiful and delicate", Annika said gently touching the flowers.

"So you're looking! Beautiful", Khushi said looking at Annika tying her hair in a loose braid.

Annika smiled looking at herself. She was looking like an angel with all flower jewelry and her natural beauty.

"Come let's leave. Arnav called me when you're inside that Oberois and our relatives have arrived and is waiting for us", Annika nodded.

In hall, Malika was waiting for them as girls had decided to go together. Settling down in car, they left for the venue.

At the venue, the place was beautifully decorated with contrast combination of yellow and white. The ground was wide enough to host almost 500 people together. As Annika, Khushi and Malika reached, OmRu welcomed them.

"Welcome to your haldi bhabhi", Om said making Annika giggle and nod. Rudy passed girls, shade glasses.

"Bhabhis and didi , the sun is just rising and it's really hot so have them", Rudy said making girls smile at his care. All walked inside where family was. Her and his cousins were gathered in a place where OmRu took her.

"Bhabhi you're looking pretty", one of Shivaay's cousin said making Annika smile at him when suddenly she felt a wrap around her shoulder.

"Obviously she does, as always", she heard Shivaay's voice with a proud smile to other and a charming smile to him.

He looked extremely handsome. His body wash was still lingering in the air around him making him smell delicious.

"Hey love", he said softly, now his hand draping around her waist. She blushed looking at their cousins and siblings looking at them.

"Okay... we'll leave you two alone for sometime, but come to the haldi area in 10 minutes", Arnav said hi-fiving with Rudy and all went from there.

Annika turned to him glaring lightly who shrugged wrapping his arms around her bare waist. She felt a shiver as his hands touched her.

"You're looking beautiful and all hot love", he said cupping her left cheek and winked making her nudge elbow in his stomach.

"You wanna see my mehendi?", she asked softly looking at him to which he nodded, his thumb making circles on her waist and cheek respectively.

She smiled widely and excitedly lifted her skirt a bit showing her feet mehndi and then forward her hands towards him. He held her both hands and kissed her both palms. He smiled seeing her beautifully darken hands.

"They look beautiful, like you", he said kissing her ring making her giggle. She smiled.

"Thank you", she said making him frown lightly and turned his cheek.

"Thank me", she blushed seeing this and looked around. Though there was no one around, she checked and getting on her tiptoe, she gently kissed his cheek. He smiled closing his eyes wrapping his arms around her.

"Shivaay let's go all must be looking for us", she whispered still near his cheek.

"I don't wanna go", he said whining like a kid making her giggle and peck his cheek again. He turned and kissed her lips softly making her blush.

"Come", he said chuckling seeing her pink cheeks and pecked it. Holding hands, they moved to the area where haldi will be happening.

Everyone were present there when Shivika reached holding hands. Coming there, they greeted everyone and the ceremony started.

Both were sitting beside each other. First Annika's dadi and dadi came forward applying haldi on them.

"May you both always stay together and happy like this", dadi said to which they smiled looking at each other. Dadi took their balaiyan after that Annika's dadi applied them haldi and bumped their heads together lightly making them chuckle.

"Grow together and always be by each other's side", she said caressing her granddaughter's cheek.

"I will always be by her side dadi, it's my promise", he said holding her hand firmly making Annika smile at him.

After that all elders applied haldi to them giving best wishes and blessings for upcoming marital life.

Then it was time of Arnav and Khushi, Khushi applied haldi on them complimenting their couple together kissing Annika's head. Arnav looked at Annika mischievously.

"Remember my haldi little one?", he said making Annika's eyes widen. In a friction of second, her face was completely smeared with haldi.

She looked at Arnav gaping while Shivaay bursted in laugh seeing Annika but soon it stopped as Om came ahead and smeared haldi on his face. Annika saw this and started laughing loudly throwing her head back. Vansh and Malika tiptoed from behind and rubbed haldi on her arms and neck making her gasp.

"Hello Anu", they said in unison making her frown and pout at Shivaay hearing his laugh but a wide smile appeared as she looked behind him. Before he could turn, a splash of water happened on him making him drench.

As he turned, he saw Rudy standing there with a bucket in his hand and winked at him. Annika laughed seeing this.

"I love you Rudy", she said to which Rudy passed a toothy wide smile while Shivaay frowned at her. She controlled her laugh making her frown more and look at Rudy.

"You're laughing on my bhabhi, bhaiya! Very bad", he said shaking head in serious and moved to Annika applying little bit haldi on her cheeks.

"Come soon bhabhi", he said making Annika smile. She nodded.

"You people made it holi more than haldi", Malini said making everyone chuckle.

"It's nice na mumma, fun is also needed with tradition", Arnav said making everyone agree.

"That's why we all are going to play now", saying this, Rudy threw haldi towards Om who in return threw at him but it hit Vansh, who threw towards him but it hit Arnav and like this fun began.

