~Meliodas and his Demon

I slash down at her leg with such a speed and force it took her a couple of seconds to comprehend what was happening. Her eyes widen with understanding and she shrieks in pain. Her hands go back to normal and she clutches her new gashing wound. My frown twitches into and smirk. I stand there waiting for her to compose herself. I yawn and cover my mouth with my free hand.

"You done yet? I said this would only take me 5 mins." I frown and glare. "So get up. I have somewhere I need to be."

With trembling hands she lifts her hands and ignites them once again; making the room to be glowing with light. She snaps her head to the ceiling and takes a deep breath. She exhales and looks back at me. She smiles at me.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, but you caught me off-guard. It won't happen again." She says with such a cocky voice and it disgusts me.

'Where the hell are the sins?!'

'And this is why you need me, because I don't see them here to help you.'

I stand my ground waiting for her to make a move, but she just stands there.

'That's true. They just just be on dates or something.'

I growl at her clearly annoyed.

'But I got this'

I feel my demon smirk.

'Nah we got this'

I smirk also and spring towards the "Elizabeth wanna be." I shoot my foot forward and it connects with her torso. She flies through the wall and falls outside. Her body hits the ground and she grunts in pain. She jumps to her feet and shoots and beam at me, but I easily dodge. It hits the tree that was behind me and it glows with white. I turn my head to the glowing tree of white. When it's done glowing it's just a pile of ash. I turn my back head to her.

"What did that tree ever do to you? That tree had like another 500 years ahead of it, and you destroyed it." I pout she looks at me with a 'are you kidding me' face with a arched eyebrow.

'Damn..........woman cold.'

'.................yup.'

I shoot forward and charge right into her with my sword, in a matter of seconds my sword goes through her arm, but she smirks. I look at her in shock and she kicks me back. I fly back and land on my feet. Her injuries slowly heal and the cuts on her arm and leg close up like nothing ever happened. I stare at her with my mouth agape.

'Jeez your dumb.........'

She smirks at my confusion.

'Why do you say that?!'

'Ummmmm sorry to burst your bubble, but she's in the form of Elizabeth.'

Elizabeth looks at me thinking I'm not just a demon, but stupid.

'..............and?'

'Damn it Meliodas! She's an Apostle Goddess! Which means she can heal anything!'

I look at her and give her an expressionless face.

'..........oh yeah. Sooooooooooooo........'

My demon sighs.

'Soooooooooooo we use a demon tactic that will only knock her out. That'll give-'

'-Us enough time to beat her and then her taking us where we need to go.'

He chuckles.

'Exactly. So hop to it.'

"Vanish," I speak softly and my sword disappears from sight. She looks at me in confusion and laughs.

"You dumbass! You need that sword to defeat me." She chuckles with amusement on her face.

I smirk and look down; my eyes covered by my bangs.

"Do I?" I whisper. Closing my eyes, I bring my head up and straighten my spine. Bringing myself to perfect posture.

"I don't need that to fight for the one I love." My eyes are slowly shown and I smile with a determination.

"I will always fight for her with or without a weapon! I would give my life for her, so she can live on! Because that's what it means to love someone!" I embrace my anger and take it gratefully like a gift.

"Time to say 'Goodnight'." She widens her eyes at the sound and tries to fly away but the exhaustion takes over and she falls to the ground. I speed up and swiftly jump and catch her in my arms. She moans in her sleep, and I wish it could just be the real Elizabeth.

'But she's not.............'

And for the first time I think my demon agrees with me, for he stays silent.

I lay her softly on the ground and wait.

'She should wake up in like a minute or so.'

I look around the area and see it should be around 1pm now. Wind softly flows through the air ruffling my already wind blown hair and 'Elizabeth's' also. The scent of smoke wood and sweet scented flowers fill my nostrils. I sigh and look down at her to see her wide open eyes.

"The.........." she whispers so softly I don't hear her.

"What?" I say.

She glows white and when the light dies down it shows a dark hazel colored girl. With a sun yellow glowing eye, while the other is covered with long wavy brown bangs. Her wavy hair is tied in a bun while long strands frame her face. She wears a short velvet mini skirt with long white knee socks. And she wears a black and royal purple jacket and black with white outline flats.

(So that's not exactly the same, but let's ~I~M~A~G~I~N~E~)
"I said 'The mountains' that's your answer. Last I checked she was in the forest but he, Hendrickson, must've moved." She softly smiles.

I look at her with creased eyebrows.

"And how do you know that?" I question.

She smiles with like a knowledge I would ask that.

"I can hear them."

I open my mouth to ask how and she holds up her hand. Stoping me.

"Because I'm a werewolf, and well we have super hearing." She nervously says, while putting a strand of hair behind her ear.

I chuckle.

"It's alright. For Mavis(Fairy Tail reference!) sake I'm a demon! So you don't have to be embarrassed." I say.

"So what's your name anyway?" I ask and she half smiles.

"Yukino."

I nod and turn towards the mountains.

"Well Yukino. Time to get my Elizabeth back."
