—Y/N'S POV—

—MY 'BOYFRIEND' and my 'friend' Maria, stayed engaged in a long kiss as they don't even realize me standing there watching the two of them.

"Y/N?!"

Tyler frantically pulled away from the kiss once he heard my name in the crowd. Removing his hand from around her waist. "Yo.. get the fuck off me."

But he was too late.

I saw, I saw everything.

I was in shock but I could feel all the emotion coming at me.

Tyler turned to his left, to be meet with my gaze looking back at him. Maria looked back at me as well, her face dropping.

"[Y/N]..It's not what it looks like—" Maria stammered, trying to explain herself.

"You know what, Maria? Why don't you shut the hell up, because it is what it looks like, what's is there to explain?" I snapped, turning my head to Maria.

"I—"

"I don't wanna to hear it!" I snapped, Tyler's distressed expression plastered across his face is the first thing I notice when I turn my eyes back to him.

I felt the tears ready to stream down my cheeks but I compress it because I didn't want to show him my weakness. Aniya walked up from behind me, being faced with Maria's hands on Tyler's chest.

She looked visibly confused at the sight. Maria quickly removed her hands from his chest and looked back at him. "..[Y/N] let me explain—she kissed me." Tyler expressed, trying to convince me that he was right.

"And you kissed her back! You only stopped once you heard my name, if it wasn't for Aniya you would've still been kissing her." I shouted.

Knowing that I was proving my point, a small glimpse of annoyance filled his face. "Oh come onn, you makin' this into a big deal. It's not that serious, it's just a kiss." Tyler says, brushing me off, knowing that I was speaking facts.

"Just a kiss?! Are you fucking serious Tyler?!" I shouted out once again, I was getting tired of his bullshit. "[Y/N], calm the fuck down." He voiced. "Don't tell me to calm down!"

I snapped, I began to push him away, I couldn't believe this! He had the nerve to say something like this to me so nonchalantly?? I could feel the anger boiling over and the sadness washing over me.

" Are you done, [Y/N]?— "

"No! Are you serious? You get mad at me for talking to a boy and turn around and do this?? I can't believe you! You never cared about me at all. You acted like I was just some bitch off the street. And you always tried to make everything my fault. Fuck you Tyler."

Angry tears filled my eyes as I continued to push him away. My heart was pounding loudly and it felt like things around me were spinning.

He rolled his eyes at me, getting annoyed by the second. I didn't understand how he didn't even care about what I was saying or what I was feeling at all.. Is this really the boy I decided to date?.

All the memories of us being together vanished in that moment. I felt complete heartbroken and felt that he had broken my trust.

I looked back into his eyes with mine blurry with tears, I could feel the way he was looking at me.

It felt as if he was looking at me in a way that meant he was judging me, his eyes felt unsettling on me, I couldn't take it anymore.

Aniya looked at me with eyes of concern and worry. She placed her arm around me in a comforting way to try and calm me down.

Tyler continued to stare me down as I cried my tears of sorrows. Maria looked down at the ground in guilt knowing she just lost a friend by doing this.

Aniya glared at the duo in fiery but she didn't do anything to keep comfort in me.

She tried walking away with me to bring me somewhere else but before she could, I looked back at my 'boyfriend' and saw him rolling his eyes once again.

" We're done. " I spat out.

Aniya toke me away from Maria and Tyler, keeping me close to her. I couldn't stand the sight of their faces anymore and just wanted to leave.

My mind darted between the two events that occurred this night. I felt uncomfortable and the thing that was not helping was me still being in the middle of this party.

"Can we please go outside? I can't stand being here any longer." I mumbled through my sobs of tears.

"Yeah of course, [Y/N]." Aniya replied, grabbing onto my hand and guiding me through the house party. I got stuck into my thoughts once again.

I just couldn't understand. Why are boys like this? My feelings and thoughts were confusing and messy.

