This is my entry for DianeDesigns 's Red Moon: Graphic Contests. The prompt was to design an icon/cover/banner using any of the 4 images provided by the author.

I made an icon using the image given in the header. It my first try at an icon (omgg i-) and I am so obsessed with neons lately. Lol.
