She let go of Scot and Brian and bit them goodbye. Apart from Shawn, everyone was going home. Victoria would be working in the studio tomorrow, she needed a vocal rest. Supposingly, the day had been tiring enough for all of them.

"You're not gonna give me a hug?"

Ari spinned around, the hood of her shirt slightly slipping off her head. Shawn embraced her in a tight hug and all jokes aside, she looked like a marshmello.

Their height difference was commical. Probably because Shawn was thrice the size of her.

Ari just stood there, her arms safely secured around his torso, as she let out a deep sigh. The comfort was enjoyed to every last single bit as long as it lasted. They both knew that she somehow wouldn't be as happy when she returned home.

At least she could enjoy the embrace of a new friend, with whom she shared some things related to her life, with whom she had funny conversations, whom she trusted enough to let in, but not enough to know it all.
