starting out minimal, this is a playlist cover i whipped up in 10mins for a playlist for my wife B)

i tested out a different art style after being inspired by charlie spring (who is also my spirit animal)

meet jin and sam!!
i drew some concept art of them! these situations will not be happening in the webtoon, and they were purely for fun.

this one was just a quick illustration, and I also did the lineart with my FINGER and it was a little under an hour :'D

and i've been working on deciding more about their personalities:

Jin (^this guy) is the main MAIN character. the story will be a slice of life \ romance \ drama !! its not just about jin and sam lol. it might start revolving around them more if and when they start dating or something, but for a lot of the webtoon its gonna be all about this guy.

also! the whole webtoon idea was inspired by a comic i made on a whim about these two characters. i hadn't even developed any of their personality and was just making a short comic about them. well....short as in 40 pages long. but keep in mind it was in meme ish quality(look below for an example) and i won't be posting it on here because its so long XD

but thanks to that comic i am now in the process of making a webtoon! I still have to do a lot before I can post it, but I'm pretty excited. I have a lot of the story planned out, actually! and I decided to make a webtoon(even though i'm still in hs) to practice more! i'm sure it'll help me improve a ton. I also plan to make graphic novels\webtoons as a living when i'm older, so might as well start practicing before i get to the point where it has to be official and me being paid for it and stuff.

I think that's the most I've ever written in an art book chapter before, wowza. sorry for all the ranting about my webtoon i'm just really excited >o<
also, oh my gosh, I just realized that there's three headshots of cloudy in this chapter in all different art styles. well you'll never see cloudy again, thank goodness because I now have jin and sam \hj