Annika looked at everyone with a wide smile when her breath hitched. She felt arms moving on her waist. She looked down to see Shivaay smearing haldi from her waist to her stomach near her navel.

She looked at him who was looking at him with a naughty smirk. Because of them, sitting and everyone busy in them, no one noticed this.

"Shi.. Shivaay", she whispered lightly shivering a bit. He moved to her ear humming.

"I completed my challange baby", he whispered in her ear making her close her eyes. He parted and removed his hand to see Annika blushing looking down.

"How? Everyone are not..not even looking", she said looking at him who held her hand nodding to every word.

"Baby, you challanged to apply haldi in front of all, everyone are here, watching us or not that wasn't mentioned", he said and winked at her. She pouted but smiled.

"Okay you won", she said making him peck her nose, which was only saved from haldi. Her eyes widened and she looked around and sighed in relief as no one saw.

"What is someone would have seen?"

"I don't care baby, know it", he said wrapping arm around shoulder. She shook her head when Om came there.

"Let's take some pictures of the beautiful couple", he said setting his camera to which Shivaay and Annika smiled widely and looked at camera posing some cute and romantic poses. Wearing their shades, they posed some funky poses.

"Aree it's getting evening, enough now.. we've to get ready for sangeet also for night", dadi reminded making everyone wrap up their fun.

At last, everyone posed of a group photo showing their haldi clad palms and bright smiles, having Shivaay and Annika in between.

"See you at night love", he said kissing her palm. She smiled.

"See you Shivaay!", she said and blew a flying kiss making him stiffen for a while making her giggle and run away from there. As she went, he came out of the moment and rubbed his palm on his nape smiling.

Annika

It was late evening, everyone was getting ready for sangeet or jaago at night. Today, beauticians were called to make me ready. They did a mild bold make-up of mine complimenting with my lehenga and look. I was wearing a heavily embroidered lavender lehenga. My heena clad hands were filled with silver bangles and flower hand bracelets. I was wearing white kundan choker set. I paired up with a silver heels. My hairdo was done open with artificial flower.

"Hello gorgeous", I heard from behind to see Malika standing there in a blood red lehenga. She was looking hot in it. I smiled widely looking at her. The girls were fixing the skirt of my lehenga.

"How am I looking?", I asked twirling as girls went back to back their stuffs.

"Ready to kill jiju", Malika said making me blush. Today, my blush and smile were not leaving my face. I felt so happy, special and beautiful in myself since morning. My every dream regarding wedding were getting fulfilled.

I remember the way he applied haldi to me making me blush. Just then Malika snapped finger in front of me.

"Chalein madam? Your prince charming must be waiting for you", Malika teased me making me nod and we left downstairs.

We left to Oberoi grounds where again the function was kept. I went in a single car with Malika as my lehenga have wide area to cover. As we reached there, I saw some commotion there with shuttering of camera telling me that media has come. Though we wanted to keep everything intimate, paparazzi got its ways to come.

I saw OmRu coming towards me so I down my window.

"Bhabhi stay inside, we don't know how media entered. Gaurds are trying to handle them, Shivaay will come and take you, Malika you come with us", Om said to which we both nodded. Malika went with OmRu taking a small bag she brought for my touch ups.

I was waiting when suddenly media got more wild and I saw Shivaay coming towards my car. I smiled looking through window. He came and opened door for me, giving his hand for me. I held it and got out.

"You're looking heavenly my love", he whispered in my ears hugging me from my waist. I blushed muttering a thank you.

"Come!", he said softly, holding his hand and we walked where media was. Just then I noticed him. He was looking devilishly handsome in his outfit. He was wearing a white kurta with Nehru jacket over it, a pink pocket square with a hanging broach. His sleeves were folded till elbow making it solely hot and attractive.

As we came in front of media, we posed for media. Fixing my skirt, I looked at camera. He wrapped his warm arm around my waist and we posed for media. For a picture, we looked at each other smiling. Excusing the media, we went inside.

"You're looking very good today Shivaay", I said as we walked in the entrance. He looked at me passing his alluring smile.

"Has to look, after all I've to compliment my lady", he said making me smile. Taking my hand, he kissed my knuckles. I looked at him lovingly. He raised his eyebrows making me shake my head and taking his palm I kissed his hand to see a wide smile.

"I love you", I said emotionally to which he pulled me in his arms, side hugging, kissing my head.

"I love you too baby", he said making me emotional. He shook his head looking at me and kissed below my eyebrow.

"Let's go! It's your day to smile, no tears", he said to which I nodded and held his hand. Holding hands, we walked inside.

The guests has just started coming. We came early. Everyone were busy to set everything properly for sangeet and jaago. Whereas everyone will be attending sangeet, only close family, relatives will be attending jaago. It a ceremony where everyone celebrate the happiness of wedding till late night.

