As FogWhisper pressed the poultice on Rains hind paw he winced, his ears flicking back. "Try not to move to much." FogWhisper meowed, while focusing intently on his work.
"What were you even thinking?? Fighting off a WOLF!?" He meowed, his tail flicking on slight irritation. Rain took a shaky breath, his eyes drifting up towards the moonlit clearing. He didn't know if he should tell him about the...'dreams'... Yet.
Rain knew he would have to soon, they were getting out of hand, and they weren't dreams. They were real, they had to be! He blinked, before looking back towards FogWhisper. "Its those visions, i am not the kind of cat to go fighting off a wolf alone while my mate has kits. Let alone winning!"
FogWhisper turned his head and blinked, as if taking his words into consideration before speaking. "As much as I'd like to tell you that it isn't, I find it concerning that your dreams are your excuses for your actions."
Rain felt a snarl rise in his throat, but he pushed it down. "They aren't dreams! I don't know what they are but they aren't dreams! So it's not an excuse, I'm telling you the truth!"
FogWhisper's ears twitched impatiently, "Either way it's dangerous, do you not realize that!? You see the same cat in two dreams and all of a sudden it's... Controlling you or something!"
"You don't have the right to mock what I know! I've seen it, I know what it is! You are a medicine cat, shouldn't you know what this is!? Shouldn't you know whether it's just a dream or not!?" Rain let the snarl rise in his throat this time, anger flaring up inside him. How could FogWhisper be so cruel!? He doesn't even try to listen!
"Just because I am a medicine cat doesn't mean I can tell you everything! But I have enough knowledge to realize how dangerous this is! You could kill a cat for fun and say it was those dreams!!" FogWhisper said, his voice seemingly controlled, but his eyes portraying a mix of anger and worry.
"I would never, you flea-brain! Your only upset because you can't figure it out! you couldn't even save your own littermate, PolarHeart!" Rain snapped, before shutting his maw and realizing what he had said. Immediately a pang of regret flashed throughout him, PolarHeart was FogWhisper's not only sister, but best friend. She had fallen into the frozen lake last leafbare, and FogWhisper did everything he could to save her, but failed.
FogWhisper's eyes flashed with hurt, and Rain could see his chest heaving. "You are an evil cat, Rain. You should have never been taken to the clans!" With that, he whirled around and padded out of the den.
Rain sighed in frustration and regret, laying his head down as he tried to drift off to sleep.

As he woke up, he realized that he hadn't dreamed last night, and dug his claws in the moss. His paws ached and his ears where pinned back, he had remembered last night's events and felt horrible for them. He hoped to see FogWhisper, but the only cat who came in now was Morningpaw, his apprentice.
He let out a sigh, these dreams had taken over and ruined everything! All he wanted to do was be happy with his new kits and mste and clan! Why is this cat torturing me!? He growled and buried his face into his paw wich were placed one on top of the other Infront of him. No Rain, you chose to speak those words to FogWhisper.
With a mumble to himself he tried to ignore the sound of the clearing. Cats where busy with duties, assigning patrols, and other things. When he looked up he noticed Ripplekit padding in, his eyes filled with anger. "What did you say about FogWhisper's brother!?" He growled, claws unsheathing.
"Oh what, you bugged him until he told you about it?" Rain growled in annoyance, not wanting to put up with Ripplekit's antics.
"No! I'm not some mouse-brain like the others you know! I was listening in on you both. You don't have the right to bring up his sibling, when your own sibling winter is probably dead because you chose to leave instead of stay with him!" Ripplekit hissed. Rain lifted his head and pinned his ears back, his eyes narrowing "you have no business speaking about winter!"
"And you have no business speaking about PolarHeart!"Β Ripplekit snarled, his tail swaying back and forth in rage.
"I know, I don't know why i said it!" Rain meowed in distress, his claws sinking weakly into the soil beneath.
"Well I don't care! If I ever hear you disrespect FogWhisper, or his kin, I'll claw your face off!" Ripplekit hissed before running out of the den.
Rain pinned his ears back and sighed, he couldn't be mad, but he also wanted to be. With a few blinks he closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.
