[November 20th]

"I'm afraid I can't clear your schedules for the whole December Y/N, same as to January and the other upcoming months" The producer said to Y/N who asked permission if she could clear her schedules off on December for her to attend their family reunion. She sighed, she's confused so she asked why.

"We're really trying our best to keep you guys together every happenings until next year. It'll be helpful as it might be the last events or occasions you guys will celebrate as a group plus I have planned to make a new comeback for you guys"

'Oh....right..' Y/N thought and a frown appeared on her face.

"But is there any chance I could try to celebrate Christmas with my family back at home?"  The girl asked with her pleading eyes, hoping that there will be even in just a short span of time.

"Hmm..we're still not sure about it because unexpected events may happen that could change the flow of what we planned so, we'll just inform you if there is any" He stated. At least, that gave Y/N a little hope for her to believe that she will get to celebrate Christmas with her family this year. But, she was hesitating too since what the producer said was true, it might be the last time she'll celebrate important events with her eonnis. Y/N's frown got worse but decided to shake off negative things. She thanked the guy while she waved her hand goodbye as she exited the building.

She needs to inform her sister and her two brothers the information she just got right now. She took her phone out from her coat's pocket and immediately messaged them.

Y/N went back inside the building as she rushed to the producer's office where he is found sitting at his seat while drinking his nice cup of coffee.

"Oh Y/N, you came back. Is there any problem?" He asked as he approached Y/N that was panting but kept her smile on her face.

"What about for this month?"

"I can't seem to understand what you are pointing out"

"What I mean is, do I have schedules that can be cleared for this month?" Y/N asked once again but in a more clear statement. She's desperate to celebrate Christmas with her family this year but somehow can still celebrate it together with her group mates so she must think and do something that could make it possible.

"Hmm wait let me check" The man then went to the files cabinet, probably searching for the copy of the group's schedules for this month of November.

"There's not much of album promotions nor interviews, but there are some guesting in some variety shows add IZ*ONE Chu. This should've been kept as a secret for now but since you gave me a good enough reason to tell you and only you this, then I could I trust you with it" He stated as he gave the file of schedules to the girl who was listening to all what he has been saying. The formal-looking man can see how Y/N really wants to meet her family once again.

"Is there any chance I can clear some of them?"

"Could be possible but—" Before he could continue, the bunny squealed in happiness while jumping up and down knowing that there is a chance. The producer chuckled but soon enough cleared his throat which made Y/N stop whatever she was doing, she apologized and said to continue.

"As I said, there is a chance but I could only give you a short amount of time" He was expecting for the young lady to frown and gloom but surprised to see that Y/N was even smiling brightly.

"That's already enough for me PD-nim! More than enough to be honest. I know it's the best you can do for me to celebrate Christmas with my family once again—well not exactly Christmas but oh well your reason earlier was understandable. I'm grateful that you gave me chance!" The producer flinched when Y/N suddenly attacked him with a warm hug. Unknowingly, it made his lips curve up and shared his warmth to her too. By the looks of it, they surely look like a father and his daughter hugging to show their love to each other.

"I'm glad that gives you hope, Y/N. Well, the available day I could offer you is on 26th of November. Don't forget the date or else you might miss the only chance I gave you" He patted Y/N's head as she chuckle.

"I won't! How could I. Anyways, thank you once again! I'll get going now and make sure to tell it to my siblings! Annyeong PD-nim~" With that, the girl left his office and the building, leaving the man with a smile painted on his face.

Y/N had brought her phone back to her coat's pocket, leaving the place as she entered the van that started to drive her back at the dorm.

Once she've arrived the building, she skipped happily at the halls making the people who she pass by awe at the sight. Y/N tapped the code of the door as it made a sound meaning it's unlocked, gently swinging the door she welcomed "I'm back eonnis!" Y/N yelled before closing the door, skipping once again to the living room.

"Who let Y/N eat a chocolate? You all know how she gets so hyper when she eats one" Eunbi spoke, looking sternly at every each member. Y/N pounced at the oldest then back hugged her "I didn't ate one! In fact, I am born this hyper" The youngest stated before kissing Eunbi's cheeks, finally pulling away she head to her bedroom.

"Should I bring some clothes?" She thought. As if there was a light bulb popped above her head, Y/N quickly took her phone and messaged her siblings once again.

Y/N was upset that they wouldn't get to visit their relatives overseas because of the pandemic but that didn't let her down, in fact Jisoo saying that they could facetime them made her mood bright again. The young girl took out her backpack and placed her folded clothes in there, including some of her favorite hoodies and oversized clothes.

"Hey makn—woah! Why are you packing up your things? Are you going to leave us? Why Y/NN why—" Yena being a dramatic duck she is, barged in Y/N's room.

"Aniya~ I'm leaving for a family reunion this 26th, it's just for a day but I still need to bring clothes" Y/N explained then continued to pack. "What brings you here by the way?" The younger girl questioned.

"Chaewon and Hii-chan asked if you would like to join them on baking macarons" Yena bounced on her bed. "Ooh please tell them I'll be there in a while! I just need to finish packing" Y/N told which the duck nodded, waddling her way out the bunny's room.

