"Could've been a faulty electrical wire." Pope says as they watched the last of the fire burn out. The Chateau was almost completely gone. The teens sat by the tree in silence.

"Place was all wood. A tinderbox." Kie says

"Thing just went up. Boom." Cleo mutters

"Verdict's in, bro. Whoever's up there does not like you." JJ says. Estrella turns to him with a sullen expression, "Sorry."

Estrella looked up as thunder rumbled above them. The teens moved to the dock by the Chateau.

"Sarah, when did you say the pilot was getting in?" John B asks

"Probably like an hour?" She says, "I mean, once he's here, my dad says we can leave whenever we want."

"Okay, well, as much as I would love to ghost my parents again, I can't." Pope says

"Pope, we're talking El Dorado here. Can you just slip out the back maybe?" JJ says

"Great advice." Kie nods sarcastically

"It always worked for me." JJ shrugs, "How to avoid unpleasant circumstances 101. If there's a problem, you don't wanna face it, turn that face and keister around and walk the other way."

"I'm not doing that, okay?" Pope says

JJ sighs, "I just want you to be there, dog."

"I'm gonna be there. I'll meet you at the airstrip in an hour?" Pope says looking to Estrella who nods.

"Yeah, we'll see you there." John B says

"One hour, Pope. Not a second later." JJ calls out as he and Cleo walk down the dock

"I should probably go, too." Estrella says standing, "Told my mom I'd be back last night."

"That's gonna go over well." John B says

"Yup." Estrella sighs

"I'm gonna take a stroll back to the shack. For old time's sake." JJ says, "I always wanted to go to South America. Great surf, cheap weed."

"Yeah." John B says

"See you guys on the tarmac." JJ calls out as he walks down the dock

Estrella smiles to the others and walks down the dock after JJ, "Hey, Jay, wait." The boy stops and turns as she stops beside him, "Hey. Um... Just, uh, last night, you were... you were saying something before the fire."

JJ looks away before looking at her again, "I'll tell you what. I'll tell you on the plane." Estrella scoffs playfully, "Just to make sure you get on."

"Right."

"Right." He says as he continues walking

"I'm gonna hold you to that." She says following him

JJ chuckles, "I'm sure you will."

"So glad you're not stalling."

Estrella rushes in her house and sighs as her mom stands from the couch, "Mom, I'm so sorry. I lost track of time and something happened with John B. I was gonna come back, I swear."

When her mom stays silent, Estrella frowns, "Mom?"

Estrella turns as two men walk into the house. Estrella steps back as she turns to her mom, "Mom, what's happening?"

"It's for the best, Estrella."

"What are you talking about?" Estrella says stepping back as the men take more steps forward

"This is gonna help you, mija."

"Mom, what are you talking about, I'm right here." She says as one of the men grab her arm, "No! Get off of me."

The other man grabs her other arm. Estrella then noticed the words Kitty Hawk stitched into their shirts. Estrella struggled against them as they pulled her to the door, "Mom!"

"I'm sorry, baby." Pamela says as tears fill her eyes, "It's what's best for you."

"Mom! No!" Estrella yells as the men pull her closer to the car that was parked on the street, "Mom, please don't do this."

"Stay calm." One of the men say, "We're trying to help you."

"Get off of me." She says, "Mom, please! You don't understand what you're doing."

"I love you." Pamela says, "They're gonna help you."

"Mom! No!" She yells as she pulled away from the men. She groans as they pull her forward again. One of the men open the back door before they force her in. As she sits up, the men slam the door.

She pulls at the handle sighing when she discovers it was locked. She bangs on the window, "Mom! Please!" She hits the window again as the car starts to move, "No! Mom!"

Pamela watches as Estrella hits the window again. When the car is out of sight, the woman sits on the steps finally letting her cries consume her.

"Dude, where is everybody?" JJ says throwing his bag on the tarmac

"I don't know." John B says

"We should get in the Twinkie, and we should just get 'em.

"Just give 'em five minutes, all right?"

"Guys, there's Pope and Cleo. Right there." Sarah says as the two turn the corner on a motorcycle

"God!" JJ says as they stop in front of them

"Were you guys waiting for us?" Cleo says

"Yes, we were. You're late." JJ sighs, "Did you actually convince your pops this time or..."

"Cleo convinced him." Pope points as he hops off of the bike

"My girl. That's what I'm talking about." JJ says, "I thank you for being a part of thy crew."

"Anytime." Cleo says

"Hey, where's, uh... where's Estrella?" Pope asks

"And Kiara?" Charlotte asks

"I don't know." Sarah says, "It's gotta be their parents, dude. They've been up their asses."

"They must've said they couldn't come." Pope says, "We're gonna have to do this without them."

"No." JJ says, "Give me the keys."

"No, dude. No, no, no, no, no." John B says

"Gimme the keys."

"It doesn't seem like a good idea now, JJ."

"Look. Estrella's mom already hates me. All right? Just give me an hour." He says as John B sighs, "It'll be like a black ops mission, in and out."

"You gotta be..."

"Surgical removal type shit. Plus..." He says before he pauses, "I kind of owe her." John B's eyes fill with realization as JJ holds his hand out, "Gimme the keys."

"Oh."

"Stop making that face and gimme the keys."

John B smiles, "Okay. Well, yeah, you owe her, right? You owe her. I get it. I just appreciate the honesty. Okay? Hurry back."

"Hurry. Hurry." Sarah says as John B hands JJ the keys

"I'm coming with you." Charlotte says before walking over to the passenger side of the Twinkie

"She's coming with." JJ nods, "Just give us an hour."

JJ turns and runs toward the Twinkie.

"No, no. Don't, don't. No." John B says as JJ jumps through the window

"Hello?" Charlotte says as she opens the door

"That door opens, bro." Pope says. Charlotte sighs as she sits in her seat. JJ fixes himself before starting the Twinkie

"Feather, feather, feather the throttle, you know?" John B says, "You got 59 minutes, JJ."
