I slowly open my eyes. I was standing in the middle of the cave. My hands were tied in golden chains suspended above my head. I look around. Arathia was nowhere in sight. I shake the chains. I feel pain in my chest. She completely tore it open. 

"I wouldn't try to move if I were you." She said.

I turn.  I see her golden face. Her eyes were hollow and black just like everything about her. Her tentacle moved around my body. It was larger now as everything was.

"What do you want with me?" I ask.

"Nothing yet. You're the bait." She smiled. 

"I should've killed you when I had the chance." I say.

She slashes my arm fast. I wince. Her claws were huge and covered in golden scales. 

"You shouldn't have killed me last son." She said.

"All your children are monsters! It would've killed thousands if I didn't kill him." I yell.

She dived back into the ocean.

"Come now we have guests coming. We must look our best." Her voice echoed. 

She splashed me with salty water. They stung in my wounds. I then hear voices. 

"Tifa." I mutter.

No. They should not have come. She will kill them. 

"Cloud!" Tifa yelled.

"Get back!" I yell,

"Cloud you're alive!" Aerith said.

"Good to see you in one piece." Barret said.

"What the hell are you guys doing?!" I yell.

"Rescuing you." Jessie said.

"Welcome guests." Arathia came out of the water in her full form.
