ACE (Jeff X Reader) ~The Death Card

"The fuck?" 

"Look, just come over, okay? I really need your help." 

"This has something to do with the girl, doesn't it?" The voice concluded with an uneasy tone in his voice.

"Shut up and just come over." Jeff snapped at the phone.

Sighing in frustration, he glanced at the girl to see her still sleeping. He had to make good food for the girl. In order for her to live properly and get rid of that sickness. He rised up slowly from the bed, but as he did so, the bed let out a soft 'creeeeak' which made Jeff wince.

He merely glanced at the girl, to see her still asleep and sighed. He continued to make his way quietly out of the room and down the hallway. He reached the living room where all the walls were white except for the few stains of a victim's handprint that was printed with the color of blood.

He slowly continued to creep down the hallway until he stopped and turned around to face one locked door. It was dark brown, and it's doorknob was shiny gold. Turning around to both ways, he made sure nobody was looking before he slowly reached out and pulled out a set of keys, dangling softly as he swayed them out of his pocket.

His eyes quickly scanned each key before picking out the light silver rusty key before rumaging the key through the keyhole. He struggled with it for a bit before the door let out a 'click,' and the door creaked open. Looking both aways for any signs of anybody watching him, he slowly disappeared inside the dark room, closing the door behind him as well.

The girl had slept for a while until she had a nightmare. It left her paralyzed enough to cling onto a murderous serial killer that was her friend for a few moments. She had dreamnt of seeing Jeff slowly turn insane. She watched horrifyingly as Jeff took a knife and cut his eyelids and carved a deep smile in his mouth. 

The blood was everywhere. She dreamnt the horrified faces of Jeff's parents and Liu. How all they were brutally killed. She'd tried so hard to stop Jeff, but she couldn't. Even if she tried to move forward, it was as if chains were pulling her, stopping her from moving any farther.

 Eventually she had almost fell asleep, as she began to feel nauseous and hot. She had almost drifted off to sleep if it weren't for Jeff touching her hand. She shuddered, but pretended to be asleep. She felt a jittery feeling as Jeff slowly slided his finger against hers and slowly rubbed his finger against hers.

She admitted, it did felt good, and soon, the girl had drifted off to sleep. Not long before the girl had fallen asleep, she heard a strange sound. Thinking that it was just her dream, she continued to sleep before the same sound began to rouse her out of her sleep. Her foggy vision made it hard to see before she rubbed them and stared at the window. She noticed that there was a dark huddled figure in front of the window. It was knocking on the glass.

And looking straight at her.

Startled, the girl scooted back to the end of the bed before the huddled figure tilted it's head at her and knocked on the glass again. The girl squinted her eyes at the window and realized that the dark huddled figure was none other than the eyeless male, EJ.

The girl slowly dropped her feet down on the floor and walked towards the window cautiously. She pressed her hands against the cold glass and stared at EJ. Her eyes traced the shape of his mask, the black empty eyeholes and the black goo drizzling down the side of his mask.

The dark figure knocked on the glass again, awakening the girl from her thoughts. 

"Oh right," she murmured. She unlocked the window without hesitation and watched as EJ let himself in welcomingly. She took a few steps back to let the male stretch. 

"W-Why are you here?" She hesitantly asked the male.

The male paused his stretching before glancing at the girl. "Jeff called me." He stated. "Said he needed to make food."

The girl felt if EJ had eyes, he would be narrowing his eyes at her right now. The girl felt uneasy as he continued to stare at her with his empty black sockets before he quietly took paces that brought him in front of the girl. 

He extended out his one gloved hand out. The girl stared at his empty palm, as if she owed him something. 

"Kidneys?" The male asked, extending his hand out towards the girl even further. 

Narrowing her eyes, the girl slapped his hand away gently. "No." She refused strongly. 

The male let out a long sigh, before keeping his hand away behind his back. "You're stubborn." He complained. 

The girl sighed along as well, sitting herself on the bed as the male watched her every movement carefully. "Do you actually know how to make food?" She inquired curiously towards the male, tilting her head. "You eat.." She hesitated for a few moments before continuing slowly and awkwardly. "Human organs.." She finished.

The male shrugged as if he had taken no offense in her words. "I don't eat organs everytime." He said. "It's only when I crave it. Animal instincts." 

The word 'animal' caught the girl's attention, making her directly look up at him. "Animal?" She repeated. 

"Animal." The male repeated after her, as if he had answered her question. "Humans don't eat humans, do they? Only animals do." With a more quieter voice, he added. "I'm not human anymore."

The girl felt a hint of sympathy pang inside her heart. She wanted to move and comfort him, but she did not guarentee the safety of herself. What the male was saying was true, she thought. She was about to press the male for more answers about himself but she was cut short as the door slowly creaked open.

Instinctively, both EJ and the girl looked at the open door before a white hooded figure popped inside. The girl noticed that the white hooded figure, which was Jeff, had a surprised look on when he saw the girl already up, and EJ near the window. 

"You're here already?" He asked. 

EJ scoffed. "Yeah, what did you expect?" 

Jeff let out a little smirk before glancing at the girl then back at EJ again. "Then let's get started."