Y/N quickly finished putting her clothes in the small backpack. Though she was hurrying, she still managed to make it clean and organize. After putting all her most used stuffs in, she placed the bag on her desk then headed out her room to join Ssambang bake.

Going out, Wonyoung bombarded her questions. "Why do you have to leave? Don't we have a comeback to work for? Can that be enough for you to prevent from leaving us, though it's just for a day, wE CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT YOU KIM Y/N!" Wonyoung whined as she cling onto the younger girl. "Actually, you all can. But Youngie, my decision is final and I badly want to see my family! Plus celebrating Christmas with them after 2 or 3 years is such an opportunity"

"Alright, for sure I'll be staring blankly at the tv for the whole day since our plans got cancelled" The older bunny pouted which made Y/N chuckle. "Silly eonni, we did not made plans on 26th yet"

"So should we make so I can say again that our plans will be cancelled?"

"That's not necessary—"

"Oh c'mon! It's the only way I could do to save myself from shame!"

"Nope! I'll go help Ssambang eonnis bake macarons, don't worry I'll make a mint choco one just for you!" Y/N spoke, heading to the kitchen leaving a pouting Wonyoung behind.

"Oppa!" Y/N exclaimed. "Y/NN~ I'm picking you up instead of Jisoo since she's doing some things for a while before we head to Eomma and Appa. You ready kid?" Jin spoke from the other line, "I was born ready!" The younger girl told as she checked herself out the mirror. "I doubt that, but anyways I'll be there in 10. See ya bunny!" Jin did his iconic wiping-the-window laugh before ending the call.

Exhaustion cannot be seen on Y/N's face despite having hectic schedules this past few weeks since they were getting ready for releasing a new song. She took a quick nap earlier though she rested for a short amount of time, it already filled up her energy since the feeling of excitement distracted her from tiredness.

Y/N placed her phone back in her coat's pocket then headed out her room, carrying her bag full of things she needed for a day. She headed to the living room, sat down couch and turned on the tv as she waited for her brother to come. "KIM Y/NN!" Nako's high-pitched voice boomed in the whole dorm, making everyone sleeping already wake up once again. "NE!" The youngest laughed before responding.

"COME HERE" Nako told which Y/N obeyed then headed to the kitchen where the short girl is. When she reached the kitchen, she got squeezed by Nako making her step back a little because of the sudden weight pushed to her. "I'm gonna miss you—I mean, we all will" Nako hugged the younger but taller girl tighter than before.

"Aww you guys, that make my heart flutter but I wan't y'all to know that I'll be gone for a day only so don't worry" Y/N reassured but Nako hugged her even more, if that's necessary, causing the bunny to squirm in her hold.

"Nako-chan, don't make Y/N leave us forever. You're gonna kill her with that bone-crushing but filled with uwu hug" Yujin deadpanned, earning a glare from the older girl. Nako let go of Y/N and quickly chased the dog away. The giant baby, headed to Hyewon when she heard her name called out by her.

"Take snacks on your way, food is life and you can't live without eating so I bought this for you. Eat all of this well! I usually don't share when I buy foods using my money but if it's you then I'm fine with it" Hyewon gave Y/N a plastic bag full of foods and beverages she can eat while traveling, they hugged each other and go to separate ways.

"Y/NN, I've made and bought souvenirs for aunt, uncle, and your other relatives. It'll serve as an advance Christmas gift from us, I hope they'll like it!" It was Sakura's turn to give her a bag containing presents. "Are there gifts for me too?" Y/N asked with her puppy eyes, the Japanese girl shook her head. "You'll get one on Christmas, kid" The older girl ruffled Y/N's hair while chuckling.

[DING!]

The doorbell rang as Y/N hurried to the door, carrying her bag along with the bags given by her members. Eunbi opened the door for the younger girl since her hands are occupied, the door swung open revealing her tall with broad shouldered brother. He bowed and greeted them, after that she helped his sister carry the things she's going to bring. Bidding Y/N's members goodbye, they left the building and entered the car.

"Are we going to pick up Seungmin oppa from their dorm?" Y/N asked her brother who was in the driver's seat, she sat at the back of him. "Nope, he told me he'll pick up Jisoo from her dorm and said that we'll meet them at the convenience store near Jisoo's dorm" Jin explained in which Y/N nodded as they drove to their destination.

"Y/NN! It's been a while since I saw my cute sister" Jisoo exclaimed as she hugged the youngest among them, Seungmin ruffled Y/N's hair and gave her a bright smile then the two sat at their seats. The siblings reunited once again, heading to their final destination, which is their home.

"I thought Jin oppa wouldn't make it, good thing he's a great convincer" Seungmin chuckled making Jin laugh from the front. "Of course I am! Who could resist with this handsome face of mine?" Jin blew a flying kiss to the rear view, earning a chuckle from all of us.

"When will we arrive there oppa?" Y/N asked, "I think we'll be there by early in the morning. You could take a rest if you guys want, don't worry about me I'm used to being awake all the time" He chuckled then focused on driving. We nodded with his statement as we relaxed our body then fell asleep.

