Mizu is extremely discipline and quite studious. Since she was a child, she has been hard on herself, on being the best and knowing more than others. She knows about random trivial things. She typically follows the rules but if she must break them for a friend she will do so. She can be easily embarrassed by the actions of her uncle, since sometimes...well that man was just something else. Typically she won't make the first move, but sometimes if she must do so, she gladly will. She is quite an affectionate person, even if she wasn't shown much growing up, she definitely learned from her friends and more. She doesn't like to be put on the spot, it's not ideal for her. She isn't one to panic in scary or life threatening situations.

◦ BACKGROUND ◦
Mizu is an only child, and was sort of a mistake. Her mother had her quite early on in life. Her parents are very much alive but retired in the sorcerer world, they called it quits after quite some time. Instead, they do work for the school from time to time. Mizu's parents have always been strict with her, never allowed her to have her own fun, always kept her home, either training or learning in one way or another. That's why she behaves the way she does. Behind closed doors, her father was quite cruel to her, while her mother turned a blind eye, pretending as if it wasn't happening. Of course, later on, it's revealed what her father was like after being exposed by a few of the students at the school.

- Immense Curse Energy: Mizu's powers come from her relation to Michizane Sugawara.

- Master Weapons Specialist: Able to wield a wide assortment of different weapons, all thanks to Maki teaching her.

- Reverse Cursed Technique (反転術式, Hanten Jutsushiki?) is a variation of a curse technique that takes cursed energy and reverses it into positive energy. It is a very complex technique and is normally used to heal bodies.

- Immense Speed and Reflexes

- Binding Interdiction: This technique manifests curse energy in the form of a Hanko seal. When used as a direct attack the user must make physical contact with the target to place the seal on the target. If used for an area of effect technique the Hanko Seal will manifest either on the ground under the user or above the user and spread to enclose the desired target area. What Binding Interdiction actually does is when used directly it imbues the target with the user's curse energy as a command in the form of Hanko seals to bind and restrain certain aspects of the target. Exceptionally skilled users of this ability can even link themselves to the target thus tethering souls together. The user can effectively bind the target's speech, movement, pacify abilities and even subjugate the target to their will. And when used to affect a wide area the Hanko seal encloses the area of interest allowing the user to erect barriers to protect themselves or even restrain and subjugate multiple low-level opponents in one move.

The effectiveness of this ability depends on several factors.

1: How skilled the user is in controlling their respective curses energy. ( I.E. a very skilled user of this technique can create powerful seals with a mere finger and place them on the target with the most passive of touches)

2: How much curse energy the user has at their disposal (This relates to AoE techniques as the potency of such techniques would be relative to the amount of cursed energy the user has)

3: How strong the target is or how much curse energy the user has in relation to their target. (I.E. this technique would be ineffective and overpowered if a lower graded sorcerer tried to use it on a higher grade opponent)

4: To nullify or dissipate the effects of the user's techniques one must either kill or incapacitate the user or simply overpower the seal with one's own curse energy.

5: To effectively master this technique the user must be physically gifted and an exceptional martial artist. Possessing great speed is paramount when using this ability.

- Techniques:
The Blinding: This seal effectively seals the target's vision.

Binding Interdiction: Mute: After making contact with the target this seal effectively binds the target's speech thus rendering them mute.

Binding Interdiction: Restrain: after making contact without the target or if trapped in AoE this seal restrains the movements of the target.

Binding Interdiction: Pacify: This is a seal that places constraints on the target's cursed energy. This technique can be used either to disrupt the target's flow of cursed energy to weaken their techniques or outright nullify them altogether or to even place limits on the user's own curse energy thus making them appear weaker. This technique is very effective to move undetected or fool one's opponent.

Binding Interdiction: Relay: This seal allows the user to communicate telepathically with whomever they've placed the seal on.

Binding Interdiction: Subjugate: This seal coerces the target to conform to the user's will.

Binding Interdiction: Barrier: this seal creates a protective barrier around the desired area of effect to protect the target from physical damage.

Binding Interdiction: Perception Barrier: This seal erects a barrier around the user which heightens the user's senses 5 and their awareness enabling them to read and react to any enemy movements and the slightest of motions.

Binding Interdiction: Eradicate: This seal is used to kill the target by incinerating them once activated.

Domain Expansion:

*Soul Tether: This technique creates an innate domain that displays the events of both the target and the user's life around them. Also, tall effigies of the user and the target appear behind each party. Above the two combatants, the effigies of each of them appear to be connected by a shimenawa. The shimenawa appears from the center of the user and extends to the center of the target which links the target and the user together at the respective ends of the ceremonial rope. Now any damage done to either the user or the target is reflected on the counterpart. Also severing the shimenawa would mean certain death for both parties. This domain expansion is a final suicide/ kamikaze attack intended as a trump card against much stronger opponents.

*Soul Ties of Ensnarement: This technique is the pinnacle of Binding Interdiction and the only way one can survive using Domain Expansion. This technique can only be used by the most skilled masters of the ability. This technique essentially seals the target inside of the user's innate domain. Thus trapping them in a domain or pocket dimension where they're forced to see the events of their lives unfold over and over again.

*Reverse Curse Technique: Antagonize: This reverse curse technique simply removes the limiter seal that the user placed on oneself when using the technique Pacify.
