Valeria was raised in a very wealthy family, that type of old rich family. they have always been a very wealthy family. They lived in Mexico, then Spain before they moved to New York when she was 12, and that's when she met the others at the school. The one and only school. She dated Max eventually, but sadly that ended abruptly when there were rumors that she was sleeping with an older man. But that wasn't the case at all, she would much rather have people think she was seeing him than the actual sad truth of it all. Eventually, she told her parents about what was happening, and they immediately shipped her off to Mexico with her grandparents. She returns about a week or two after school starts.

RUMOR: The rumor began to spread when some of the girls saw Valeria leaving a hotel with some man. They had taken a photo and it spread like wildfire. The reality is, when Val was fifteen, she had gotten very drunk and high when this man took advantage of her. Later on, he started to threaten her and threaten to expose her to her family, even if Val wasn't at fault for what happened to her. She feared how her family would react to it, and continued to see this man. Up until those rumors spread, she was able to tell her parents. Which prompted them to send her to Mexico for half a year, while they dealt with the man in question.
