When rain and BatFlame finally reached camp, rain sighed. He watched BatFlame turn away and pad off towards the direction of one of the other warriors, ignoring the earlier conversation.

He shook his head, and looked around for a moment trying to spot FogWhisper, just in case he was out of his den.

He didn't spot him, and for a moment, he wondered if he should even try to talk to him about his dreams or.. visions..or whatever they are!

After pondering for a moment he walked forward quietly to the medicine den. He peered in over the cold moss and vine covered stones, to see FogWhisper assorting herbs.

He stared for a moment, preparing to go talk to him before he heard FogWhisper murmur deeply "quit peeking rain, and come see me."

Amused, rain stood straight and padded forward into the den, and sat down, steadily wrapping his tail around his paws. "What do you need?" FogWhisper meowed gruffly as he turned around, some type of herb in his maw.

"Advice. Or help." Rain said, flicking his tail slightly, anxiousness crawling up his fur.

"I thought you'd be hurt. I'm not a starclan cat." FogWhisper stated simply, rain didn't respond, ready to leave in embarrassment. "What is it?" FogWhisper meowed, still focusing on the herbs.

A sigh of relief came from rain, and he nodded, staying quiet before finally speaking up. "Well I've been having these dreams..or.. visions, and they aren't normal. They are so real feeling.. I don't know what-"

FogWhisper turned to look at him, interest seeping in his gaze. "What are these dreams or visions about?"

Rain flicked his tail a bit more, "well, I had the first one a couple of moons ago. I woke up in this... This black field that started enclosing with trees into a path. And an eagle or hawk or owlย  or some beastly winged animal was chasing me! Then some tree fell, but that's not important."

FogWhisper looked intrigued now, his ears perked slightly. "Then some type of red moon started rising, and it was very bright but also still dark! And a cat with shadowy black fur and menacing red glowing eyes came over and said he'd been waiting for me!"

FogWhisper grumbled slightly, and rain prodded his paws in embarrassment and disappointment. Then looked up, and meowed louder trying to get his interest back. "That's not all!! Today while hunting I was so close to catching a mouse, and then suddenly a black and red blur knocked me over! But there was no other cat there, and when I looked, the mouse had bite marks in it. Cat bite marks!"

FogWhisper pricked his ears ever so slightly, listening with not as much intent, but intent. "And then I was trying to leave and the cat pounced on me and everything went dark and I was back at that place with the cliff! And I told the cat to leave me alone, and it said it couldn't because it was apart of me! I don't even know that cat what does that mean!?"

FogWhisper turned to his herbs "listen, rain, I see your concerns but this sounds like a little kits nightmares. I mean seriously! Red eyes? Fur as dark as the night? I think you've been sneaking herbs in your sleep and eating one to many!"

Rain blinked, slightly surprised "They seem so...real?"

"They can't be. There just dreams. You are no leader, medicine cat, or prophesier."

Rain sighed, and looked down at his paws, wondering why can't he just listen for once?? He stood up and shook his flank, a bit of worry in his meow that he tried to hide.

"Thanks, FogWhisper." He meowed simply before turning and walking out of the den. He immediately trotted over to the nursery and greeted SorrowedSky, brushing his flank against hers.

"SorrowedSky! How do you feel!?" He meowed in excitement, his purrs becoming increasingly loud.

"Your like a reckless kit! But I have been feeling great, FogWhisper says that these kits will be here this moon!" SorrowedSky's tail flicked excitedly. "I'm so happy we are having kits! Your going to be a wonderful father."

Rain purred as he felt SorrowedSky press her muzzle against his chest. "And you'll be a wonderful mother." He closed his eyes, savoring the moment like it was fresh prey before peeking up, "now let's get you back to the nursery, come on." He flicked his tail walking by her side as he led her into the nursery and groomed her fur.

The sun began to get dimmer, but to rains surprise everything didn't get dark, instead it was the beautiful sunset. He yawned, sat by SorrowedSky as she fell asleep staring at the horizon.