"Wake up kiddies, we've arrived!" Jisoo's voice boomed in the car making the younger siblings flinch at the sudden noise. They yawned as they stretched their arms and limbs out, rubbing the sleepiness away they greeted the two older a good morning. "Good morning to you two~ By the way, I've texted both Appa and Eomma that we've arrived. They were obviously surprised and our plan worked pretty well" Jin told.

"Where are we?" Y/N asked in her husky voice. "We're at a grocery store nearby our street. It really has been a long time, you forgot the locations already" Jisoo giggled as Y/N shyly chuckled while scratching her nape. "Why did we stopped and not continue heading to the house?" It was Seungmin's turn to ask. "Jin decided to buy some gifts we could give for them along with my help. You two didn't noticed that we left you two alone for a while and headed in the store"

"Shall we go now?" Jin questioned. Hearing agreements from the other three, he stepped on the pedal and drove to their house.

"EOMMA! APPA!" Y/N yelled and got greeted by the two middle aged man and woman. Giving their daughter a tight hug and kiss. The three older siblings chuckled as they hugged their parents too. "Oh my, it's been a long time since we saw each other personally. You guys have grown so much now" Their mom said in teary eye as they had a group hug once again.

"Settle in, my children. Feel like home once again!" Their father spoke as he lead them inside. "Didn't expect us to visit you guys right? We're such great kids" Jin proudly spoke as his father patted his back, "You guys sure are"

"We came here to celebrate Christmas early since we'll be having hectic schedules, it's a good thing our producers gave us a day to visit you guys" Jisoo hugged her mother, placing her chin on her mother's shoulder.

"You only got a day so let's spend the remaining time making good memories while it last but first, you four should rest for a while, we know all of you are tired" Their mother spoke in a soft tone, the tone they missed hearing so much. The four nodded and headed to their once rooms and took a rest.

The sun brightly shone on Y/N's closed curtains as she heard the birds singing, already putting her in a good mood. She yawned while stretching her arms out, looking around she missed her used-to-be room. 'Brings back so many memories' She thought and smiled.

"Y/NN, are you awake now? Your aunts and uncles arrived along with your cousins already" Y/N heard her mother's voice at the other side of the door. "I will come down in a minute, eomma! I'll just myself ready" Her mother responded with an okay as her sound of footsteps faded away.

Y/N jumped up from her bed then quickly headed to the bathroom to do her routine. After checking herself out the mirror, she dashed downstairs to meet her relatives downstairs. She greeted all of them with wide smiles, "Where's halmeoni?" She asked. "Oh she's in the kitchen with your grandpa, helping your father bake" Her aunt told, she nodded and rushed to the kitchen to hug both her grandmother and grandfather she missed.

"I miss you halmeoni and grandpapa!" Y/N exclaimed and earned a loving kiss from the both of them. "How are you Y/NN? How's being an idol? I'm sure it's great!" Her grandmother asked, "It is! I had a lot of great experience along with my group mates, they taught me a lot!" Y/N flashed a bright smile, as usual. "That's good to hear, all of us will continue rooting for you same as to your siblings too!" They hugged once again.

"Okay that's enough sweet words, eomma! Let's head out and celebrate!" Y//N's father told as all of them nodded, heading their way out the house to go to their destination.

They went to a restaurant first to eat both breakfast and lunch, had a good time together talking while eating. Sharing their stories of how they are doing in this pandemic, mostly teasing each other nonstop.

Heading to their next destination, they headed to an amusement park. Riding extreme rides that they will never forget, entering haunted houses, eating foods that were being sold there, majority having a lot fun.

Going to a mall wherein Jin and his father bought all the things they want clothes, perfumes, furnitures, toys, you name it. Despite losing a great amount of money, it was worth it.

Ending their day in a park, playing with each other, enjoying the peaceful place together, it was filled with love and happiness. The cold and at the same time warm atmosphere, made their day even better.

Back at home, the four siblings distributed the gifts they brought before going there. All of them were grateful and happy for visiting and celebrating with them even though it was too early to celebrate Christmas. They told that it doesn't matter that it's not exactly Christmas, everyday is Christmas.

The four siblings spent their time the whole day with the whole family, now it was finally the time for good byes. There's always a time for farewells. Leaving the house with warm hugs and kisses, promising that they will visit again. The four left them, bringing great new memories with them for the rest of their lives.

"How was it,Y/NN?" Minju questioned. Y/N already got back from their house in Gwacheon, currently relaxing on the couch with the rest of her members.

"It was fun, as expected. I got to see all of them once again though it's for one day only" She spoke as she cuddled with Chaewon who was right beside her.

"That's it? That's all you're going to say?" Yena questioned. "As much as how I want to tell everything I want to say, I'm too tired to talk" Y/N yawned.

"Is that so? Shall we sleep now then, we need it too anyways since we still have work to do tomorrow! Good night my babies, let's hope for a great outcome of our comeback!" Chaeyeon cheered which the others nodded and headed to their rooms to finally take a rest after an exhausting day.
