Indigo is a genius with a photographic memory to put lightly, everything she see's or hears something it hardly ever leaves her mind. A bit surprising considering how many drugs she has running through her system. This makes digging up dirt on others easy. She uses this information to buy her territories safety. Not only is the woman deadly to cross but she how's dirt over everyone in town. Even those she considers family. She doesnt trust easy due to her past this makes hee suspicious of everyone even if she loves them dearly. The girl was simply mad how could she trust everyone who shows her a smile. If that was the case she would be dead by now. Her emotions run deep but no one has seen them since the day her mother had left. Now its only sadistic smiles and ends smirks that plague her facial expressions. In private where she cries, loves, breaks, all the things she cant do in the public's eye. This might just give her an Achilles heel that some could use. We wouldn't want hate now would we. Though she is a smart girl she is human, mostly. So she can reach a breaking piint but you must try hard to reach it if you make her smirk fade into a frown, pray to God and hope she kills you. She will enact disgusting acts of violence that you haven't even thought were possible before. Her conference is what keeps her as the appointed lead of the neutrals. Everyone knows what she has done that she was mad so what did she have to lose by being crazy and keeping things easy for this living in the neutrals. She was a boss bitch and knew it, confidence was the key to success. She had all the confidence in the world. All the secrets of the city, and all the things she needed to kill. If you get mixed up within the mind of hers tour bound to be lost in the Maze so try not to cross her or death will be the only thing you wish for.

Indigo was born the afternoon of a rainstorm that flooded the streets. Her mother was a poor seventeen year old named Violet. She that had little to give but her love for Indigo ranged far and wide. As for Indigo's father, he was a rich married man that told Violet to leave giving her ten grand to keep her mouth shut and abort the problem. Violet was going to originally but after arriving to the clinic she couldn't go through with it. And so she kept Indigo and used the money to rent a cheap apartment on the wrong side of town. It had one bedroom that the two would share till Violet had enough to move for Indigo to have her own room. She worked day and night to provide. During daylight she was a waitress at a local diner, by night she would serve beers at a strip club. Though she promised to obly be a server not a dancer. That promise however went away when an girl missed her shift so Violet was asked to go on. After that she danced, dancing turned into a few sexual favors for some extra cash. Indigo would spend these nights being watched by her mother's coworkers, sometimes from the diner and sometimes from the club. She would stay up all night worried if her mother was okay. Violet however had gone down a path she would have a hard time turning back from. A girl who also solicited sexual favors had offered her a bit of the coke she had. Violet had said no but the girl pushed "I promise it makes it so much easier." After a huge full Violet took the coke snorting it feeling her nose burn. This was the start of Indigo's heart being broken. No longer was the money going to a better life or savings it was for Violets drugs. Due to her drug test coming back positive she was fired from the diner. Though her coworkers promised to still support her and get Violet the help she needed. This promise was broken after two months. Indigo was only five when she caught her mother using. "Mama?" Her voice rang out as Violet had gotten flustered "Caterpillar what are you doing awake?" Indigo walked toward her mother catching the needle in one hand, with aspoon and lighter on the table. Along with a bag of something Indigo didn't recognize. "I can't sleep can you come back to bed?" The two often shared a bed other than when Indigo has sleep over at the neighbors due to her mother having company. Though one thing never changed, Violets love for her daughter Indigo. She was still her world she still loved her more than anything or anyone else. She didn't have much to give Indigo so she used a pencil and a piece of notebook paper to draw gifts for Indigo. Some of Indigo herself most were flowers one of Indigo's favorite things.
Her mother was arrested for substance abuse, this was the first time Indigo was put in foster care. She was only seven years old. She wasn't put into a caring home, if she wanted to stay she had to earn her keep. She had to clean, help cook, take care of little ones. She was fed up with all of it, running away seemed like the only option. She packed up her folder filled with drawings from her mother and the teddy bear she had since she was a baby and left searching for her mother. Indigo made her way deep into the city looking around their old home even making her way inside the apartment building but an eviction notice was on the door. So she went to the next best thing, a local nine year old boy named Absolem. He lived down the block and Indigo was kind of friends with him. Well as close as two people can get walking to school together. He was the son of a notorious gang member that was not to be crossed. She begged them to let her stay talking about how the foster care home was the worst. They had to think it over for a few hours but in the mean time they let her come in. After many hours of thinking they sadly told her no. But that she could come by any time, they would protect her if she needed it. Told her to stick to Absolem and they would help. Sad she made her way back to the foster care home all the way on the other side of the city. When she arrived she received a beating if the life time from her foster father. Many days after school she would go home with Absolem, and return to her foster home past night fall. Indigo was forced to go to many hearings in court, most of which she mentally checked out of. One morning a loud knock rang through the house bright and early. Indigo had been in foster care for five months by now, there stood her mother accompanied by a social working. She was going back with her mother, she was happy, she was angry, she was over emotional. Tears running down her face as she punched as hard as she could at her mothers chest slowly getting tired collapsing into her mother arms. She gathered her stuff and left the hell home with one last middle finger to her foster family. Things were good at home, her mother was clean she was working hard to keep food on the table, Indigo didn't mind cleaning or cooking dinner either. But it was awkward sometimes when they would get visits from the social worker. But that didn't stop Violet from showing she wanted to be a good mother. Six months allowed the social worker to deem Violet fit to take care of Indigo. Things had gotten easy for a second, she was the top of her class, top of her grade. All thanks to her photographic memory no less. After years of joy it had to come to an end, happiness doesn't last long when you won't have somewhere live. Violet gained her old stripper job back. Even going back to selling herself. Indigo however felt she couldn't sit back and watch. The ten year old girl went to a dear friend and his family, Absolem. His father was part of a popular gang that sold weed, heroin, coke, you name it they got it. She told them she wanted to deal and they said no. She however gave off reasons why they needed her. She was a genius and knew exactly how to get around all the bullshit. It took lots of convincing but finally they agreed. So her business began, she sold to the apartment building and the street she lived on.
