Okay, so, abortion. Killing the baby inside the mothers womb before it is born. I find it utterly disgusting that someone would kill their own baby. I mean, THINK about it! Someone cutting open the womb, and killing a not-born baby by cutting off one of their limbs or something. And if they make it anyway, they sometimes leave them on the operating table to die!! (That was the 'doctor' that was rightfully arrested, so that rarely happens.)

Now, the whole, "Unborn babies are not really alive" argument is a load of garbage. OF COURSE THEY'RE ALIVE!!! A BABY IS ALIVE AT CONCEPTION!!!!! Even if it IS a bunch of cells, it's growing! It is developing, moving, LIVING!! YOU ARE MADE OF CELLS!!! DOES THAT MEAN YOU ARE NOT HUMAN!!?

"But what if the woman was raped? Should she keep the baby?" -Some clueless random person.

YES!!!! IT IS STILL A LIVING HUMAN!! It doesn't matter how it was concieved! IT. IS. HUMAN. It doesn't matter HOW the baby was born. It has a soul and a God-given right to live! It doesn't matter what the doctor says, wether or not it will be born with a defect. IT IS STILL A LIFE!

"But what if the mom can't afford to raise a baby?" -Another clueless person.

THEN PUT IT UP FOR ADOPTION AFTER IT'S BORN!!!!!

"But would you want a child to commit suicide because it knows it isn't wanted by it's mother?"

NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! A MILLION TIMES NO!! I would never want someone to commit suicide! But at least they had the chance to make a decision. Example time! Now, say you needed a haircut really, really badly. Would you rather have someone random pick out your haircut or would you rather have a chance to choose yourself? I know that isn't a awesome example but give me a break. I'm on a roll and I don't want to stop to come up with a stupid example.

Tell me: How would you feel if your parents chose to kill you before you were born? And don't say you wouldn't care because it was your mom's body and her choice. DO NOT SAY THAT!! THAT IS ONE OF THE MOST PATHETIC ARGUMENTS YOU CAN MAKE!!!! (Other than that an unborn baby isn't a human.)

Tell me again: You are holding a baby in your arms. It is one that has survived an attempted abortion, so one of its arms is gone. Would you be able to kill it or rip off it's limbs? That is what abortion is! The only difference is that the baby is in the womb, and that doesn't matter!! THAT IS MURDER!!! PLAIN, SIMPLE MURDER!!!

Now, to reiterate:

A baby is living as soon as conception. Even though it is just a bunch of cells and it's still growing, doesn't mean it isn't alive. Just because it can't breathe or have a fully-grown brain, doesn't mean it should be killed. And yes, just because something doesn't breathe doesn't mean it is not human. How would you feel if your parents had decided to have an abortion? You wouldn't because you wouldn't even be here! You are a person, right? And you were a floating embryo once too. And as for the rape argument that people ALWAYS use... It doesn't matter! It. Is. Still. A. Living. Being. If you cannot afford the baby, put it up for adoption or an orphanage! Just because it isn't wanted doesn't mean you should kill it! I know people do that with animals, but it's because it's an ANIMAL! And I hate it when people say that it is a 'woman's choice because it is her body'. A BABY IS A BODY, NO MATTER HOW YOUNG!!

Now. Is everyone caught up? Good.

I see how SOMETIMES abortion would seem like a good choice. (note the 'seem') But morally it is a horrible decision. So if a woman doesn't want "something growing, feeding off of her inside of her stomach" without her consent, then she should have not had sex. Or at least have used protection! Now, I know that goes back to the rape thing. Sometimes I cannot believe people either, and you know what I mean by that. To the 'doctors' who execute the abortions, I want to know WHERE YOUR MORAL SENSE IS! Can you imagine holding a newborn baby in your arms, seeing its innocence, and the wonder of new life, and then tearing off one of its limbs!? It doesn't matter if it is inside the womb or not! It is still murder; taking a life! And it isn't always a rape situation! If a teenage girl goes to a party, gets drunk, has sex, eventually gets pregnant, then is it the baby's fault? NO! The girl should not have been going to a party, getting drunk, or having sex! I know that is what people 'do' nowadays but it isn't right! Sex should be AFTER marriage and when you're ready. But that is another subject. It shouldn't be some wild one-night-stand. And the baby doesn't have to stay in the orphanage their whole life. When you drop them off, that's when you go get a job so that you can grow up and support the baby. Then you go get your kid back.

I know protection doesn't always work. My friend pointed that out to me. So even if you DO still get pregnant, you still have to let the baby live!

One of my other friends whom I will not name made a point. I will quote:

"The baby can be born but the mother will die during child labor. And maybe the baby will only have a 30% chance of a good life. Sometimes, abortion is for the better. And about that teen going to a party and having sex, well sometimes at a party someone will slip something in her drink and cause her to loose her sense. Then, they may rape her. It's not always because the girl wanted to have sex, but if they did then so what? Her life her body. And if she doesn't want the baby because not enough money or something or whatever the reason may be... Then tough. It should be her decision. If she is forced to have a baby, let me tell you she will not treat the baby right. She'll look at it every day in disgust because she never wanted the baby. No one should be forced to have a baby if they do not want one."

It is ture that sometimes the Mother or the child may not make it. But that does NOT give you an excuse to kill. At least TRY. Give the baby and Mother a chance!

I wasn't mad, but I was kind of surprised at the flimsyness of that argument. TOUGH! HAVE THE BABY!! IF YOU DON'T WANT IT, PUT IT UP FOR ADOPTION!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WHO CAN'T HAVE KIDS WHO WOULD LOVE TO ADOPT!!

Again, IF YOU AREN'T READY TO HAVE A BABY, DO NOT HAVE SEX!! OR AT LEAST USE PROTECTION! If you are talking about rape, then it doesn't matter. It is still a living HUMAN you are killing! It doesn't matter if it isn't wanted. You have the baby, you put it up for adoption. Then if you don't want your own child, you leave it there. If they grow up knowing He/she aren't wanted, just wait for them to get adopted! One of the Founding Fathers of The United States was an orphan, Alexander Hamilton. The 31st President of The United States was an orphan, Herbert Hoover. The Greek philosopher, Aristotle, was an orphan. Often quoted and much beloved poems were written by an orphan named Edgar Allen Poe. One of the greatest inventors of all time was an orphan, George Washington Carver. Musician and composer, Johann Sebastian Bach was an orphan. A man considered to be one of the greatest writers of all time was an orphan, Leo Tolstoy. The microwave oven that sits in almost every kitchen was invented by an orphan, Percy Spencer. The list goes on of famous orphans, who grew up to become athletes, politicians, actors, playwrights and TV producers. There are other famous people who spent part of their childhood years in orphanages due to their parents inability to care for them. What does this tell us? That no one's life is disposable or invaluable, and that no matter what environment a person comes from, they can rise above humble beginnings and become major contributors to society. So it doesn't matter if they think they are not wanted. They are wanted by God.
