Previously on his little mage...

"I'm gonna have a lot of fun in this fight"

The leader pointed his finger at Harith and one of his members immediately charged at him.

Harith dashed out of the way Immediately. If it weren't for the shield, the guy that just charged at Harith would of hit me.

"Harley! A mage's hand can phase through that shield as long as the shield doesn't detect that you'd harm the person in it. Take y/n a bit further back, the shield will follow" Harith instructed

Harley nodded and did as said. He moved me back, but I'm still able to see the fight. "God damnit, get him you idiot!" The leader insisted

The guy that missed got back up and charged at Harith once again. Harith dashed again, but this time, he hit him with a buffed basic attack. Getting hit by the buffed basic attack, he was pushed forward.

He slid all the way until he was in front of his leader's feet. "God damnit Sector! Can't you do anything right?!" The leader exclaimed. "Grayson, Jay, get him!" The leader commanded.

The two known as Grayson and Jay, charged at Harith. Harith dashed again and used his first skill, hitting them both.

The two lost balance upon getting hit. Harith hit one of them with a buffed basic attack, knocking them out. The other one got up and took out a knife.

This caught us all off guard. He disappeared all of a sudden. Yet, within a blink of an eye, he reappeared behind Harith.

He stabbed Harith's arm just as he was about to look behind him.

"He just recovered 2 weeks ago..." I whispered

The leader took advantage of this and ran in front of him. He kicked Harith in the stomach, pushing him back into the other guy.

He caught him and put the knife up to his neck. Harith was now unable to move due to his current situation.

"Good job Jay, now cat boy, watcha gonna do now?" The leader said

Harith growled(or hissed, whatever you prefer) at him. Jay tightened his grip on the knife and moved it closer to his neck.

That's it.

I used my magic to get rid of the shield. I slowly started walking to Harith.

"Sis! Where are you going?!" Harley exclaimed. "I'm going to help Harith..." I stated. I ignored all his calls for me. Eventually, he gave up and ran to me. "I'm gonna help" he said. I smiled at this.

"Hey!" I called. They all turned to look at me. "Well, if it isn't miss pretty face here. Came to get your little friend back?" The leader said. As he said this, his whole gang, besides Jay, walked to his side.

"How about this, you come with us and we'll give your friend back, we'll give you 5 minutes to say goodbye" he said. "Actually, I was thinking of settling this through a fight." I said

"You win, and you get to keep us, ALL 3 of us. But, if I win, you let Harith go and never bother us again. Deal?" I stated "deal" he said. "Might wanna hurry up. Your friend is loosing a lot of blood" the leader stated.

I bit my lips and looked over to Harith. He was right. His wound is already bleeding a lot. I sighed. "Let's do this."

The whole gang surrounded the two of us. All of a sudden, they charged. Harley's seemed to have panicked. I stayed calm. When they were a little closer, I smashed my foot to the ground, causing a strong shockwave to hit them.

It knocked them all back, quite far I should say. "Didn't know you could do that" Harley said. "There's a lot you don't know" I replied. Harith apparently used this as an opportunity. He elbowed Jay in the stomach, causing him to let go of him and the knife.

As he was released, he ran towards us. "Thanks for the help" he said. "No problem!" I said. I couldn't help but notice someone behind him. I moved my head a little to get a better view.

There stood the gang leader, pointing a gun at Harith. He shot at him and I reacted immediately. I casted a shield around the three of us. The bullet hit the shield, not at all dealing any damage to it.

I brought down the shield afterwards. "Trying to shoot him down won't work" I stated. I turned to Harith and started to heal his wound. Harley noticed this and brought his guard up, just in case they attack while I'm trying to heal Harith.

I finished healing Harith. They were stupid enough not to take advantage of our situation at that time. Their whole gang got up and charged at us.

I couldn't help but smile. This is gonna be fun

I looked at Harith to signal him. He noticed and smiled too. Harley just seemed lost.

We waited till they all got close. When they were close enough, Harith casted his ultimate. He started dashing around, hitting them with buffed basic attacks.

I casted my second skill on the leader, making him unable to move. Harith continued his combo, occasionally using his first skill.

His ultimate wore off and he casted his last buffed basic attack. At the same time, my second skill wore off.  Suddenly, someone pounced. They jumped, and was just about to hit Harith.

Before he could hit Harith, a bullet hit him in the chest. The bullet hit them so hard, that it knocked him away from Harith. We looked behind us to see Lesley.

We looked back at our opponents. Another one jumped, but this time, trying to hit me. Before he could, a dagger pierced through his stomach. In a blink of an eye, Gusion dashed to wards him, knocking him away from me.

"Gusion! What are you doing here?" I asked "just here to help my future sister in law" Gusion stated. "EXCUSE ME?!?!", Harley exclaimed, i just laughed. We were all side by side now, ready to fight for our lives.

They all charged, we prepared. When they were close enough, we all attacked. Lesley being a marksman, she stayed at the back, shooting everyone she could. I just continuously casted my first skill.

Me having a small amount of assassin's blood, i was on high alert. turned around and saw someone behind me. They charged at me, making me jump back.

I looked around me, scouting for anything of use. I had seen a wall behind me. I backed up a little. Another one charged at me. I jumped up, causing them to hit the wall.

"Y/n! Look out!"