Indigo went down her path in order to save her mother. Over six years 80% of the money she brought in she put in an envelope and had Absolem write a note as an old friend for Violet. Her first question was Indigo's father, she tried to track him down to thank him but he was hard to find. Indigo's grades hardly wavered as she got bigger and bigger. No one it seemed to suspect her but after so many years her mother got a steady job as a secretary bringing in enough money to cover bills, food, and everything they needed all Indigo's money was spare. Violet without knowing g used it to buy Indigo a present she had always wanted. A tattoo, Violet drew it out, off her and Indigo went to get it done, it was one small flower on her shoulder. Indigo decided that she no longer wanted to push drugs onto people. Absolem had taken over most of the gang since he was a fresh eighteen year old with big idea's. When she broke news to Absolem he didn't take it well. She sold lots of product, she couldn't just stop then. She refused to do so any further. Absolem grabbed Indigo's arm tight screaming in her face "You'll do it and you'll like it or I swear I'll make it worse for you bitch!" Indigo pulled until her finally released her arm. Off she ran trying to escape the message she created. Days had passed and she watched herself scared and worried. Her fear was devouring her to the point a classmate had noticed. She offered her some of the weed she had been smoking. 'Wonderland' it has opened the eyes of Indigo. Her mind had set properly she had awoken her eyes finally. Her social life grew as she gained popularity, her grades allowed her to move up skipping her Junior year heading straight into her Senior year as a normal seventeen year old. That was rhe best time ro strike for Absolem. Arriving home Indigo found Violet collapsed on the floor in a pool of her own blood. A bullet lodged in her lungs Violet barely breathing as Indigo called 911 frantically. Loud footsteps could be heard in the hall way Indigo bawling her eyes out makeup running down her face watching her mother being taken away. Indigo found a letter that had been placed for her on the table "I told you I'd make it worse bitch." She had snapped in that moment. Pulling out her weed she rolled a joint lighting it. Her face stained with runny makeup. She had a plan and it was going to happen. Indigo had gone bout her life like nothing happened. With her mother trapped in a coma she wouldn't let it fly. It would take months of planing and acting out but it was going g to be sweet revenge. Indigo started hitting up the dealers of Absolem's gang, Blue Dodo. It was rules by the young King Dodo himself. She would arrange meeting to buy from the gang, when arriving. They would receive a bullet right between their eyes and a raiders for money or drugs. It took a year for her to weave out all the workers bee's ti she reached the King himself, Absolem. He was freaked who could do that to his mean? Was it the cards? It was unknown. One night drinking his sarrows away in fear Indigo showed up to Absolem's house in nothing but lingerie. She had wrapped her arms around him, pulling him close kissing him deeply. They made their way to his bedroom the heat growing as she stripped him down pushing him onto the bed. She straddled him staring down into his eyes. "I'm glad I got to do this." Her hands slid underneath his pillow her lips locked with his. When pulling her hand back in her hand held a gun. She cocked it back and before he could try and move she placed the gun between his eyes pulling the trigger. She had single handedly made the Blue Dodo's extinct. A smirk crossed her face before fading.
Indigo was never the same, word got around the gangs how she had killed a powerful gang all on her own. She didn't regret a single second. She stole everything bit of Absolem's money. Her mother was on life support for a year and a half. The doctors informed Indigo there was no chance of being truly living again the only think keeping her alive was the machines she had been connected to. Indigo did the hardest thing she would ever have to do, say goodbye to her mother. Soon she had put her mother in her grave. Freshly eighteen, she and dropped out of high school her senior year to enact her revenge. Smoking all her problems away she became addicted to Wonderland it gave her a sense of peace to cope with the reality of being alone. She needed a new family of her own she adopted two young girls under her wing to care for them and watch over them. They had followed her along most of their time knowing each other. But when Indigo opened a club called 'The Mist' she even had a small room posted up for this she trusted and herself to have meetings in. With so much power caused people to question her. This being The Cards and The Hats that surrounded her. Many wars would break out due to both trying to claim The Mist as theirs. This didnt sit well with Indigo. A rule was created if The Hats or Cards started anything within such a radius from her club. She would kill them all on sight. They didn't take her serious, that was trill another fought broke out, leaving Indigo killing nearly 14 people. Both from Cards and Hats. She reminded them that she had friends all over she knew all their secrets. And she single handedly killed and entire gang on her own. Leave her area out of it or there would be hell to pay. She accidentally became the leader of that territory. All she wanted was to get high and spend time with her 'family'. No Cards or Hats belonged fighting in her zone.

Indigo's entire tattoo sleeve is of drawings her mother made. She would take in old drawings of her mothers that she found. Hardly any of her tattoo's weren't drawn by her mother as its her tribute to her only real family growing up.
Indigo took in a prostitute known as 'Cheshire' she helped him out and gave him a place to live. That is if he joined her family and helped her she would take good care of him. Though even she has dirt on him.
She mothers over two girls that come to her for advice and have adopted her killer attitude. She has given them free reign to kill as many Hats and Cards that try to start shit in her area. And certainly if they try anything near or in The Mist.
People didn't know what to call Indigo when asked. But she knew exactly what, The Blue Caterpillar as a play on her birthday name Indigo meaning g a shad of Blue and Catherine Pillar being mashed together to make Caterpillar, a nickname her mother came up with when she was a child.