"Here comes out couple of the day", bhai said seeing us coming making me smile. I walked to everyone greeting them.

"Annika, we've kept a room for you, you can go and rest there till the function start. I know this lehenga must be really heavy", pinki said making Annika smile nodding.

"Haan even I've to do something", he said with a smirky smile making me confused.

"What?", I whispered to him.

"You'll get to know", he winked at me and left with OmRu.

"Bhabhi! Come let's go", Gauri came to me along with Malika to which I nodded and went with them.

Shivaay

"All set Rudy? I don't want anything going wrong at the moment", I said looking at Rudy who was talking about something with DJ.

"Oh don't worry bhaiya! Everything will go as you want", he said to which I nodded and rubbed my hands excited.

"Shivaay, everyone is here now. We shall go back to others now", Om came saying to me on which I nodded and we left towards where sangeet function will be happening.

I saw Annika sitting on the seat made for us talking and laughing with our cousins. I went towards them to see all of them whispering making Annika turn to me.

"Hi", I said sitting beside her and held her hand making her smile.

"Hey! You know I got to know something about you", Annika said whispering to me. I saw our cousins going from there. I scooted closer to her, wrapping my arm around her waist.

"What is it?", I asked looking at her face. She was looking really beautiful in her look. Just enchanting.

"That you're a very good dancer", she said excitedly making me chuckle. I hummed caressing her cheek.

"Yes I do dance well and you'll be graced by it today", I said with a knowing smile making her confused.

"Matlab?", she asked with an adorable confused face to which I just winked at her.

Before she could ask ahead, Gauri and Rudy along with Malika and Khushi bhabhi came on the stage in front of us, taking all her attention towards them.

"Hello and welcome to this beautiful evening of our new couple in town, Shivaay and Annika", Rudy welcomed all, energetically.

"Today they'll be celebrating musical and full of dance night, in happiness of their wedding", Malika said.

"So let's begin it with performance from our handsome groom's family", Gauri said making me and Annika smile.

Soon all my family and relatives along with Gauri came on stage and started performing a beautiful performance. They came one after another making it look really amazing.

"Wohooo", Rudy and Gauri came on stage huffing their breath. Everyone clapped.

"That was a really energetic performance but wait, the swag of bride's team is left, so now coming, our beautiful bride's family", Malika said.

Annika's family and Malika joined the stage performing an amazing job. We even hooted for them and everyone clapped as the completed.

"You people really rocked it", Om said as all four came back. Malika and Gauri hooted for themselves.

"Now! We've..actually bride's groom has a special surprise for her", Om said and lights got dimmed. She turned towards my side to see it empty.

A soft music started dimming lights of entire area. Annika looked at everything confused when spotlight fell on the stage. Shivaay came on stage with his wide charming smile.

"I never that I will get married as there's no one like I wanted. I never thought love would come in my life but.. now that's you Annika", he said and sat down on his knee.

The music started making Annika's eyes widen and a wide smile came on her lips.

The song started {in media box}which him lip-syncing with them. He started moving, doing steps according to the rhythm showing his love for her. His each look and smile told the intensity of his love for her.

He came down near Annika and held her hand making her get up twirling her. She had a constant smile on her face. As the song ended, he was on his knees with his arms wide open. There was pin drop silence in the hall.

"Annika, you remember you said you're a lucky woman to have a man like me. I want to say that I'm the luckiest human on this planet to have you in my life. You're my dream woman, my sunshine, my moonlight, a beautiful blessing to me. Each moment I spend with you, I discover something new in me. You make me want to be a better man. I fell hard for you, now when you've held me up, I want to walk with you on this path of life, I want to grow old with you, fulfill all our dreams together, have a family with you. I want to walk in love with you. I love you so much Annika. Will you do the honor to be my wife, will you make me lucky by making me your husband. Will you be mine?", He completed forwarding his hands towards me.

A loud hoot and claps boomed in the area asking Annika to say yes. He looked at her who had tears filled in her eyes and a wide smile.

"I love you too Shivaay, of course I will be yours", she said making everyone clap loudly. Annika leaned wrapping her arms around neck hugging him tightly while he wrapped his arms around her smiling widely.

"I love you so much", she whispered in his ear. He got up holding her in his arms.

"I can't tell you how much I do", he whispered against her hair. The rose petals started falling from above making the moment more beautiful and magical. She looked up smiling like a kid while Shivaay looked at her lovingly.

"One couple dance bhaiya and bhabhi", Rudy came on stage making everyone hoot for it. Shivaay held her hand and both went on stage.

Janam janam started playing on background. He pulled her closer to him, wrapping his arms around her waist. She wrapped her one hand around his neck while another was on his chest.

They swayed their bodies together looking at each other's eyes. He twirled her taking her in a back hug and gently pecked her jaw making her blush.

Making her turn back to his front, he pressed his lips on her head making her smiling closing eyes while everyone clapped for them.