"Are you okay, [Y/N]?" Aniya asked with concern, pulling me out of my thoughts. I soon realized we were already standing outside of the house. She knew that I wasn't okay but still wanted to comfort me.

Her asking that made me want to cry even more. I felt the cold breeze on my skin and the sounds the winds made.

"No." I sniffed, my word came out as a mumble but she could still hear it. Aniya walked up to me and gave me a tight hug. The tears came down fast, and started to flow down my cheeks.

"I just don't know what to do anymore." I choked on my tears, I felt the lump in my throat forming so I held onto her tighter. "It's gonna be okay, [Y/N]." She whispered as she gently patted my shoulder.

"I couldn't imagine what I could've done without you, Aniya." I wept, she pulled away from the hug and held on to my shoulders looking me deep in the eye.

"Of course, [Y/N]. I will be here for you and about Tyler? He doesn't deserve you. You should find someone who would appreciate you."

I nodded as I wiped my tears from my face. I gave her a half smile and she smiled back, she always knew how to comfort me and make me feel better.

"Do you wanna go drive around? Maybe that could help him get off of your mind?"

"Yeah, sure." I mumbled a bit, she nodded and began to walk off as I followed her to her car. We eventually make it to her car and Aniya takes the key from her pockets and unlocks the car door.

I walk over to the passenger side of the car into the passenger seat, as while Aniya hopped in the driver seat. She starts the car before turning the radio on and connects her phone to Bluetooth.

Aniya begins driving for a while and the beginning of the car ride was silent. I didn't want to try talking after what I just witnessed so I kept my head rested on my hand.

She understood that I did not want to talk about it anymore so she just left it alone. I was still shaken up by what happened that night but I just chose to not say anything.

The music played quietly in the background as Aniya hummed along. She continued before taking a glance back at me.

"You hungry?" She asked.

I grinned widely at thought of getting something to eat, especially cause I was hungry asf. All this crying made my stomach empty.

"Girl yes, I'm hungry asfff."

"[Y/N] what happened to you? You were just crying bout homeboy." Aniya raised an eyebrow at my sudden mood swing.

"Food solves all my problems." I say in response, a hint of sadness washes over me and my heart starts to ache as I remember him and maria but I don't try to show Aniya this.

Aniya chuckled at the comment and turned the volume up in car as she continued to drive through the busy city. She rolled down the windows and began to sing along to the sound that was playing.

We played a mix of Drake, Summer walker, SZA, Jhené Aiko, and Brent Faiyaz in the car.

"What do you think we should get to eat?" She asked as she toke another glance black at me.

"Hmm.. I don't really know. Not a lot of places are open right now so.. but I could check if something is open right now." I replied, grabbing my phone from out of my purse.

" Search up 'open food near me.' "

" Alright. " I unlock my phone and began to search up, finding mostly closed places since it was 12:00 in the morning. But after searching for a while I found that wingstop was open.

"Wingstop?"

"Yeah."

We eventually pull up to the front of the restaurant and get out of the car before locking it. We walk up to door and walk in to be meet with no customers in.

Aniya turns to me and asks. "You already know what you're gonna get?"

"Yuppp. Boutta get me a sprite with buffalo wings and fries."

"Alrighttt. Imma get me a coke with lemon pepper wings.

A LIL TIMESKIP.

Eventually we both order our food and get it ready. I bring the food and drinks out to the car and settle in before placing drink in the cup holder and the food onto my lap. The smell of the appetizing food filled the car, making my stomach growl.

" Girlll I'm so hungry I could eat this all right now. I don't careee." I say as I began to open the bag of food. I grab one of the boxes and pass it to Aniya.

"I think this one is yours but check to make sure."

"Alright." Aniya replied as she began to open the box making sure that it was hers. I grab mine from the bottom of the bag and place the bag on the floor of the car.

We both open our boxs of food and we both began to eat the food. We spent our time in the car eating and talking about everything and anything. I spent time ranting to her about how I felt about the whole situation that happened tonight.
