   𝕴𝖙'𝖘 𝖇𝖊𝖊𝖓 𝖆 𝖉𝖆𝖞, another day on this dry land,... You've been traveling for a long time but you of course looked around in small awe of the outside world, your dark fur hidden underneath your cloak has small sand in it now..

   You finally stopped. Your poor tired oh feet (paws?) ache slightly with pain of the hard rocks and land you've stepped on. Your hood drapes down as you shake yourself like a dog! 

    Listening and feeling all that sand coming out. After you did you put the hood back on, then continued walking again.

"How till I make it to the star–?"

   Your ear twitches hearing clicking of hooves? And a sound of squeaky old-wooden wheels of a wagon.

   There was someone coming...... 

   You paced around to look for a place to hide. Of course there's no where to hide! It's a plain desert! But there was some big boulders, so you quickly hid behind a boulder.

   You slowly peek behind it to see who is coming.

"C'mon Kitty! Let me just hold the map for a second?"

"Nah-uh, I don't trust you more than a second."

"Is your word of your day 'trust'?"

   Laughter erupted of whoever said the last sentence, then a grunt of pain next (the person hit them or wack them). You curiosity peek more to see two cats—one orange with a hat and cape, the other is a black one with white patches. Then a dog, who steers the horse and holds the rope somehow?

   You leaned too far out that you stumble down.

"Oof!..."

   You face plant on the ground....

   The three stop what they're doing to see the noise, then they see you still on the ground. 

"What the-"

"You! Who are you and what are you doing?"

   You look up to see the black one pointing her sword at you, with a threatening glare. You panicked and got up.

"I-Uhmm... I fell."

   You dumbly said. 

   The two cats raise a brow at this, looking at each other till one of them pushes their sword closer to your direction.

"State your name now."

".... Y/n."

"And what are you doing here?"

"I'm in a search for something far over there, over the horizons."

   You point over the canyons, the hills, and the land. 

"What exactly were you doing behind that boulder? Trying to ambush us!"

"No?.... You guys startled me."

   You tried your best to lie. Not your strongest suit sometimes. The orange cat glanced between you and the cat, he tried to trace any weapon on you. 

"I think you're lying. No one is that dumb to hide behind a boulder when they're startled."

"Really? What do you do when you get startled?"

   You tilt your head. Gosh you were so clueless. 

   Both the cats paused at the question, looking at each other with 'are they for real?' faces.

"N-Nothing just what are you looking for?"

"That's a secret. But if you guys please give me a ride to it, I'll pay you in return."

"Which is?"

   You started thinking. Scratching underneath your chin you perk with a thought. 

   You showed your hand, with a twirl of it sparkles of star dust glows from your palms. 

"I heard from the outside world that star dust is very rare and expensive, I'm sure that this will please you?"

   Both the cats eyes widens. Soon you saw greedy pupils in this cat eyes, you almost wanted to smirk but didn't for it might lose these strangers trust.

   One shakes their head and sighs.

"Puss. A talk now."

   Puss—the orange cat nods. Both of them turn around and mumbled, whispering to each other about this deal you offered. You tried to listen but their sharp voices kinda hurt your ears. 

   The black cat turns around and puts her paw on her hip.

"Fine. Deal. If we drop you off at your destination, we get the star dust."

"Deal."

   You softly smiled. You walk up to their wagon and look around where to sit.

"Where shall I sit?"

"Oh sit next to perrito. At the front."

   You 'hi' made you turn to see a smiling chihuahua wearing a sweater. You shuffle next to him and look down at the small dog. 

   He had big eyes, ragged fur and like you first saw he was wearing a torn out sweater. His grinning face made you feel safe already..

"Hello! Wow you're so tall!"

"Thanks."

   You smiled at the compliments, you always heard compliments from Death and they can be flattering but from someone else that isn't him.... It was nice.

"So where to?"

"Oh I feel like my direction is where you guys are going."

"Really? Cool! Also what animal are you?"

"A wolf."

"Nice!"

   Your tail slightly wags. The two cats both look at the dogs talking in the front. Seeing how they happily talked with one another. 

   Puss looks at Kitty—the black cat who is also known as Kittysoftpaws. 

"Stop giving me that look."

"That big dog is suspicious. They act like they don't know everything!"

"Hey it's fine. As a hero I should always help a one in need."

   Puss heroically smiles. Kitty just chuckles and grips on the map tighter feeling his paws trynna take it.

"That's nice hero but if they end up being bad? It's on you if we lose that map."

   Her smile turned into a frown quickly, her paws clutching the map as Puss growls at her, his strength wasn't enough to pull it away.

   You heard all of that. 

   You sweat drop at Kitty's trust issues. Wondering if this is how mortals act like. The other mortals that are far from the village that you visit. 

   Your poor brain didn't know that staying far away in a house, all alone from civilization has affected you a lot. Because you forgot how to not trust strangers suddenly.

   But you had a feeling that soon you all with be friends! How nice....

"I never gotten your names."

   You turn your head at the two cats.

   Puss and her both look at each other again.

"Puss in boots, a legend for all, must've heard of me once or twice."

"Hmm... No, you do sound familiar though."

   Puss hunches at those words. Someone who never heard of him? His ego was hurt.

"Kitty Softpaws."

"Strange name."

   Kitty scoffs and shows her puffed soft paws.

"I can steal anything from without you noticing. If you pull any tricks on us I won't hesitate to puñalada you."

   Even though her words were threatening you didn't bother as you nod with a dumbfounded look.

"Alright."

   You faced forward again. With wonder how this group will be like as you guys adventure off further.

   How you grew nervous too about Death. You hope your disappearance doesn't anger him too much..

   How awful. That you don't know the trouble you already caused them just by talking to them soon....
