The girl stepped off her porch, her brown eyes squinting against the sun.

She had just been playing an excessive amount of video games before her friend texted her telling her to "come to her house and bring candy"...

She adjusted her backpack and started walking. luckily, her friends house was down the street, so she didn't have to walk far.

She let her mind wander as she walked.

She thought about the small bag of goodies in her bag for her friend.

She had found some bones at a thrift store and immidiately bought it for her.

The girl smiled to herself and ran the rest of the way to her friends house.
